CH-116 Confession of Mr. Tedi

In the prison…

Mr. Tedi was in an empty prison ward when the prison guards brought a large man.

Mr. Tedi stared at the arrival of the man who turned out to be put in his room, he wondered if this was a new prisoner? The bed in this room was filled.

He saw that the warden who had taken the man was gone. The man looked at him, then approached Mr. Tedi, and pulled Mr. Tedi to get up from his seat on the edge of his bed until he fell to the floor.

“Hey what are you doing?” snapped Mr. Tedi, he felt annoyed because the newcomers even carelessly to him.

The tall man walked up again to Mr. Tedi who had fallen on the floor.

“What do you want?” asked Mr. Tedi, he would wake up but a blow had landed on his stomach making him fall to withstand the pain of his stomach.

“You, who are you? What do you want?” ask Mr. Tedi, while enduring his stomach pain.

The tall man approached him.

“Say where Lorena is?” ask the tall man.

Hearing the man's question then Mr. Tedi understood what the purpose of the arrival of the man to his prison. Anywhere laugh.

“How did you obey his family Joris?” ask Mr. Tedi.

Not the answer he received but another blow to his stomach made Mr. Tedi fall back. Not one blow, even the man beat his face too until Mr. Tedi battered, trying to get up while continuing to cough.

“Tell me where is Lorena?” ask the man.

Mr. Tedi grinned and laughed.

BUKS! A kick came back to his body.

Mr. Tedi will wake up again and Buk! One more kick done by the man made Mr. Tedi in pain and difficulty breathing.

“Where's Lorena?” asked the man again, standing on his waist. It seems that he does not have any compassion.

“I won't say it!” mr. Tedi shouted, made the man crouch and immediately strangled him making Mr. Tedi short of breath, his mouth gaping, he was completely strangled by the man. His hands are reaching out for help.

“You want to talk or you want to die now?” ask the man.

So unable to hold back his shortness of breath, Mr. Tedi finally nodded. The man let go of his giggling.

“Tell me where is Lorena?” ask the man.

Mr. Tedi set his breath, he didn't think the man would actually kill him, he almost lost his life.

“Dia..” says Pa Tedi is back on his breath.

“What?” ask the man.

“She, she's been killed by my people!” answer Mr. Tedi.

“Where did you hide the body?” ask the man.

“I don't know, my people have gone to flee abroad!” answer Mr. Tedi.

Pia was back to strangle Mr. Tedi, but Mr. Tedi hurriedly shuffled.

“I'm talking actually. I told my men to finish off Lorena and the baby. I don't know where they dumped the bodies, they've gone out of the country,” said Mr. Tedi.

“You can contact them?” ask the man.

Bugh! Mr. Tedi was kicked again by the man until he fell again to the corner of the wall, his face was not battered everywhere. Mr. Tedi could only groan, he felt an incredible pain in his body and fell unconscious.

When he woke up, he was in his own ward, out of nowhere the man, he was still lying on the floor which now felt so cold. He felt annoyed he had completely failed, his life had been ruined, he would not be able to benefit any more from Sean, who there he almost died just now. Nor could he carry out his mission to blackmail Sean, or else he would die completely dead, he did not expect that even Sean could be ruthless.

Mr. Tedi continued to cough, he felt his body crumble dimly due to the man's punch, it seemed like his hand and leg bones were also broken.

In a hotel in the capital.

“What do you mean?” ask Mr. Julian when he gets a call from his people.

“Lorena terminated? Did the culprit go out of the country? Where did they dump the body?” mr. Julian asked, with trembling lips and a very sad heart. She did not expect that her daughter would die in such a tragic way. But he still has to find out where Mr. Tedi's men dumped his daughter's body.

As Mr. Tedi said, no one knows where Lorena's body is.

With a lethargic heart, Mr. Julian called Sean who was now in the study

his house with Sam.

In a hurry Sean picked up the phone from his in-laws. She was shocked when she heard her father-in-law saying that Mr. Tedi still said Lorena had been killed by his people and she did not know where the body was dumped.

Sean's eyes immediately glazed over. Tears have been shed in both of his eyes.

“What's up?” ask Sam.

“Pak Tedi still says Lorena has been finished but he does not know where his people dumped his body,” Sean replied. Drops of tears fell onto his cheeks, his heart was so broken hearing that.

Sam was silent, and he felt sad too. He was confused whether this was something real or just a dream.

“Sean, if the body has not been found, that means there is still hope. You don't get discouraged!” said Sam, he was also teary to hold back his sadness.

Sean wiped the water.

“Pak Tedi will not dare to lie under pressure,” replied Sean. He endured the tightness that now appeared in his chest.

Sam was silent. It was unbelievable that Lorena had died in such an unimaginable manner before.

Sean got up from his seat, he ran into the nursery. Standing at the door with eyes that glazed back. Seen by the bed, still imagined his wife smiling while folding her baby clothes. I can't believe his wife died with the baby.

Sean walked to the cot that had been given a mosquito net and there was a toy on it, the touch of the toy that immediately berbericing let out his voice.

“Honey,” he said, could not hold back his tears, tears were dripping on his cheeks. Touch that net again. He was confused as to what to say. He could not afford to lose his wife and baby.

“Honey, I'm sorry,” he said softly.

“Sean! Sean!” there was a voice of Ms.Grace running towards Sean's room but her mother's step was stopped when she saw the nursery open and saw Sean inside.

“Sean! Is it true what Sam said? Mr Tedi's men killed Lorena?” ask Ms.Grace.

Sean did not reply, he still rubbed the mosquito nets. Seeing Sean's attitude, there was no need to explain right or not that news. Mrs.Grace was sitting languidly in the chair in the room. She felt sad about losing her daughter-in-law and granddaughter. It also means that his grandfather Sean's legacy will vanish.

Sean simply rubbed the net with his broken heart regardless of his mother's presence. He was so lost, he felt empty, he felt his life was meaningless without his wife's child, he still didn't believe in any of this. Where's his wife's body now? His wife was so happy to arrange this baby room.

“Darling I'm sorry, I'm really guilty of you,” Sean said. He felt that he was the cause of the misfortune that Lorena had suffered. All because of her who required obtaining that inheritance. Had there been no inheritance it might have been the fate of her marriage would not have been like this.

Sean wiped away the tears that were dripping back on his cheeks.
