DARREN'S HATRED

Gratitude

Gilang is in his class. He is currently working on a report on the schedule of his campus group touring activities.

When Gilang was focusing on his tasks, suddenly Gilang heard a noise outside his class.

The noise became more and more clear. Instantly Gilang instantly turned his attention away from the book seeing a few people entering his class. Those people were his classmates.

"Yuli," call Gilang.

The girl called Yuli immediately looked towards Gilang.

"Yes, Gilang. What's up?"

"What are the kids talking about? That's great," asked Gilang.

"Ach, yes! I almost forgot something" Yuli said.

"Forgetting something? Meanin?" ask Gilang.

"Darren's your brother, isn't he?"

"Yes. Continues to?"

"So there was a big and horrible incident" said Yuli.

"Event splashy?" repeat Gilang who immediately thought of his younger brother. "Say, what's wrong?" ask Gilang.

"There are some college students who don't like Darren and his seven best friends. Of some students who did not like Darren and his seven best friends. Only 7 people did show and show their dislike towards Darren and his seven best friends. You know that, don't you, Gil?!"

Gilang also knows how great Darren's affection, respect and love for his family is. Especially for both parents. One father and two mothers. Darren loves all three.

Gilang looked at Yuli's face. "What's going on?"

"One student died instantly from getting a long and deep wound due to an incision made by Darren. And one other student got a stomach injury from a kick from Darren."

"What?!" He was surprised at what he heard. "That's the result if you bully my sister," said Gilang.

"At first all students and students had looked at disgust and did not like what Darren did. But a few seconds later, everyone realized that Darren was doing it to maintain his family's self-esteem. Especially his parents."

Gilang stood up from his seat after tidying up the books and stuffing them into his bag.

Darren looked at Brenda's face with a face that was still a little lethargic. A second later, Darren smiled.

Darren looked straight ahead. He thought about the events of these few days that made his emotions unstable.

Seeing Darren suddenly daydreaming made Qenan, Willy, Axel, Dylan, Jerry, Rehan and Darel worried. So did Brenda and her seven best friends.

"What's up, Ren? Is there something you're thinking about?" ask Brenda.

Darren looked at Brenda's pretty face. His gaze this time was a look of fear.

"Different Ren!" exclaim Qenan, Willy, Axel, Jerry, Dylan, Rehan and Darel together.

"If you are a murderer. It means we're all Ren's killers, too" Rehan said.

"Lo don't forget when we all fought against Samuel and his uncle back then? Samuel's group and his Uncle Gustavo's group came to attack our residence" said Dylan.

"When it happened, we all finished them off with our hands, Ren!" exciting Jerry.

"So we're all the same, Ren!" said Qenan and Willy at the same time.

"All we did was defend ourselves, because Samuel's group and his uncle's group wanted to kill us all. While the people who died in my hands. They're not bad people like Samuel" Darren said.

Brenda touched the back of Darren's hand. After which, Brenda grasped it tightly.

Feeling the touch in his hand, Darren immediately looked at his hand where Brenda was holding his hand.

Darren turned to look at Brenda's pretty face. And seen by him, a sincere look emanated on Brenda's brown bead.

"I will always be by your side. I'll never leave you even if you ask me to go."

"I love you, Ren! My love has grown since I sat on the Junior High. After my struggle all this time to get your love. Would I just give up when you're down like this. The answer is certainly not Darren!"

Brenda rubbed Darren's cheek gently with her left hand. "If I leave you when you're down. Means I'm a selfless woman and a selfish woman. You have sacrificed a lot for me and my family. Yesterday I had to leave you. You need me so much."

Qenan, Willy, Dylan, Jerry, Axel, Rehan, Darel, Tania, Alice, Milly, Felisa, Lenny, Vania, and Elsa nodded their heads simultaneously agreeing to what Brenda had said.

The test!

Darren's tears just rolled down his face. "I love you. Don't you ever leave me."

"I love you too. It won't. I will never leave you. I promise." Brenda answered a question from Darren as her hand wiped Darren's tears.

Unbeknownst to Darren and the others. He heard the words of Darren, his seven friends and their lovers.

Gilang cried when he heard the complaints of his beloved sister. His heart really hurt when he saw the condition of his younger brother.

But when he saw the cohesiveness of the seven friends of his sister. And the sincerity of Brenda's love for her sister made Gilang's heart feel relief. She was truly grateful that her sister was surrounded by good people like them.
