...Chapter 03: The Decision of Destiny....

The library is a place that they use to get the first experience or first step to become a Witch, they flock to the library every year hoping to get a Magic Book and must be chosen to be an official Witch who has a License for obtaining a Grimoire Magic Book.

The Magic Grimoire Book was so coveted by every Living being that it could freely use Magic, the book that had the Dice emblem on its front cover signifying their status as Witches. When they were chosen to be Magicians in the Library, a bright light appeared suddenly above their heads and one of the books in the many Bookcases flew around them until it entered the light. Until the light disappears by itself will show their Status as Witches, Dadu looks from the lowest number of 01 to the highest number of 12.

Before the light disappeared they had first hoped or begged to give the highest possible number to his chest, because the Dice number means a lot to a Witch in order to be stronger than anyone who wants to be pursued. Each Dice Number has a limit to its Circle. For example, the highest Dice Number, Number 12, can reach the Circle level 8 if they try as hard as possible to achieve it, but if they get a chance to deepen their Magic it will allow them to create a Circle that has never existed - the legendary Circle or the 9th level.

Neither the Magic King nor someone who had dedicated themselves to Magic even they had not been able to reach the stage of creating a miracle about the Witch Circle, either, They could only study Magic up to the 8th highest level and there was never any sign of the appearance of the 9th Circle which he said was very legendary. It has been as much as possible to try methods in Magic mastery, but still the result is Nil. They eventually turned a blind eye about the 9th level of Magic in the world and only assumed that the story was a Fiction or Myth created by a poet in order to maintain the strongest Magic in humans so as not to fall as low as possible from the Demon Race.

Inside the libraries of Lark, Leon, and Yuka. Sitting on a bench near the door to the Book Hall, while hoping Yuka clasped her hands tightly and recalled the magic she had learned for a full year after she was rejected as a witch last year. On Yuka's left, there was Lark still looking nervous about her state of being in mastery over magic 0. Lark cold sweat looked at the floor and corrected himself to be elected or not to be a Witch, while Leon showed no signs of nervousness or uneasiness about his election. From someone's eyes they must think that Leon is used to and very confident in the present situation, but what actually happened to Leon is not the same as their minds. Leon though he was cold, but in his heart desperately wished to become a powerful magician who could protect his family, his body trembled slightly from fear as he entered the Book Hall. He occasionally cooled his heart by taking a deep breath and trying to hide it from the two of them, especially Lark who became his Rival.

" Adelle Minkar, please come in ! "

An old man mentioned the name of the boy in the order of his list of records, he announced that he the boy would next enter the Book Hall.

" Ba-Good ! "

The boy replied fearfully and hesitantly to the call from the Old Man who called his name in front of the door of the Book Hall, the boy's face was visibly wet with more and more sweat as he walked slowly closer to his door. The trembling body still refused to want to enter the Book Hall, but he also wanted to see the outcome of his destiny of becoming a Witch. Every now and then he gulped down his saliva, he was getting closer to the door with his body still looking helpless pushing against the huge Hall Door. Slowly he stepped in and immediately the door closed back automatically, then when all was finished in the Book Hall the door would open again by itself.

At first all the children were still frightened to see the results, but when the boy came out of the Book Hall. He looked very happy as he showed his Book floating in front of him, smiling he stopped before the Old Man.

The old man congratulated the Boy who became the new Witch and would potentially become an Advanced Circle Witch. It could be said that they got that level would really be a Witch, although the one with the Number Dice 1 to 3 was also a witch. However, they could only use their Magic for their daily activities to work in the fields as well as in the forest, they simply could not raise his Circle to level 3 and above due to the limitations in Mana mastery on their bodies.

After the boy came out to get his Book and was chosen to be an advanced Magician, they consciously slightly dispelled the fear of themselves as well as the three of them. Slowly those tens of people disappeared into the Book Hall Room and returned home, few people get Advanced Dice Numbers can even be counted with a finger because most of them get Dice Numbers Below the Number 04.

" Yuka, it's your turn now ! "

When her name was called, Yuka stood with all her heart harboring the fear she had for this year and hoped for the second time that she would be chosen to be a Witch. His frightened face disappeared in an instant as he was about to open the Door of the Book Hall, he bit his lips slightly to stifle the fear and slowly entered the Book Hall. Yuka stood on top of the Magic Circle in the middle of the Book Hall while closing her eyes and praying for her to be chosen as a Witch.

Then a glimmer of light came down from the stone above the circle and hit Yuka who was standing in the middle of the Magic circle, The books began flying around Yuka displaying some Random Dice Figures and continued meroulette until the numbers stopped. The moment was witnessed by her Sister Aniesse on the 2nd floor of the Book Hall, she also hoped that her Sister Yuka would be chosen to be a talented Witch like her. After a few minutes of books surrounding him, only one book was visible in front of him as he opened his eyes and it was worth a Dice Number 07. Yuka did not expect to get a chance to become a Witch who has a high level of Dice Numbers, just like her Brother Aniesse who has a 10th level Dice Number and coincidentally earned the title of "Magic Wall" because he had previously failed 1 year in his election to become a Witch.

Magic Wall was said to be someone who had managed to strengthen his protective magic to the advanced or highest level, Only with the Wall of his magic could prevent the 6th level Magic Circle above it depending on the Mana capacity within his body. The greater the capacity, the stronger the Fence he made to prevent Magic from his opponent. Aniesse had been 2 years since he entered the Magic Academy and broke the Record in terms of his Protective Magic, the, in addition to having a great Mana capacity he was also very talented in terms of fixing problems when he learned something about Magic. In that case when he saw his sister getting a high-level book, then his anxiety was also fading and the worry he felt to his family slowly disappeared a little because of Yuka's election.
