Arthur's Residence.
Sean had just finished taking a shower, when the man found his work clothes that had been prepared by Rachel on the bed.
But as usual, Rachel was not in the room every time Sean got ready and was about to go to work.
Rachel and Sean have been married for a month. Rachel's attitude is cold to Sean. Rachel is not the wife of Sean.
How deep is the wound in Rachel's heart, until the woman who is already Sean's wife, still does not want to be touched by Sean?
Is it possible for Sean's entire life to bear his guilt for Rachel?
The door to the room opened from the outside.
Rachel entered without greeting Sean in the slightest and immediately picked up a change of clothes in the closet.
"Where?" Ask Sean.
Rachel will never talk to Sean unless Sean throws a question at him.
That's how Rachel is now!
Asked a question he replied, but if not asked anything yes he would be silent a thousand languages. And his silence was only on Sean. If it's Mom or Dad, Rachel's attitude suddenly turns warm.
Shitty, right?
"Morning walk with Mom!" Rachel replied with a flat face expression.
"Have breakfast?" Ask Sean again.
The feeling every morning Sean's question is just that and Rachel's answer is that too.
"It's over!" Rachel answered briefly.
"Wanna take a shower?"
"Yes!"
Short, solid, and clear.
Can't Rachel just have a little chat with Sean?
Rachel was about to go into the bathroom, when Sean asked her again,
"When are you scheduled to see an obstetrician?"
"Fusa." Rachel replied without any further ado.
"I'm taking!" Sean said quickly trying to pay attention to Rachel.
Rachel kept quiet and looked at Sean for a moment before throwing her eyes back away.
"Whatever!"
A moment later, there was the sound of the bathroom door being closed violently. Sean only sighed and continued to wear his own tie without any help from Rachel.
If you don't remember Emily's words asking Sean to be a good husband to Rachel and learn to love Rachel wholeheartedly, maybe Sean has given up now.
Who can bear to try, if every day is only given a cool and indifferent attitude like this?
****
"Here are you sure, to the office wear clothes like this?" Mother Naya asked in surprise when she saw Emily wearing jeans and a short-sleeved tunic shirt and a sling bag. More like young people who want to hang out to the mall.
"Yes sure, Mother! The other one's shirt is like this, too!" Emily answered with a face full of confidence.
"Yesterday fitting Emily wear blouse the same skirt at the same wedding Irma and made the wrong costume," continued Emily again a little strange.
"Are you, the guy in the wrong costume?" Satria's father's chirps scanned Emily's appearance.
"But come to think of Emily's work as just an illustrator, Nay! So it might be natural that he does not need to wear official office clothes. Just doodles in the iMac is his job," kekeh Satria's father who suddenly made Emily tick.
"Dad, huh! Scribbles but I get money. Instead of Dad, his job is just holding a club every day!" Emily scoffed at her father.
"Dad head of security! Where's there a club hold? Make a nosy mind with you, yes!" Sahut Sataria's father who even joked.
"It's like if Mr. Galen's dad doesn't give a fuss" Emily murmured, laughing at herself.
"Who is Mr Galen?" Ask Mother Naya who apparently heard Emily muttering.
"Nobody, Bund! Only the manager in the publishing section is super fussy! What a hurry!" Emily replied in a lebay tone.
"Already! Let's go, chase your bad luck later!" Satria's father embraced Emily and immediately said goodbye to Mother Naya.
The father and daughter walked towards the car parked in the yard still with a joke.
"You're still on good terms with Rachel?" Satria's father asked when the car he was riding with Emily had driven through a fairly crowded city road this morning.
"Still like to have a message, anyway. Most asked for news. Emily doesn't want to find enemies, Dad!" Answer Emily diplomatically.
Satria's father smiled faintly at Emily's reply.
"If Sean?" Ask Satria's father again.
"Emily has to keep Rachel feeling, Dad!" Emily replied while throwing a sharp look at the father who was still smiling thinly.
Satria's father stretched out one hand to rub Emily's head which he thought was really mature now.
"You're gonna meet a nice guy who's a thousand times better than Sean!" Said Satria's father as if he was comforting Emily.
Emily is still trying to move on now, even though from the outside Emily has looked tough but still the wound in Emily's heart is still gaping and somehow will heal. Sean will also remain in the little corner of Emily's heart at any moment.
Sean, Emily's first love.
Satria's father's car had arrived at the office building where Emily worked.
Emily immediately said goodbye to her father and entered the building. The girl went straight to her study, to print her work yesterday.
Emily just remembered that Mr. Galen asked for Emily's job to be handed over in the morning. So instead of getting sprayed and getting a bad image on her first day of work, Emily better give up early in the morning. Before Mr. Gak Tastes came.
****
Emily peeked through the glass at Mr. Galen's door to see if the man had come or not.
Hasn't turned out.
All righty!
Emily just went in and put her job down.
But just now Emily finished putting the map containing the picture of the scribbles, the door of the room has been opened from the outside.
Ah, Shit!
Why doesn't the manager of this rut not have bad luck like yesterday, anyway?
"What are you doing, Em?" Galen asked as she scanned Emily's appearance from toe to head.
It's like a fashion observer!
"Give up the work you gave me yesterday" replied Emily, smiling stiffly.
Galen immediately grabbed the map containing the results of Emily's work and examined it. The man chuckled that suddenly made Emily grumble inwardly.
Especially now?
The picture doesn't fit?
Or is Emily's image ugly?
"Em, didn't I say yesterday. If you give up something that's neat!" Said Mr. Galen firmly.
"That's neat, sir! I put it in the map!" Sergey Emily's looking for justification.
"Rape? This you say neat?" Mr. Galen pointed to a fold at the end of the paper, which Emily did not notice when printing the scribble earlier.
"You stay this way, sir!" Emily straightened the folded paper which of course made Galen even more nervous.
"Reprint!" Galen's orders are fierce.
"Huh, what?" Emily stared in disbelief at the boss.
"Reprint! Don't you have ears? That's why hair is tied or curled when it's working! Not scooped like a kuntilanak so!" Galen's grouse that somehow spread and instead commented on Emily's hair.
Geez!
Hair again!
Yesterday the problem of bangs and hairpins korea.
Now the problem of stray hair and kuntilanak.
What did he say just now? Emily's like a kuntilanak?
She genderuwo means! Basic lebai!
Emily did not stop grumbling and grumbling in her heart. Tomorrow Emily will actually borrow Satria's father's baton to wait for the manager of this recess for amnesia!
"Emmy!" Reprimanded Mr. Galen who immediately made Emily gasped in shock.
"I told you to reprint your work! Why are you even practicing being a statue here?" Mr. Galen's omel immediately made Emily's lips cut.
"Yes, Sir! I'll re-print it!" Answer Emily who joined the barrage on this damn Mr. Galen.
Emily grabs the map containing the work and takes him out of Mr. Galen's room.
"Ih! It sucks!" Emily groused while squeezing the map into an abstract form that was not because of.
"PMS is also made of emotions! I bacok also long ago that manager's recess!" Emily grumbled once again, who had now arrived at her study.
Irma and Faisal still haven't seen the trunk of his nose. Where are the two people who like to talk about Mr. Galen?
Emily reprints her work, grabs a new map and inserts the paper into the folder carefully. Make sure no one folds or Emily will be told to reprint again by Mr. Galen recheck it.
Maybe all day later Emily's job is just to print and learn how to put paper in the map properly and correctly.
Just wasting time!
