“What? Miss, I think you misunderstood. The Zieglers didn't call us, if they called, it wouldn't have any effect on Boss Flynn. They were like little ants to Boss Flynn, so how could they possibly bring the Boss to its knees?”
Hearing Jacelyn's words, the security guard finally remembered that they were the ones who destroyed the aquarium containing the Arowana fish a long time ago. Now the tone of his voice is slightly eased.
The conversation made Alice realize one thing. The words of the security guard imply that the Ziegler family is nothing.
Then, why would Flynn be bothered with them?

“Bos mysterious?” Alice asked while taking a deep breath.
Alice thought that Quinton had deceived her in the first place! Alice agreed to be Quinton's girlfriend because she was so moved by Quinton's story that she was the one who helped him when the incident happened that night.

Alice pulled out her phone and called Quinton. He had to wait for some time because Quinton did not pick up his phone immediately. When Quinton finally picked up the phone, Alice could hear a noise behind Quinton, apparently in the crowd.
“Alice, I was wrong. I know I'm wrong. Please forgive me..”
“Quinton, I have one question for you. Is it really not you or your father who asked Mr. Lexington to apologize to us last time at Emperor Karaoke Bar? Was it your father who asked him to bow down and apologize to us that night?” Alice asked Quinton in a cold tone over the phone.

Alice hung up her phone.
Alice had been wrong all along. He believed that Quinton had helped him at the time.
Alice refrained from asking for details about the incident because she did not want Quinton to feel that she accepted Quinton as her boyfriend solely for wanting to thank him for his help that night.
Now, everything becomes clear.
It wasn't Quinton who helped her that night. So who is he?

The security guard receives a phone call through his headset. His face showed a surprised expression and said three times the word ‘ya’ in a respectful tone.
The look on the guard's face turned deathly pale.
The security guard bowed his body and said, “Sorry, ladies, please forgive my guts. I've done wrong. Everything is free and you... You can go now!”

“I wonder if someone who called Emperor Karaoke Bar and asked them to let us go is you, really?”
Alice asked nervously.

Meanwhile, Jacelyn and her friends also heard the conversation between Alice and Afzal and they were all in a state of shock.

Alice was crying because she was completely confused.
Finally Jacelyn, Naomi, and her friends pull Alice into a taxi.
“Alice, are you okay? Afzal is a good man. He may be poor, but he is still a good man. Never mind, don't think too much!” Naomi calmed Alice down in despair.
