"We should not have come to this event either" added Satria's father again who seemed to understand the pain that is now being borne by Emily.
"Emily's fine, Dad!" Emily spoke almost without a sound.

"Emily will go up there and congratulate Sean and Rachel," Emily wiped her tears violently, and slightly improved her appearance.

Emily nodded with confidence.

Mom Bi and Dad Nick, who have no daughters, always make Emily a princess when Emily stays or just visits their big house.
But after today, maybe Emily is no longer the princess in Sean's family.

It was only a few steps before Emily reached the table, when she accidentally bumped into a man wearing a black suit with a bow tie.
"Ouh, sorry! I didn't mean it!" Emily said quickly because she accidentally spilled the man's drink.
"Looky girl," the man murmured as he clucked.
"I'm sorry!" Emily was a little annoyed at the arrogant man.
But the man did not answer and only smiled tilted toward Emily.
Whatdoes thatmean?
Emily was just about to change the man's drink, when a middle-aged woman who might be the same age as Mommy, came in a hurry and approached the arrogant man.
"How long have you been drinking, Galen? You want to make your papa faint of thirst?" The grumpy middle-aged woman.
"Don't be a little bit, Mom!"
