Karen and David continue their journey to the hospital, the highway is quite crowded, Karen and David chatting sometimes laugh together.

The meeting with Bagas made David jealous and angry Karen tried to dilute David's bad mood by telling funny stories or saying words so that David could smile back.

David laughed at Karen's grunts. Karen was also happy to see her husband was not angry anymore.

" Dear, you come to your foster parents' place tonight?" ask David seriously

A nurse came to give the package to the hospital owner. The owner also gave the package to Karen which contained 2 stels of doctor's suit and a doctor's bag.

When it was over, Karen and David bailed back to the mansion.

Later that night Karen accompanied by David they went to Adam's Mansion her foster father.

David and Karen break into the gate of the mansion and park the car in the garage. Karen and David go inside after being opened by bodyguard Mr. Adam.

Karen and David went inside and entered the family room. Karen saw Adam and Elisabeth. Karen held Elisabeth's hand and kissed Adam's back. While Karen who saw Bagas just shake hands because it keeps her husband's feelings. David is the same as his wife Karen.

" Dear, are you more beautiful?" said Elisabeth
