DISILLUSIONMENT

Leaving Caraka in the locker room, Mike walked into the coach room again to submit his resignation. No one expected the end of their argument to be Mike's resignation from the national team. For other athletes, especially Caraka who has always been a reliable player, the process of his resignation will be a little more difficult. But unlike Mike with his performance lately, the coaches immediately agreed, although it could not be at once because there is a procedure that must be done. Since that day Mike no longer appears at the training ground.

Bagas eventually learns that Mike is resigning and immediately goes to the training ground even though there is no training schedule on the day. She thought she had time to meet Mike before he disappeared. But unfortunately Bagas can meet only Caraka who still has to complete his entire training session today. With an erratic feeling Caraka must remain professional by completing his training to the end.

Outside Caraka saw Bagas who was standing in front of the snack vendor's canteen in front of the training ground. Bagas waved his hand and gestured for Caraka to come with him. The two went inside together. Bagas asked if Caraka had spoken to Mike before he submitted his resignation. Caraka just nodded, confirming that he even had an argument with Mike before it happened.

If Bagas had seen how Mike was doing, he would have also run out of words because behind the desire to get angry and even corner Mike's face, Caraka could not comment much. Now it's getting harder to meet Mike, his house has moved even he's out of the team.

But Bagas was not a person who gave up easily. He will continue to search for Mike's whereabouts because he knows there must be a reason why Mike suddenly resigned. Among them, Mike is the most excited to achieve his dream as a swimming olympic athlete who won a gold medal. From childhood until before he changed his dream was still the same. Therefore Bagas could not directly accept this.

Caraka takes the bus to her house, and sees Gauri coming out of the mall with some of her friends. Seeing that Caraka rushed down to meet Gauri.

"So bad boy was the ice cream," said one of Gauri's excited friends.

"Later to finish the test anyway we have to come here again no matter what?" gauri said with a face full of smiles.

"Okee, ready to be patient."

Some of his friends were picked up by others on the same bus, but from across Gauri saw someone he knew looking at him. At first he was scared because someone was standing in the dark but that gaze, a gaze that Gauri was very familiar with. "Sir Caraka ..." murmured Gauri. Behind Caraka Gauri still calls herself Big Brother, but she rarely uses it in front of Caraka because of her prestige.

While running a little towards Caraka, Gauri slightly smiled to welcome Caraka in front of her. But the smile faded the closer he approached Caraka. Gauri looked at Caraka's look that looked sad. Without saying anything spontaneously Gauri opened her arms to embrace Caraka. Caraka who saw that also entered into Gauri's arms and put her hands on Gauri's back. They hugged for a while, Gauri did not let go of her embrace first until Caraka felt calm first.

Today Caraka who did not bring a car drove Gauri on the same bus. Gauri hasn't said anything since they took the bus. He waited for Caraka to start first. Both in silence they just looked at the dew on the glass of the bus. After a while Caraka finally spoke "Mike is out of the team" Caraka said. Hearing that must have made Gauri shocked as well. Although not in the team but Gauri also knew very well the struggle Mike got to this point.

With a heavy sigh from Caraka after saying it helped make Gauri sad, Caraka must be very disappointed with Mike's resignation. There seemed to be no words that could comfort him at the moment, Gauri chose silence and just held Caraka's hand to calm down.

Gauri arrived first at the stop she was heading to. Caraka forced to come down to accompany her home but Gauri refused. In addition to the feeling Caraka is now not okay, other buses do not necessarily come quickly or even not necessarily still exist. Gauri released Caraka's hand as she got off the bus. Caraka signals the phone when it gets from the bus to Gauri. After Gauri came down, Caraka looked back at the street through the dewy window.

The distance from the stop to his house is not so far away, besides in front of the alley there is a subscription grocery store that is still open and some roadside food places that are still crowded make Gauri feel quite safe. Arriving at home, his mother returned from the hospital and welcomed Gauri with a smile and arms. Gauri welcomed her mother's hand with a warm embrace.

"Kangen is very similar to the mother at home," said Gauri strengthened her embrace.

"Mother is also Ri" Citra said.

"Eh, have you eaten yet? mommy made your favorite chicken soup let's eat."

Citra calls her husband and youngest child to join the meal together. They had been waiting for Gauri to come home from last night for dinner together. The warm atmosphere at the dinner table that Gauri missed these few days because her mother was in the hospital, is now back to feeling.
