His book begins to react violently wanting to escape from Lark's hand so that it scares him and throws him, Lark falls down dragging his body backward because he sees the book moving by itself. Lark had now come to a realization from his despair, he experienced fear when the Book miraculously flew like the events inside the library.

When Book had flown and approached Lark, Dadu showed him the game. Spinning a Roulette quickly, making Lark even more afraid. He is not afraid because of what his book does, but he is afraid that fate will play tricks on him.

Black light began to envelop him, Lark felt something change on him. It was like his body was filled with some sort of mysterious power but not Mana, but rather something of the Energy of despair.

When his book flips a piece of paper, Lark gains experience in the use of his powers. He knew what to do and returning to the previous battle, he ran very fast as if his body was very light and filled with a lot of Mana.

While on Lark's journey, Leon is still alive and maintains a small number of Mananya. He fights with all his abilities, jumping over various tree branches while thinking of saving himself and maybe hoping for a hunter to pass by and help him.

The devil still urges Leon, but Leon is very clever. He is not at all consumed by speech or into the trap of the Devil, only when he runs out of Mana and is caught by the Devil. Leon looks for a way to escape them, with a wounded body. He survives to live.

When the pain had made his body feel numb, Leon fell to the ground. The demons started laughing, they also stopped to make their enemies despair. By torturing his opponent and playing him, it is the pleasure of Satan. As Leon wished to die painlessly, he curled his gaze towards the side of Lark he had thrown before.

And when the Devil Started to cast his Spell, suddenly someone came very quickly. Leon was still in a semi-conscious state, he did not know who that person was fighting with the two Devils. But the moment he regained consciousness and opened his eyes, somehow the memories of the past began to happen again. When he was bullied by a group of people, and someone came to his rescue.

Lark continues to hit them, while Leon takes the opportunity to use the rest of his powers to help Lark.

As Leon goes to sneak out at night, they realize that Leon wants to see and watch Lark lest he act unwanted. Aniese and Yuka also left the house to search for the two in the forest, sure enough to see Leon and Lark asleep in the forest. They immediately brought him home.

Aniese was surprised to see that there were two corpses of demon figures burning in the forest, as well as Yuka. They had not expected that Lark and Leon would kill the Devil in his first experience. Not only that, Aniese saw that the two demons had Dice exceeding the number 05 and that it was very difficult to fight or be killed except, those who had been proficient in using his magic.
