Chapter 4

"If you're talking about an illegitimate child. There's another one at the table."

Anthonio reacted bitterly with Anggi's words.

"Look at Sandra, she's also the illegitimate child you have with a mistress." Said Anggi loudly.

"What did you say?" Sandra was furious. He stood up from his place and glared at Anggi.

As the family's golden child, Sandra had never been ridiculed or insulted before.

Anggi upheld his indifference and said, “If you can shout at your older sister, it proves that the Alexander family also does not educate younger children. Low education!"

He mocked Sandra because Alexander had mocked Melisa before.

"You!" Sandra was getting angry.

But as Jihan pulls her hand and stops her, Sandra returns to being a sweet and obedient child.

"Sister, are you still mad at me and Edward? Until you do this to us?"

"I shouldn't have been with Edward back then, I'm sorry. But then Edward told me he didn't have feelings for you anymore until we did the unforgivable. It's all my fault."

Anggi turned towards Sandra. Sandra is really smart to turn the facts around. He was so cunning that he could look so innocent at any given moment.

"Just this time I heard someone call himself a mistress in a very sweet way."

Sandra was speechless to hear what Anggi said.

"I wonder, is becoming a mistress heritable? I thought you inherited that from your mother."

BRAKKK!!

Anthonio slammed the table hard.

"ORANGE! WHAT NONSENSE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!"

Sandra vibrates.

Anggi was not disturbed, he looked at Anthonio and said. "I've had enough, you guys just move on."

He held Melisa's hand and left without Anthonio's permission. There is a basic rule in this house, at dinner if the family dreamer does not leave the dining table, no one should leave as well.

Anggi's actions really challenged Anthonio's position in the middle of the family.

"ORANGE! STOP RIGHT THERE!" Anthonio shouted back.

Anggi stopped, he turned around and said. "It's up to what I do and that includes marrying Andre. If I change my mind and don't want to marry her, that marriage still won't happen even if you torture me to death like you did to me five years ago."

He then walked away without caring for their response.

Anggi brought Melisa back into the room and looked at her. "Are you still hungry?"

Melisa shakes. "When you fought earlier, I kept eating."

"Smart kid." Anggi praised his son.

Before deciding to return, he had prepared Melisa to face any such situation as this time. And sure enough, his daughter did not disappoint him in the slightest.

Anthonio was left furious at the dinner table. But since what was all said by Anggi was true, he could not refute it.

Jihan, Sandra and Edward also persevered in continuing their dinner while holding back the anger.

Now Anggi is brave enough to fight anyone. He was not rash and despite everything he said was annoying but true so no one could attack him.

Jihan looked down with a glance at her cruel face. Anggi was more astute than ever and it was detrimental to his position.

But still, everyone knew if a single mother were to marry an inmate, her life would soon be over. So Jihan doesn't have to worry too much.

On the second day. Anggi brought Melisa down and ate as usual. The two of them even walked their way in the front yard as if nothing had happened.

At night. When Anthonio returns home from work, he orders Anggi to have dinner with Sebastian's family.

Anggi and his daughter, Sandra and Edward, each ride in another car.

The men came and opened the door for them.

Anthonio leads his family into the restaurant to the VVIP room to meet Sebastian's family.

There was a big long table in the room and Sebastian's family was already sitting there.

When Alexander's family arrived, everyone stood up to greet them.

Andre initially refused to accept the marriage offer because no matter how bad he had done, he could not simply accept a single mother to be his wife.

But when he saw Anggi for the first time, his stance faltered and his eyes twinkled.

Anggi more perfect than his expectations.

Her straight black hair, her beautiful face, her voluptuous body and everything inside her made her look like an angel on earth. Except for the fact that she already has a child.

Andre was stunned until his mother nudged his arm and finally he woke up from his daydream. He got up and welcomed everyone warmly.

Once everyone is seated, the introduction begins and continues with dinner.

In the middle of dinner, Andre asks himself to go out and talk to Anggi.

Anggi wiped her lips before she brought Melisa out with her.

Outside the VVIP room, Anggi walks behind Andre but keeps a safe distance from him.

Andre cut the silence by saying. "Wedding next week. It was a bit of a rush and I felt the need to convey some things before that happened."

"Please say, Mr. Andre Sebastian." Anggi said with a smile.

And that smile managed to make Andre's heart beat very fast. But no matter how charming she was, she still had a child and that lowered her status as a woman for her to marry.

"It's lucky for you that you can be Sebastian's mistress, and that you can pay by obeying my rules."

"I want you to treat me like a king when we get married. Always obey all my commands and listen to what I say!"

Anggi looked at Andre emotionlessly.

Andre added. "Don't try to control me and set me up. If I have another woman out there, don't try to make a fuss with it. I don't want all that shit, okay?"

Anggi did not react at all. And that emotionless face made Andre impatient. "Are you listening to me?"

"Is there anything else?" Anggi asked back instead of answering Andre.

"One more thing, about your daughter. He should call me dad!"

Before Anggi could utter a single word, a powerful and charming male voice sounded. "Who should call you father, Mr Sebastian?"

Andre turns around and sees Leonardo Smith, the son of the heir to the Smith family who is also the uncle of Edward Smith.

The Smiths were a well-known family all over the country. If Sebastian's family is a wealthy family, then the Smith family is number one.

No other family dared to cross their path in Grade A City as everyone respected the Smith family. As the only son of the Smiths, Leon took over all of his family's business at the age of eighteen.

Leon has legal connections to the rest of the country. Authority and power are in his hands. Leon is a charming handsome man. He had just returned to this country a while ago and it was electrifying the entire public.

Just like Anggi, he is a single man who has never been known to be close to any woman.

Andre pointed towards Melisa.

Leon glanced at the girl.

Melisa felt that gaze and immediately looked back into Leon's eyes.

Anggi frowned at the gaze between the man and his daughter.

She subtly pulled Melisa's hand behind her.

Realizing that, Leon finally pulled his gaze back and walked away.

Han, Leon's personal secretary who had been with him since he was a child felt strange upon seeing the smile on his master's face. It was not just a thin grin, but a bright smile. The bright smile of a man who hanpir never showed the slightest emotion.
