EX: A Story That Doesn't Come

EX: A Story That Doesn't Come
Chapter.15 (Reside only to me)

Luna blinked her eyes slowly. The sun was about to sink, an orange light began to pierce through the window glass that was not covered by the curtain. Everything felt quiet just his mind was crowded. He does not stop cursing himself because he cannot go back to the past to change the storyline.

It turns out that being willing is not as easy as a word. He was still carried away when he lost his father forever. Last night it was as if he had returned to his former self. He was back down, wanted to call Mom, but he did not want to share his burden, he wanted Mom to enjoy old age happily.

Ting...Kegs.

The doorbell suddenly sounded. Slowly he got up, walked out of the room with weak steps. Arriving at the door, he was silent for a moment, because from the small monitor screen located beside the door, a very familiar male figure was standing out there. Who else if not, Adrian.

The bell kept ringing nonstop. I don't think he's ready to meet anyone. But if it's not open, she's sure her ex-husband won't leave and will keep pushing the bell.

Clamps.

The door was finally opened as well. She looked at Adrian for a moment before turning to the paper bag in her ex-husband's right and left hand.

"What are you here for?" asked Luna who sounded weak.

I wanted Adrian to hug Luna, but he held everything back, the rush would only make Luna uncomfortable, "So I went to the hospital to see you, you didn't come in, I brought you some food."

"I don't want anything right now, so you better go home," said Luna who was about to close the door, but she lost quickly because Adrian immediately snatched in.

Luna sighed heavily then followed Adrian who had entered first.

"Well this place is good too, you always like this color," said Adrian while putting a paper bag on the living room table.

"I want to be alone now, can you go? I don't want to argue" said Luna, who is currently standing behind Adrian.

Hearing that Adrian turned his position to face Luna. From her puffy eyes and pale face, how could she leave if she saw Luna who was in a bad state.

Adrian just kept quiet without chiming in Luna's words. He grabbed her tiny hand and led her to sit on the sofa. Luna was still silent, indeed she did not have the strength to resist or shout. Adrian's step continues into the kitchen to pick up the dishes and spoon. Then back to the guest room.

"So I stopped by the cake shop, I still remember you really liked chocolate cake," Adrian said as he cut the cake and put it on a plate.

Adrian did not want to force and put the plate on the table and sat on a round sofa in front of Luna. He took off the neck tie, slowly moving his hand, slipping into the recess of his ex-wife's neck.

His hands tidied up the long hair that had looked messy and then began to tie Luna's hair with the tie that he was wearing earlier. Luna's body feels stiff, because Adrian's touch always managed to paralyze her.

"I really like when your hair is tied" said Adrian as he continued to do his activities to tie the long hair neatly.

Why can't I refuse? will I eventually collapse again, inner Luna.

After finishing, Adrian returned to his position, he smiled at Luna but a second later the smile pursed as he remembered his intention and purpose here. He grabbed the tiny hand and then held it tightly.

"I'm sorry, I really don't know if you're going through a difficult time because of the loss of the Father," Adrian said, making Luna's head that had been bowed is now slowly back firmly.

"Where do you know about this?"

"Your assistant told me everything, including last night's incident ... Luna from now on lean on me, don't pretend to be strong when you can't support everything yourself" Adrian said.

Luna can't lie to herself, she misses leaning on her ex's shoulder. At least once before finally returning to the limiting reality, that there is no way to re-unite even though they, want to.

At least once, I want to forget the fact that we are something that is impossible to unite, inner Luna.

Slowly Luna's hand moved, touching the face of the man she had always longed for. Coinciding with that too her tears came out wetting her cheeks. He dropped his head on his shoulder and began to cry. It was as if spilling all the stifled and chest-stifling turmoil.

Adrian's breath felt trembling, his eyes began to glaze over. He cursed himself because he just found Luna now. Seeing Luna crying on her shoulder after a long time, she became convinced that love was still there. It only needs to be re-wrought so that it is as solid as before.
