CH-72 Darren Statement (Part 2)

Earlangga looked at Darren sharply.

“I can't believe, you must be lying!” Earlangga.

“Actually that's the reason why I'm coming to your house, because I want to take Valerie away,” Darren replied.

“You lied right?” snapped Earlangga, whether there was news like that made his heart feel unwilling, he already felt sure that the woman with him was Valerie.

“If you let Valerie go now, I'll take her,” Darren said.

Earlangga looked at Darren getting sharper, his eyes sort of holding back in anger.

“Bringing him? Wh-wh-what for? She's my wife!” earlangga said with a high tone.

“But she got pregnant by me, I want to take responsibility. Are you going to raise a baby who isn't your son?” Darren.

Earlangga walked closer to Darren, they stood face to face with hostile gazes.

“I do not believe you,” said Earlangga firmly.

“You don't trust me? Okay yesterday I lied, but now I'm telling the truth, I impregnated Valerie. Please, let me take responsibility for what I did to her. I'm sober now!” darren said, trying to convince Earlangga.

“ You have to trust me, I will take good care of Valerie and our baby, I will learn to be a good father and husband to Valerie,” continued Darren.

“What do you mean husband?” ask Earlangga.

“Of course I will marry her, Valerie and I will jointly raise our child,” Darren said, making Earlangga's mood even more boiling.

“I told you, she's my wife! Didn't you hear?” earlangga.

“That's the truth, I didn't know Valerie was pregnant. I realize now. I'll take him away with me, I'll take responsibility, so you have to let him go, you divorce him,” Darren said.

“I won't just hand Valerie over to you!” earlangga said with a high tone.

“But he has more right to be with me than with you! You just find the girl you were with that night. What is clear is not Valerie, because I was with Valerie that night,” said Darren.

Suddenly a fist landed on Darren's face, until the man fell down.

“I don't like you playing me!” maki Earl's.

Darren wiped the fresh blood coming out of his mouth from the blow, and he tried to stand up.

“Why did you hit me? I'm talking actually!” shouted Darren.

“Never play me! Until whenever I won't let go of Valerie!” earlangga said, even though his heart had become chaotic hearing the information from Darren. Is it true Valerie wasn't the woman he was with?

“What are you doing with her, while that baby is my baby?” said Darren with a tone that began to wilt.

“Because I love him!” said Earlangga, making Darren speechless.

“I love her even if it turns out that baby is not my baby. But I'm sure Valerie was with me that night,” continued Earlangga.

“I'm sorry I lied to you until finally you now like Valerie,” Darren said.

Even though he was silent, he was wondering what was behind all this? Whether Darren is honest or not. But Darren did all this not for the money.

Earl looked back at Darren.

“If you lie, be honest with me, I will give you a lot of money. Or do you want the latest sports car? I'll give it to you!” Earlangga. His heart still could not accept if it turned out that his guess was wrong all along.

Hearing that Darren was somewhat affected. The latest sports car? That must have cost billions. Crazy one! This man dared to spend a large sum of money just for an ordinary nurse?

“How?” ask Earlagga.

“Mmm,” Darren seemed to think again. But come to think of it, she can also blackmail Ms.Grace, let alone her mastermind all this. Mrs Grace told her to do this. If she fights Mrs Grace, she could harm her or put her in jail.

“No, I don't need that. I just want to take responsibility for Valerie and our baby, so please release Valerie,” Darren said, not tempted by Earlangga's seduction.

“Valerie is married to me, that means she and her baby are mine,”.

Darren's heart is getting upset, it turns out Earlangga is not that easy to be influenced.

Earlga stepped closer to Darren.

“You better get away from me and Valerie. Once again you're bothering my wife, I won't let you go!” Earlangga.

“You think I gave up? I will still take Valerie from you, just look,” said Darren, while fixing the location of his jacket and then leave Earlangga.

Earlga was silent for quite a long time in that place. He was confused, what else was this? Why can Darren provide such fickle information? Is that girl not Valerie? But she was already convinced that the girl was Valerie. She also fell in love with him and loved her baby.

Earlangga saw the watch in his hand, he was going back to the hospital, he promised his mother that he would not be long gone. He immediately rushed out of the place.

Valerie was in the hospital restless. Although the Doctor advised her to rest but her heart could not calm down. The incident made him feel afraid if anyone would want to harm them? Is this a coincidence or a coincidence? He rubbed his stomach many times.

“Darling you are well yes, mother scooped you up,” muttered Valerie.

His words were heard by Lorena who was sitting on the sofa waiting while opening the magazine to not be saturated.

“You should rest, you should not mind much,” Lorena said.

Valerie looked at her mother-in-law.

“I'm just still in shock with the incident earlier, was it an accident or was someone intentionally doing it?” ask Valerie.

“What are you talking about?Who would want to hurt you? It was just an accident, you don't have to think about it, the important thing is that you and your baby are good,” Lorena replied.

“No Ma'am, my baby is not okay yet, I am waiting for the Doctor to fully recover and be able to go home,” Valerie said.

“You should be sure your baby is fine, definitely fine,” said Lorena, still rubbing Valerie's stomach, making Valerie feel moved by her attention.

“Bu!” call Valerie.

“Iya,” replied Lorena staring at her daughter-in-law.

“What if my baby is born later the results of his DNA test turned out not to be his baby Earlangga?” ask Valerie.

“You still doubt that this baby is not Earlangga's?” lorena asked, surprised by Valerie's words. All this time he only thought that Valeri was afraid of Earlangga so did not want to mention who the father of the baby was.

“Because Earlangga and I never did anything,” Valerie replied, although in her heart she felt Earlangga was similar to the man.

Lorena was silent for a moment, and Valerie still said that, which meant that Valerie and Earlangga had nothing to do.

“No problem, you are already married to Earlangga, that means your baby is Earlangga baby as well, so I will definitely consider him my grandson too,” Lorena said with a smile. He is happy that there are lots of kids at home.

There were clear details appearing on Valerie's eye patch, she felt overwhelmed by it.

“Thank you Mom, already want to accept me and my baby,” Valerie said.

Lorena just nodded with a smile. Look at that pale face. From any of his daughters-in-law's origin, only one was expected, the woman should be able to bring happiness to Earlangga, that was all she wanted.

“I want to go home!” a voice of Mrs Grace walked up to them.

“Mother want to go home?” lorena asked as she got off the bed, looking at her in-laws.

Valerie also looked at Ms.Grace. I don't know why she feels like Ms.Grace knows something.

Lorena's cell phone inside the tasnaa rang. He went to the couch and took his cell phone and walked out of the room.

“Honey, you'll be here?” he asked as he continued to walk out of the room, answering a phone call from Sean.

Mrs.Grace looked at Valerie who kept looking at him sharply.

“Why are you looking at me that way?” ask Ms.Grace.

“Do the Madam know all this?” Valerie asked back.

“What are you talking about?” ask Ms.Grace.

“I feel this accident was intentional, some do not like my departure with Mr. Earlangga,” replied Valerie.

“Huh, do you mean what's that talk to me?” ask Ms.Grace.

Valerie tried to get up from her sleep and sat down with a footstool staring at Ms.Grace.

“What's the Madam behind all this?” ask Valerie.

“What? How dare you accuse me?” mrs.grace snapped in annoyance.

“Only Madam who does not like me and my baby,” Valerie said.

“You talk carelessly! How could I hurt my own great-grandson?” miss.grace.

Valerie was surprised to hear that, why did Ms.Grace say her great-granddaughter?

“Bu! “ lorena's voice came into the room, she heard a noise from inside the room.

“I've asked the driver to get ready to take mom home. Sean will also be here soon,” said Lorena, his eyes looking at his mother-in-law.

 She had heard the high tone of her in-laws, no matter what they were talking about, her in-laws did not like the wife of her son.

“Iya, I'm home now!” ms. Grace said, then walked out of the room without saying anything more to Valerie.

“You okay?” lorena asked, looking at Valerie who was sitting down not lying down anymore.

“Is there anything you want to take?” ask Lorena.

“No Ma'am,” replied Valerie, she tried to lie down again. Loren helped him lie down.

Lorena was confused, just now at a glance her mother-in-law called the baby with my great-grandchild, what is this? Valerie said she had nothing to do with Earlangga but her mother-in-law called the baby her great-granddaughter, really puzzling her.
