ENDRO, THE BODYGUARD

ENDRO, THE BODYGUARD
GOD SCENARIO

Endro continued to follow the road to his house. He staggered over stepping barefoot, like a dazed person who had no direction of purpose at all.

"Good, son..." Ridwan's orders from inside the car that accompanied his steps earlier.

"You go home, sir... Your family must have been waiting at home..." Endro said without paying attention to Ridwan's orders.

"Your father went to the hospital..." Ridwan said to Endro's request.

Endro stopped his footsteps. His eyes were round hearing the words of the foreign man who had helped him a lot from yesterday they met.

"W-My father's in the hospital, sir?" Endro asked in surprise.

"Yes..." Ridwan Ghani nodded in his affirmation.

Without a second thought, Endro immediately got into the car next to the wheel. No more sounds after that. The car they were driving arrived at the hospital where Endro's father was being treated.

There, in the waiting room had Nini sitting with worry. Her tears were worried about someone lying in the nursery. A person who is only his neighbor, who is already considered to be his own family.

"This..." Endro slightly ran over to the old woman.

"Son Endro..." Call Nini back, hear Endro's call.

"How's Dad doing, Ni?" Ask Endro worriedly.

"The doctor is waiting for you, son. Try meet..." Nini's orders without giving any clarity about the condition of Kamil, his father Endro.

*****

Endro was silent sitting dreamily on the bench of the hospital garden. The doctor's explanation of his father's condition at that time, made him even more chaotic.

He tried to cry many times, but his tears did not come out. It was as if all the grief was quietly sucking her tears in. Not intentionally he wept, but indeed he was not allowed to Cry Again.

"Is everything okay, son?" Again, the good stranger came to him.

"Can you stay for this night again, sir? Excuse me... I've asked you to leave. But I had no one else but the figure of Father lying weakly inside, and a good woman whom I had already considered to be my own grandmother. He is just like you, sir. It's nobody, but it could be the closest person to me." Pinta Endro weld.

"My wife is also a very good person. He won't mind if I'm late for home, son." Sahut Ridwan agreed to Endro's request.

"Thank you, sir... You are a really good stranger. Not now, but I promise... In the day to come, I will definitely repay your kindness, Sir..." Endro vows. He spoke truly from the bottom of his heart.

"I'm waiting for that, son. Therefore, you must rise..." Persuade Ridwan to encourage him.

Endro nodded. "One more time, thank you, sir." Sincerely speaking.

Endro's words were greeted with a warm smile by Ridwan. "So... How did the doctor say about your father's condition, son?"

"My father has a history of heart disease, sir..." Endro with his own face. "Things I knew nothing about before."

"Yes Allah..." Desir Ridwan sounded soft. He felt what Endro felt at that moment.

When the wife died in tragic circumstances by carrying their baby who is still residing in the womb of his wife. Then it was not enough, his father also had to lie in the hospital.

"Thankfully there is, sir." Said Endro while forcing his smile.

"You don't say that. There's something set, son." Said Ridwan while patting slowly Endro's shoulder.
