Chapter 32's
As lunchtime approached, Pradjna shifted her seat to the other side of the table. He grabbed his laptop that was open, when he checked the condition of his house. Dave did install some cctv directly connected to his phone and laptop. Actually Pradjna feels this is excessive but Dave especially Hana who thinks excessive parno that forces all things must be monitored.
He waited for his connection to be connected as Hana opened the door of his room, then sat right in front of him.
"I want a little permit, Dave to the airport" he said without further ado.
Pradjna raised his eyebrows then nodded, to then squint his eyes at Hana, who was stared at looking careless.
"You say something, Han?" ask Pradjna.
"I can be trusted" continued Pradjna while changing his seat more relaxed.
Hana chuckles and then shakes her head, "Only formality between friends, nothing else" he said.
"Because I'm sure you must be too busy to do it, even though I know that you want to be sure you will" Hana said, continuing.
Replace Pradjna who grinned, he just wanted to minimize Dave's taste for him. He did not deny his affection for Dave, but the feeling was only a brother, his heart was still tethered to the same person even though he was not expecting.
Pradjna knows he just needs time, so just let things go the way they are.
They were still riding for some time while Pradjna was observing his laptop. All normal, Arya is seen playing in the backyard accompanied by Bi May, the atmosphere of the house is conducive, there is nothing to worry about. He then closed his laptop.
Open the phone and order lunch through the ojol app.
Well, he was reluctant to step outside, better have lunch in his room.
The knock on the door made Pradjna look up "Come in!" the answer.
Aris appeared behind it, carrying 2 boxes of food, then sitting on the soffa, he opened the lid of the lunch box, fragrant cuisine burst in the room.
"Come, Pre. Let's have lunch!" take Aris who has started scooping her rice. Pradjna stepped closer, sitting on the other side of the soffa. He grabbed his lunch box and smiled at his menu.
"I just want to surprise you" replied Aris, glancing at her and busy coming back with her food.
Pradjna then stood grabbing the phone dialing a number that directly connected him to the pantry. He said his order food was for OB only. I heard a thank you from across the phone. Afterwards Pradjna returned to soffa continuing his meal.
"How's the house, it's safe, right?" asked Aris while wiping her mouth with a tissue.
Pradjna nodded.
"I had to check everything normal, Arya was busy with her rabbit" Pradjna explained, she had finished eating.
"Arya, she's so sweet huh. I'm so sorry to know her now" Aris revealed regretfully, her face looking sad.
"I also have a hand in this matter, I'm sorry too" Pradjna said, again sitting next to Aris.
Aris looked at him deeply, Pradjna saw there was a lot of things inside those eyes.
"From now on, can we work together to raise Arya together?" ask Aris later.
Pradjna held his breath for a while and exhaled him, "Of course, because we are his parents even if we are not together. I'm just asking for one thing, help me take care of him, he's still too small to understand the complexity of our relationship" Pradjna said.
"Will you promise?" ask her to Aris later.
Aris assures, making a promise sign by sticking his little finger towards Pradjna. Pradjna's laughter broke to see it, and she fused her little finger to Aris' pinky.
"We have to be a cool team for Arya, promise me!" aris Pinta.
"You have my word, Papa Aris" Pradjna replied with a laugh.
Relieved, he felt that a heavy burden was lifted off his shoulders just like that.
