Part 10 Understanding Alex's Nature

The next day, Melodi carries out her duties as a wife. He prepared the food he cooked for himself and Alex. He asked the waiter about any favorite food Alex liked. After half an hour of fighting with raw materials to be ready to be served on the dining table. Melody could breathe with relief, let alone see the food she cooked was already on the table.

Although many housemaids are hired by Alex to help her cook. But Melodi refused his help. He did not want his cooking to be intervened by others.

"All the food is in order, just take Alex to have breakfast with me." said Melodi. He steps up the stairs to Alex's bedroom.

Just as Melodi wanted to knock on Alex's room door, suddenly Alex had opened the door and stood before her.

"What's wrong?" alex said in a well-dressed, round pair of glasses.

The melody that saw Alex's face was very close for the third time without receiving any noise. He was almost stunned by Alex's handsome face behind the sunglasses and geeky hair.

"After all, Alex didn't wear glasses and change his hairstyle like a man today. Surely, Alex is more handsome than any man." praised Melodi with an eye toward Alex. Without Melodi noticing, she praised her geeky husband.

Alex who did not receive any answers, let alone the eyes melody gaze was like starving looking at a delicious meal. Making herself shudder in horror and quickly herself invites Melodi to wake up from her daydream.

"Melody, what's going on in my room? What do you want to say?" alex asked the silent Melodi and stared unblinkingly at her eyes.

"Melody, let's have breakfast together. I'm going to the office."

"Melody, why is it still daydreaming? Let's go down." again Alex's words are like the wind passing by. He let out a rough sigh as Melodi seemed to be smiling to herself.

"Truly Alex is actually a handsome guy. But, Alex who can't take care of herself to look attractive. Look at her eyebrows thick like caterpillars, her eyes are both black doughnut-shaped, her nose is pointed like a slide, her lips are sexy like a baby can not eat alone. Moreover, the mustache is thin like om mapan. It's perfect." said Melodi in her heart. He continued to smile sincerely looking at Alex who seemed to look astonished at him.

Melody felt a burly hand touch her forehead. Instantly he awakens from his daydream that continues to praise Alex.

"It's not hot and it's normal. But why didn't there be any response when I called him" Alex said with his hull face.

"Hey, what are you doing? Why are you touching me?" melodi asked in a slightly yelling voice at Alex.

Alex was surprised not the cans when Melodi scolded him.

"Hey, what are you saying? I'm just checking on you so as not to daydream. Just waste my time waiting for you to stand still without answering my question. Yes, I'll have breakfast first. You can catch up," said Alex then he stepped away leaving Melodi who was only silent to hear his words.

"Why was I silent when I was left behind by him scolding me back? Geez, what happened to you Melodi? I should have scolded him who dared to touch me." Melodies come down to follow breakfast together.

The melody that reached the dining room, he saw Alex eating first.

"Why not wait for me to eat?" asked Melodi who took the plate for herself and filled the food she cooked.

"There's a meeting schedule at another government office, I need to quickly go to the office to prepare the meeting file equipment" Alex replied between meals.

"Oh so." said Melodi who began to feed her food. Just now that he was chewing the food he cooked, he suddenly choked from his food.

Alex who saw Melodi coughing, he immediately gave a glass of water to Melodi.

"This meal is delicious too? It tastes a lot salty. But, I appreciate you making my favorite food to steal my heart," Alex said lightly making Melodi give a sharp look at Alex.

"So, are you insulting my cooking?" melodi said emotionally provoked by Alex's words earlier.

Alex who was busy checking his phone screen instantly turned his gaze towards Melodi.

"I don't talk like that, I praise your cooking. If I insult your cooking it means I don't want the food you're cooking." Alex said it had a point and the reason was logical.

"True too." said Melodi who immediately silenced.

"Here you go, don't think too much, I go to work first." said Alex standing up from his seat and carrying his briefcase.

The melody that saw Alex leave, she immediately called Alex.

"Alex wait!" melodi said making Alex's footsteps immediately stopped.

Alex turned his head towards Melodi who was walking towards him.

"Why?" alex asked to see Melodi standing in front of him.

Melody reached out her hand to kiss the back of Alex's hand.

"Be careful on the road" said Melodi sincerely.

Instantly Alex was stunned to hear the words of Melody who was attentive to him.

"Alright." before Alex left, he smiled sweetly in front of Melodi who waved her hand in a swinging style from the bottom up or could be known for her subtle expulsion.

Alex's sweet smile instantly faded away upon seeing that hostile hand of Melody.

"I'm leaving now." Alex immediately went from the front of Melodi who seemed to laugh satisfied to see the change in Alex's facial expression.

"Haha... Funny thing about my geeky husband's face. He thought I was starting to open my heart to him. Oh can't, want to be as good as he treats me. I stick with my stance because I'm not a cheap woman who easily opens her heart to strangers" said Melodi then went to work.

Melody walked out of Alex's main door. It turned out that his favorite car had been delivered by his personal driver at his parents' house.

"Good, I can move like I used to without bothering others to drive me to work." Melody walks into her car and she starts to start her car to leave the grounds of Alex's mansion.

"I haven't been to my company office in three days. I don't want my right hand to handle all my business. I don't want all of my company's assets to be known to strangers. Even if he's my own best friend." Melody keeps driving her car to make up for the highway.

"Today Alex is more talkative and likes to correct my mistakes. Is he starting to show me his true nature? If true, I must be smart to understand Alex's nature" Melodi said in her heart.
