Ch. 14 - Pursuit
“Aunt teacher.. Xiaowu was scared.” in one of the rooms, a 7-year-old girl whined in fear when she heard the sound of a fight that was happening outside her room.
“Relax Xiaowu, aunt is always beside you and take care of you.” A young woman hugs the little girl and rubs her head gently to calm her down.
Actually he wanted to get out of his room to see what happened even though he was sure what caused the fight outside.
‘They can catch up with us as soon as this.’ the woman bit her lip. His body trembled slightly and he held back his tears, the gaze he had was the gaze of those who had just seen unimaginable horrors and forgotten during their lifetime.
A few minutes had passed, the sound of the fight outside had disappeared, leaving confusion for the occupants of the inn room. Although they were curious and wanted to look out, in fact no one dared to go out.
