"Come, let's get him to the hospital!" Gio's words awaken Dian from his surprise.
"But–"
"I've prepared the car in front, you're coming with me now" Gio interrupted Dian's words. He immediately took the woman's hand and took her to where her car was parked.
Dian only followed the steps of the man who was now walking in front of her, clasping his hands. A little while later, they both arrived in front of a black car parked on a road that connects to a highway that not many people know.
A man who seemed to give the key to Gio. "Come in" Gio said after opening the door for Dian.
Dian answered nothing, her mouth locked. His mind wandered with the condition of his sister in the hospital, plus the worry that until both parents know what happened, especially the father.
Fortunately, the hospital is not too far away, so it did not wait long for Gio to get there. Dian immediately asked to be dropped off in front of the emergency room, before Gio entered the parking lot.
Gio just looked at the woman who had now started entering the hospital, then ran her car back into the hospital parking area.
Dian walked quickly to the reception desk, then asked where her sister was, After getting an answer, she immediately walked back to the hospital's ER room, trying to enter to find Ares' whereabouts.
"Ares," called Dian as soon as she could see her sister closing her eyes in one of the branches. Glassy eyes with a reddened nose are now clearly visible on the beautiful face of Dian.
Tracing every part of his sister's body that was seen starting to open his eyes, there was a bandage on his right hand as well as his feet, his face pale with an infusion needle stuck on the back of his arm.
"You're the brother of the fire victim?" ask one of the guard sisters over there.
Dian turned her gaze to the figure of the girl with the nuns who looked very young. "Yes, I'm her brother. How's my sister doing now, Sus?"
With a soft voice Dian asked, while his eyes looked back at the face of the sister.
"There's nothing to worry about, your sister only had minor burns, although she still had to be treated twenty-four hours later" the nurse replied, with a smile that still adorns his face.
"Alright, Sus. Thank you, later I will take care for her inpatient room," nods Dian.
"It must hurt a lot huh?" dian asked shortly after the nurse left, she sat down on the available chair beside the gurney.
Ares smiled at his brother. "I'm fine, brother. It's just a small wound."
"What's small, you have to be treated like this, how can you say keci, huh? This kid! What really happened, why did this fire happen?" Cerocos Dian with a look that looks so worried about her sister.
Ares chuckled as he could see his older brother speaking at length again, after these two years, he could only see the cold and reserved nature of the woman in front of him.
'Do I have to be sick if I want to hear you say a lot like you used to?' murmured Ares' heart.
"Why laugh, huh? You're happy because you've made my sister worried, right?" lady Dian.
"No, Brother. I'm just glad to hear you talk so much again, I miss your old sister" Ares said.
"Emh, Brother want to take care of your hospitalization first yes, you rest, do not move much." Dian switched the conversation, she never liked it when anyone brought up the past.
Ares exhaled heavily, staring at the back of Dian who had now disappeared behind the curtain. "I miss Dinda's cheerful and caring sister as before, Brother. I don't want my brother to continue to be locked up in past problems like this" he murmured softly.
Gio who heard the murmur from Ares fell silent with his brows furrowed. 'What's with Dian's past?' murmured heart.
It was passed by Dian who was going to the reception desk to take care of Ares' inpatient room. Dian entrusted Ares to her, as long as she took care of the administration.
"Hi, Ares. I'm Giovano one of Dian's friends .. Your sister told me to come in and take care of you while she takes care of the administration" Gio said, as soon as she walked into the room.
Ares looked at Gio with a frown, he was quite surprised by the presence of a foreign man who claimed to be his brother's friend. During this time, Ares knew that Dian was very avoiding connecting with men, what else are friends and dating.
What he saw now, however, felt so shocking. How could she now see clearly, the face of the man claiming to be her brother's friend. Is it possible that Dian could already open her heart to another man? All of this could happen, no.
"Friends Sister Dian?" Ares asked.
"Yes," Gio sat on the chair while looking at Ares' state.
"How are you doing now?" ask Gio then.
"I'm good, there are only minor burns" Ares replied.
The two men finally spoke so intimately, Gio was easy enough to take Dian's sister's heart.
'One heart is on me, now it's another heart's turn, ' murmured Gio.
Dian who had just finished taking care of the administration returned to Ares' place, with a nurse to immediately move Ares to the inpatient room.
After Ares got the nursery and the day went from afternoon, Gio said to go home first, he needed to clean himself, his body was so sticky because it had to run with Dian quite far.
"I want to go home first," said Gio to Dian who is now sitting pensively staring at his sister's sleeping face.
Dian turned to look at Gio's face, he only realized that there had been another man nearby. His mind was so merged, with this shocking incident.
"I'm taking you outside" Dian replied, he got up from his seat.
"Thank you."
The two walked in tandem out of Gio's ward, Dian escorting Gio to the front room, where guests or patients who want to get out of his room rest. Both of them sat in the chairs that were already provided there.
"Thank you, for the second time I owe you," said Dian, after both of them fell silent for a while.
"Heem," Gio only cleared his throat in response.
Gio lowered his body, he crouched down in front of Dian then grabbed the woman's leg. Since then he had wanted to do this, only he had no chance.
"You want what you?!" Dian who did not like the treatment of Gio immediately distanced his legs with eyes staring sharply.
"Your legs are hurt, how can I not feel it, huh? Here, let me treat it," said Gio, earlier he had bought ointment for Dian's feet shortly after parking his car.
"Tidka! I'm okay," hard Dian.
"Shut up for a moment, let me see your wound," Gio coerced, he held Dian's leg and took off his shoes quickly.
Gio grimaced to see Dian's reddened leg, and there were some abrasions there.
'Is he always like this, caring and caring for others? but not paying attention to himself?' gio's heart murmur.
Dian was silent, he looked at Gio who seemed to be so focused on treating him so gently and painstakingly. There was a corner of his heart that felt warmed to find that little attention. But the shadow of another woman and her memories in the past again made Dian close her heart and deny what she felt.
