CH-101 Sean's Suspicion

Lorena noticed Sean was still calling outside. If only it wasn't for the man being so persistent in fighting for his love, maybe he would have chosen to go far away from her even though he who won the contest might have let her go.

“If the bad possibility happens we have to be ready,” Sean said, making Lorena sob.

Sean got up from his chair, moved his seat to the edge of the patient's bed, pulled Lorena's head to sleep on his lap. His hands did not stop rubbing his wife's back.

“If I can't keep my baby, I'm forced to let you marry another woman,” said Lorena, surprising Sean.

“What are you talking about? No other woman, don't think of anything, don't listen to my mother's words,” cut Sean.

“I've made a mistake,” said Lorena.

“Have not spoken so continuously. Good bad we face together, no need to think things through,” said Sean, bowing his head kissing Lorena's forehead.

“What did Nisa put something on that food?” ask Lorena.

“There is no evidence, because the rest of the food is not there. I just feel suspicious. It's so strange he suddenly came home with food,” Sean replied.

Lorena did not answer again, if only Indri had not come maybe from yesterday she was lying in this hospital and maybe the baby was no longer helped.

“If Nisa was the one who planned all this, would you free her father? I want this problem solved. I want to live in peace with you and our baby,” said Lorena, looking up at Sean.

Sean looked down at his wife, but said nothing, as if he was thinking, then a kiss landed on Lorena.

“You rest, it's all my business. I love you but I brought you in this predicament, I'm sorry,” Sean said.

“No need to apologize, I love you too,” said Lorena, her hand held up grabbing Sean's head to get closer. Sean kissed her a few times.

“May you and our baby be healthy quickly, baby,”. Lorena just nodded.

There was a knock on the door, causing Sean and Lorena to turn towards the door that opened slightly. At the window, Sam and Indri are seen outside.

“Come in!” exclaim Sean.

Sam and Indri immediately pushed the door of the room inside.

“Lorena, I was very surprised when I heard you were in the hospital. President Sam said you had food poisoning, was it because you ate the pickled fruit I brought?” ask Indri. His face looked pale, it looked as if he was worried and feeling guilty.

Lorena tried to sit with Sean's help, even though her head was still dizzy. Sean immediately hugged her so that Lorena leaned against his body.

“I'm better now,” replied Lorena.

“Did you eat the food Nisa brought?” sean asked Indri.

“No, I immediately kicked out Nisa yesterday. Did you eat the food that Nisa brought?” Indri looked at Lorena.

“Yes, I ate the mango,” Lorena replied.

“How could Nisa do that? She wants you to miscarry!” indri.

Sam looked at Sean.

“How long will Nisa be in jail?” ask Sam.

“I don't know for sure, you just ask the lawyer,” Sean replied.

“Is it possible that Mr. Tedi still holds a grudge against you so plan all this?” ask Sam.

“Maybe too,” replied Sean.

“If that's true, they're really outrageous. Already in jail instead of better even more so,” grumbled Sam.

Sean looked at Indri.

“Do you want to wait for my wife here? Me and Sam will be out,” Ask Sean.

Indri turned to Sean and then to Lorena.

“Alright I will keep Lorena here,” replied Indri.

Lorena looked at Sean.

“Where are you going?” ask Lorena.

“I need a moment, later I come back here, you accompanied by Indri first,” replied Sean, his hand rubbed his hair Lorena.

“Remember the doctor said, you must rest your bribe condition and our baby quickly recovered,” Sean said, then kissed Lorena on the lips.

Lorena said nothing more as Sean let go of her embrace, leaving her with Sam. Lorena and Indri live in that room.

“You just rest,” said Indri, while helping Lorena lie down.

“What Sean will meet Nisa?” lorena asked Indri.

“Entah,” Indri replied, he sat on the edge of the bed staring at Lorena who was already lying down again.

“But there is no evidence that Nisa will harm me,” Lorena said.

“Who else if not Nisa? The maids in your house won't be that careless about your health and your baby's, will they be fired? Just looking at him I suspect he was planning badly, you don't believe his words,” Indri said.

Lorena looked at Indri.

“If it's true that Nisa put something in that food, I'm so grateful to you that you immediately kicked her out. Otherwise, maybe my baby is no longer helped,” said Lorena.

“But now your baby is fine right?” ask Indri.

“I don't know yet, my baby is distracted by it. I hope he can survive,” Lorena replied.
