Anggi did not want to think about that topic. He changed the topic and said,

 

“By the way, why are you in the club? You're already married. Shouldn't you be a good wife and be with your husband at this hour?”

 

“Good wife? The marriage between me and Finn was only on paper. We have our own lives, don't tell me to be a good woman. Besides, he had more fun than me.

 

“What happened between you two?” Anggi raised an eyebrow.

 

Anggi doesn't know anything about Willona's marriage.

 

"What?" Willona patronized him.

 

“I remember vividly when you were in college, you called me and told me that you had fallen in love with someone at first sight. Finn ticks every box of your ideal man and you love him with your heart. Everyone in Grade A knows you're the one chasing him, not the other way around!”

 

“I was naive back then.”

 

"So, you just parted with her?"

 

"Mh." Willona just muttered an answer.

 

"So what happened? Why did you part with him?”

 

"There's nothing I can say about that" Willona stuttered.

 

"Willon!"

 

"Come on! It was almost the same with you and Leon back then.”

 

"You cheated on him ?!" anggi Sembur.

 

"Come on! What the fuck, Anggi?! Do I look like a horny whore to you?! Am I that cheap in your eyes?” Willona's restless.

 

"Then why did you end up marrying her?" Anggi asked.

 

"That's the love that's gone down now."

 

"Willo..”.

 

“Oke, stop. Finn and I are just husband and wife on paper. Sooner or later we will get divorced, ” Willona said but did not want to reveal the details.

 

“I think Finn is pretty good. There must be a misunderstanding between the two of you.”.

 

“You saw him a few times and you think he's okay?! Don't let that handsome face lie to you! I was fooled by his polite appearance. I thought he was shy and loyal but he was really stupid! The vow! I'd rather fall in love with another man in the world than love him again!"

 

Anggi wants to cheer up his friend but Willona loses interest in continuing. "That's it. If you don't want to come, I'll go have a drink myself."

Anggi called again after Willona hung up.

 

"It's shocking that you called me." A seductive and cunning voice came from the other end of the phone.

 

"I want to see Andre Sebastian and I need some pictures of him" Anggi said.

 

"Sure," answered the voice.

 

"And I want you to speed up the transfer to Grade A."

 

"How fast are we talking?"

 

"Sunday."

 

"You're exaggerating me."

 

“I just received five percent shares of the Alexander.” family company

 

Anggi is not negotiating.

 

"Big! Good job." The man was not stingy with his praise.

 

"Stay in touch."

 

"Wait."

 

Before Anggi hung up the phone, the man held back.

 

"Mmm?" Anggi humming.

 

"I heard that you met Mr. Leon at the annual party last night."

 

"Have you got the news?" Anggi scoffing.

 

"Stay away from him" said the man seriously.

 

"I know."

 

"He's not a good man."

 

"You don't either."

 

The man on the other end of the phone was silent.

 

"At least I'm good to you."

 

"That's why I'm still working for you."

 

“Figure, i..” The man sounded moved.

 

"That's her. I know what you want to say.” Anggi stopped the man immediately.

 

The man chuckled. "Hehe, good girl."

 

The seemingly meaningless call then ended.

The coming week is a peaceful week for the Alexander family.

 

Sandra may hate Anggi but because Anthonio warns her not to do something rash, the girl does not cross the line. All he wants is for Anggi to marry the bastard, Andre, and get money from Sebastian's family.

 

After that, he could think of a thousand ways to torture Anggi. He was so sure he could make Anggi wish he were dead.

 

Her marriage to Leon is also close. They had already prepared for the event, so he forced himself to forget Anggi for a while and focus on the preparations.

 

 

The guests claimed that they were there to celebrate the birthday of Old Master Alexander but they were actually there to get help because of Alexander's family who would soon become besan with the Smith family.

 

Birthdays attract a lot of people to their homes. Fortunately, the place was large enough to accommodate over 100 guests, and it made the spacious house a little more lively than usual.

 

When Anggi brought Melisa down, there was already a crowd of people in the living room.

 

Everyone in the Alexander family was talking to the guests, welcoming them, except Anggi.

 

She also doesn't like socializing or getting along, so she takes Melisa to the park.

 

There were also guests in the garden but no one spoke to him, so he ignored them.

 

He led Melisa to a quiet corner.

 

"Pig!"

 

The angry voice of a man sounded behind him.

 

Anggi turned around and looked at Andre.

 

He shouted, "I came all the way here and you didn't even come to take me inside the house?"

 

Anggi grinning.

 

"How do you want me to behave, Second Mr Sebastian?" Anggi asked.

 

"Note, listen to what I say and don't embarrass me!"

 

Jeanna remained silent.

 

The anger on Andre's face grew. "Did you hear me?!"

 

Jeanna nodded slowly. "Yes." Yeah."

 

"Now, come with me to go say hello to your grandfather."

 

Pause a moment later, Anggi looked at Melisa and said, “Streetings. I'll be right back."

 

Melisa nodded.

 

Anggi followed Andre away.

Melisa saw them off before she wanted to take a walk around the park.

 

Before he could take his first step, a familiar voice from a man came from behind.

 

"Your name is Melisa?"

 

Melisa turned around and found Master Leon standing in the pavilion behind her. He did not know when the man appeared.

 

He looked at the man with swollen cheeks.

 

"I'm Leon, Leonardo Smith" the man introduced himself.

 

Han, who was right beside Leon, believed that his master was acting strangely lately.

 

Supposedly, Alexander's Old Master's birthday should be attended by Leon's father. Why would Mr Leon want to attend?

 

Even after he arrived at the manor, he did not speak to anyone and directly came to the pavilion. He seemed to be waiting for someone.

 

'Could... Mr. Leon is waiting.. This boy?'

 

This was the first time Han had listened to his master introduce himself in earnest, yet the boy barely reacted.

 

"Do you want some candy?" Leon took out a lollipop from his jacket pocket.

 

Han was confused by his master's actions. 'Did he try to... bribe the child?'

 

As far as he knew, his master hated children. Even the children of the other Smith members did not dare to approach their uncle.

 

“My teeth are growing. My mom said eating too much candy would make my teeth hollow.” Melissa refused the offer.

 

"Is that so?" Leon curled up and his lips became a smirk.

 

He put the lollipop back in his pocket and said, “This is the first time I've been to your house. Can you give me a tour around?”

 

"This is not my home" Melisa said.

 

Leon looked rather surprised.

 

“My mom says this isn't our home. This is where we stayed for a while." the boy explained.

 

Leon nodded. “Stay, you know that place better than me. This place is so big, I'm afraid I'll get lost."

 

"If you get lost, you can ask the waiters for directions."

 

"You don't seem to like me" Leon said with raised eyebrows.

 

Melisa nodded. "Hemm, I don't like you."

 

Leon was a little surprised.

 

Han was sweating nervously. 'This boy is really brave!'

 

"It's not just me. Even my mom doesn't like you, ” added Melisa.

 

Leon looked at the boy blankly. He saw seriousness on the boy's face as he expressed his hatred.

 

For a moment, it felt like the world was becoming quiet around Leon.

 

A while later, Leon smiled, but it was more of a complicated smile than a bright one.

 

Han had been by his master's side for many years and even he had no idea what that smile meant.

 

"Then, excuse me" Leon said.

 

He turned around and left, just like that.

 

Han was stunned on the spot for a few seconds before he nervously chased after his master.

 

'What's up with Mr Leon lately?!'
