Ch. 24 - Preparation

‘What'er triggered it?’ Fei Yin guessed. When Fei Yin finished absorbing the blood of heaven and earth, he had a chance to see Fei Yang who was still absorbing but his body did not let out any reaction.

Fei Yin had thought that Fei Yang's body did not match the blood of heaven and earth so that the blood came out and evaporated automatically. However, who would have thought that the reaction Fei Yang released after receiving the blood of heaven and earth instead affected the natural conditions.

‘Did Fei Yang awaken his own bloodline?’ Fei Yin looked at Fei Tian, then he turned his attention to the sky back.

The bloodline was like a Unrivaled Body, there was only a small percentage of people who had it. However, the bloodline was slightly different from the Unrivalled Body.

Bloodlines can be passed down to a person's offspring. Suppose there is someone with a certain bloodline and managed to raise it, then he will pass it on to his descendants.

The offspring who get his special bloodline could be his son, grandson, great-grandson or even a dozen generations after.

Some of the families that had special bloodlines were the five emperor clans that ruled their respective regions of the continent as well as a mysterious clan that only appeared decades later.

There might be people from ordinary circles who did not even have a martial background who had a special bloodline, just that they did not have the chance to resurrect it.

‘If not mistaken Yang'er also possesses and evokes the bloodline of the Black Thunder Tiger. Will it awaken the same bloodline?’ Fei Yin.

Fei Yin had never seen the process of bloodline awakening so she wanted to witness this moment well, ‘It looks like that cloud will not bring down the transformation lightning.’

Fei Tian stroked his chin, he did not understand whether something that Fei Yang meant was a good or bad thing, “Did you feel an increase in your body strength?” ask Fei Tian. He also patted Fei Yang on the shoulder and inserted his qi into the body of his youngest son.

Fei Yang shook his head but Fei Tian widened his eyes, ‘His blood.. Is it 100% pure?! Previously only 51%!’ Fei Tian shouted in his heart.

‘This development is even more terrifying than Yin'er. His other foundation was up 20%. It's a good thing, it's not too far behind Yin'er. They can grow together.’

“Uhuk.. Patriarch, did something happen?” Elder Yi coughed softly and scattered Fei Tian's daydream.

Fei Yin also wanted to do the same because Fei Tian was daydreaming for too long while everyone was waiting for what the condition of Fei Yang's current body was.

“Sorry.. About Yang'er's body condition..” Fei Tian explained about Fei Yang's foundation rising by leaps and bounds, let alone his Blood Refining instantly perfect.

The Elders showed happy faces, yet they instantly changed their expressions to flat faces as Fei Yang stared at them.

“Perfect yes.. Appreciable. Now you are well-deserved to live far away from the Fei.” Clan said an Elder.

Fei Yang cupped his fists, “Thank you for the compliment, Elder! Fei Yang would also go to the sect and train hard. Fei Yang promised not to disappoint the Fei Clan!”

‘In my outer expectations. I thought he would put on a gloomy face or something even though Dad had warned him. Has Fei Yang's wisdom increased?’ inner Fei Yin.

“Tian! What if we make a party to celebrate the departure of your children!” Fei Long suggested.

“No, I have to give careful preparation to Yang'er. The three of you will depart in three days, taking Yang'er to the Sky Feather sect before continuing on to the Capital. So, our preparation time is quite short.” Fei Tian refused firmly.

Fei Long could only sigh deeply, “Tian, you are too serious in every way.”.

‘Your lightening of the child's body is terrible. He is my son, but why do I feel he is so mysterious and unpredictable easily.’ implied a little frustration in Fei Tian's face.

In some of his conversations with Fei Yin, Fei Tian sometimes felt he was talking to a senior who was already so experienced in the life of a fighter.

It was influenced because he was so difficult to guess the way Fei Yin thought, plus sometimes Fei Yin daydreamed to a stage too deep. It does not reflect a 9-year-old.

‘Can't he be a fighter with high practice who can disguise themselves?’

“You're going to the Capital?”

Fei Yin went to the Fengshui branch of the Jade Treasure House to inform Lan Hou of his planned trip to the Capital.

Lan Hou stroked his chin that was overgrown with a thin beard, “What are you going to make with these ingredients?” he asked curiously.

“That's a secret, but I can divulge the full recipe if you give 500 million gold right now.” Fei Yin replied casually.

“The basis of the little devil, 500 million gold was equivalent to the income of this branch for 20 years. You are so overrated.”

“You think that's like that? But, how long will it take to collect everything I ask for?”

“About one hour.”
