vivi's story

It's cold tonight. Two more days of Chinese holidays are coming. Vivin who was standing at the stop, rubbed her palms to drive away the cold.

There was a sound of an owl in the distance. Vivin cursed her boss inwardly, for forcing her to depart at this very ominous hour.

Vivin is assigned to deliver a package to an old warehouse at the end of town. The journey there takes about half an hour, and the only types of public transport available are the old, slow-moving double-decker buses.

After a long wait, the bus finally appeared. Vivin is up. Only a few passengers were visible. Vivin continued to step towards the stairs as she decided to sit on the upper level only. But his steps were stopped by a wrinkled grandmother sitting near the stairs.

The grandmother said, "Don't go upstairs, son. It's dangerous above." Vivin surprised. He had heard creepy stories about double-decker buses like his friends had told him. Feeling horrified, Vivin also undoes his intention to go up. After choosing a bench a little far away, Vivin sat down while imagining terrible things that might happen.

The thrilling 30-minute journey was finally able to pass. Vivin had reached her destination, when the double-decker bus stopped at a stop. Vivin got off while breathing a sigh of relief, while the bus resumed its journey.

The next night, one night before Lunar night, Vivin again Assigned her boss to deliver another package to the same warehouse. Vivin went back to the stop. The same bus that yesterday appeared again. Vivin ride.

Bus passengers are visible to only a few people. Vivin then walked up the stairs. But there Vivin was again stopped by a wrinkled grandmother sitting by the stairs. The same grandmother as yesterday.

The grandmother said, "Don't go upstairs, son. It's dangerous above." Vivin recalled her experience yesterday. He was afraid and chose to sit on a bench a little away from the stairs. After 30 minutes, the double-decker bus finally stopped at the stop where Vivin was headed. Vivin came down with a feeling of relief. The bus continued its journey back.

The atmosphere of the city looks great. Colorful lanterns and embellishments Decorate the street corners. When the multilevel bus she was waiting for came, Vivin boarded. The bus was the same bus as yesterday.

Vivin looked at the bench near the stairs, and sure enough, the same grandmother as yesterday was seen sitting there.

Vivin then approached the wrinkled grandmother.

Before the grandmother said anything, Vivin preceded her, "Mother, whatever Grandma would say, I will still go up and sit on top. Tonight is Chinese night and the atmosphere of the city is so festive, I am not afraid of anything!"

Without waiting for an answer from the old grandmother, Vivin then went upstairs. There were no passengers above. Vivin chose to sit by the window, and waited with a tense feeling.

But until 30 minutes passed, nothing happened. Vivin finally reached her destination, and the bus stopped at a stop. Vivin came down from the top floor and looked for the wrinkled granny near the stairs.

After meeting, Vivin asked, "Sir, why the hell, Grandma forbid passengers to go upstairs? I have tried it myself, it turns out that above there is nothing harmful. What the hell is it, Grandma?"

Pointing her finger up, the wrinkled granny replied, "Above dangerous, son. There's no driver."
