Chapter XXIX
Already a week Maira had not left for college, she was still diving in her grief, she was digesting Fatih's words so as to make the best decision. Today Maira decided to go to campus, with all her strength she covered her heartache. Maira departs by her personal driver, returning to her normal state, just as she had before she met Darren. Maira did not make a sound during the trip, he just stared blankly at the outside of the car, not infrequently his personal driver watched him in the glass in the car staring in wonder at his young miss, he said, but the driver doesn't care at all.
Before long Maira arrived at the parking lot of the campus, he got out of his car with a giant step towards his class.
"Maira," said Billa gently who managed to align her steps. Maira just smiled faintly.
"Lo no papa Ra? a week Lo did not waste," asked Billa carefully, looking at his friend who was still empty.
"Gue doesn't papa Bill," Maira said.
Once in class they sat next to each other, there was no more talk between the two, Billa also felt awkward with her best friend who still looked moody. Lectures continued, but Maira was unable to concentrate, her gaze forward but with a blank look.
While elsewhere, Darren descends the stairs preparing to leave for campus, he greets Ana who is busy arranging her breakfast.
"You didn't have breakfast?" ask Ana.
"Sir," cynically, while walking away from Ana, Darren is still upset with Ana, because Ana never gave a reason to ban her relationship with Maira unilaterally and suddenly.
"Never see that woman! And soon go home, mama will mate you with mama's friend's child, we will go to her house." said Ana no less cynical, and make Darren step stopped for a moment. But he continued his steps without caring about Ana's words.
Darren drives his car at high speed, hoping the weight of his mind can be swept away by the wind.

Sadness enveloped his heart that felt so broken, without him noticing his tears landing perfectly.
His mind is confused, every time he goes to campus, he hopes to meet with Maira to give him a necklace that he has not been able to give, and is now a resident of his bag.
Before long Darren arrived at the parking lot, regardless of the campus residents who pay attention to him. Darren immediately entered his class, he immediately sat right next to Romi.
"Lo's face is still like that" said Romi while turning his seat facing Darren. Darren refused to respond to the words of his best friend.
"Gue had accidentally seen Maira, entered the same class cake Billa." Romi's speech was able to make Darren widen his eyes and suddenly stand up from his seat, but Romi berhsil holding Darren's arm.
"Where are you going?" ask Romi.
"It's Maira's class, I've been waiting for her for a long time" said Darren.
"Lo calm down, okay? Don't hurry" said Romi.
"How are you going again?" darren protest
"Lo's crazy, he's another lecturer. Let's go back our lecturer comes in. We send wa to Billa aja for Nahan Maira," said Romi gave advice.
Darren finally according to Romi's words, he again sat in his chair, although his mind fluttered unsettled. But he tried to cover it up.
After class, Maira and Billa leave the class, and Darren and Romi are surprised. Maira tries to avoid Darren by ignoring Darren.
"Maira wait!" darren.
Understanding the uneasy atmosphere, Romi and Billa decide to leave Maira and Darren together, so that they can explain their relationship more freely.
"Enough Darren! you don't have to appear in front of me again, I beg you," Maira said in a trembling voice without looking at her interlocutor.
"Why are you avoiding Ra? Is it because of your mother's words?" darren asked for an explanation.
"I don't know what you mean, you don't want me to have any more contact with you, I don't know why, if you know Ra, I love you, your birthday, I want to propose to you, and my mom agreed, but somehow after meeting your dad, she became like that. If you're avoiding me because of what you said, I'm sorry on behalf of Ra's mom" Darren said.
"I also love you Darren, but we can't be like you used to, your mama already doesn't like me" said Maira and managed to shed more tears.
"All there must be detailed explanations Ra, all must be a reason," said Darren trying to persuade Maira.
"You try to ask your mama Darren, I don't want your relationship to be bad with your mama because of me" said Maira lethargic.
"I have to go Darren, please don't bother me anymore" he added.
"I'm going to find clarity Ra, I'm going to keep fighting for you, and this is for you, I'm sorry I was late for him" Darren said as he handed Maira the blue box, and then he left Maira first.
Maira looked at the back of her loved one blankly, her heart ached. Maira wants to run to chase him, but what is the power of his steps is stiff when considering Fatih's explanation, he only cries for his fate while sitting in the hallway of the campus, fortunately the campus has begun to quiet, but the campus has been quiet, until Maira can vent her feelings.
At the end of the hallway, Billa just looked at her best friend who was so devastated, she hesitated when she wanted to get closer, but her heart felt along with what Maira felt, Billa ran to approach Maira and hugged her tightly, holding her, letting her best friend shed all her tears in her arms, Billa's tears escaped and soaked the pink hijab she was wearing.
"Ra's patience, Lo is strong" said Billa while stroking Maira's back trying to incline. Maira just continued to cry, she could not control her crying that was getting worse and more.
