Chapter 23

Pradjna had just come out of Arya's room when Hana entered the living room of her house, Hana approached towards her.

"She ate so well, she said it was delicious" said Hana half-whispering in Pradjna's ear.

"Hm." answered Pradjna short.

"I want to take a shower first, finish my bath tell me the details" said Hana then stepped into her room.

"I'm waiting in the back garden huh" said Pradjna who was answered with a nod by Hana.

Hana makes a cup of hot chocolate, she will take it while talking to Pradjna. Hana's steps stopped at the door when she saw Dave sitting next to Pradjna in the back garden directly connected to the pool.

He saw Dave wrapping his hand around Pradjna's shoulder while looking at his best friend with love.

Hana turned her body, headed to her own room, then went in and locked the door, she sobbed.

"Again, Han!. Last night I was waiting for you, until it ran out of mosquito bites" Pradjna said in the dining room, as they prepared for breakfast.

"I was tired, I took a shower I lay down for a while but apparently bablas overslept" replied Hana with a wry face, she hoped the concealer was applied neatly so the eye bags plus the sob of her crying last night were covered perfectly.

"Hm.I think you need a leave of absence, after our three events next month, take your leave. Lia can definitely replace you for a while" Pradjna said as he looked at Hana. He felt like there was something strange about Hana but I didn't know what it was. Hana just lowered her head, focusing on the fried rice on her plate.

"Looks like we should talk, Hana. From this morning it seemed like you were avoiding me" Pradjna looked at Hana who was busy with her laptop.

"I'm gapapa, Pre. It's a lot of work, you see for yourself" Hana replied without turning her eyes away from the laptop.

"But there's something else, you're different, something you're trying to hide from me" Pradjna continued, closing Hana's laptop, causing Hana to raise her head to look at Pradjna.

"What do you see, Pre?. I'm at work not daydreaming" said Hana right in front of Pradjna's face, visibly angry.

"You're jealous of Dave being with me last night?" Pradjna chuckled as she lightly touched Hana's nose.

Hana's eyes rounded hearing that, she stepped into her soffa. Pradjna approached sitting next to him.

"Do you know, last night I asked Dave to stop approaching me. He refused - of course. It's just that I've explained and hopefully he understands" Pradjna took a break.

"I said I could be her lover, but I would lose my best friend, you, Hana" Pradjna glanced at Hana who was silent.

"Then if I become her lover and we break up, I'll lose her too. I hurt you and then I hurt myself to lose you both, we all feel pain" Pradjna continued.

"May you understand, Han. Dave hugged me last night for all this explanation. I won't take anything you love because I love you too" Pradjna hugged Hana who was still silent, maybe the girl was still angry or disappointed, let it be okay, she explained, Hana just needs time, Pradjna's mind.
