The exercise began with the members warming up led by their assistant coach. Today's training is expected to be longer than usual, finishing at three in the afternoon, with two break breaks. Caraka, Bagas and Mike did the training in earnest because the three were eager to make a good impression so they could be selected into the youth national team. They ate their lunch each with a familiar and pleasant atmosphere because of Mike and Gauri who fit in joking with each other. They talk a lot here and there while finishing their food.
