Episode 39's. First day at the factory.
The break is over, the prospective employees all sit back in their respective places. Mr. Edi and Mr. Amin walked into the room and sat back in his chair. Edi took the mic and started talking.
"All I've collected." Said Mr. Edi while paying attention to prospective employees.
"It's sir." Answer the employee with enthusiasm.
"I was worried, maybe one of you was straying. But no yes, please look to the right and left of each. The person is still the same or has changed, must still be the same. Okay for the next you guys I will take you around the factory to get to know the environment, get ready.
After making sure the prospective employees are complete not one less, Mr. Edi invites them to tour the factory.
"From the room you were in and sitting in was the training room." Mr. Edi explained from outside the training room.
"Let's follow me and see what parts are in the company." Edi continued to tour the company.
"You were on the bus, no, this is a bus parking space for employees. When you come either to work or to work, this is where the bus parking lot is invited." Edi showed me the bus parking lot.
After the parking lot they entered through a fairly large door. Then walking a few meters, there was a fairly large door with inscribed on it, employee locker room.
"Well this is the locker room, you're gonna keep your bags or stuff in this room." In front of the door of the locker room, Edi explained.

After walking around, they returned to the training room. They sat in their original place while waiting for its continuation.
Mr. Edi then went into the training room with Ani's mother while carrying some large plastic wrap.
"Everybody's sitting back, how was it after driving around the factory?. I hope nothing will come out later. Two days must have memorized the path." Said Ani's mother after taking the mic.
"For the next time, I'll share your training uniforms and locker keys. Later you can save it in the locker according to the locker no. For uniforms you're allowed to take home for washing." Ms. Ani still went on to hand out the uniforms.
"I'll call one by one, then go forward and sign." Ani explained back.
Ms. Ani started calling one by one prospective employees, handing over locker keys and telling them to sign. While Mr. Edi handed over the uniform and its equipment such as hijab, hat and shoes.
One by one prospective employees get locker keys, uniforms, headscarves that wear hijabs, hats, and shoes.
"In the afternoon break, you can have lunch in the cafeteria. Before that, you can go to the locker room to store the bag, and wear a complete uniform. For those who wear the hijab, please have the hijab tidied into the uniform. Already know the way to the locker right, now put the bag and wear the uniform. I waited five minutes to get here again." Said Ani's mother firmly.
"Sorry mom now, okay ?." One of them raised his hand and asked.
"Yes now, I wait five minutes, you guys have to get here." Ani's mother said so firmly.
One by one prospective employees exit the training room door. They walked to the locker room. At the door of the locker were two female guards standing guard. The security guard only looked with a smile to see prospective employees coming and entering the locker room.
Prospective employees see the locker number listed on the locker door. Each looking for their own locker. After meeting the locker, they opened and put the bag down and put on a complete uniform. Leaving the locked lockers back, the prospective employees walked back to the training room.
"Five minutes, it's all." Said Ani's mother seeing prospective employees start sitting back in her chair.
"Why is it too late?." Ask Ani's mother immediately saw that someone had just entered after 7 minutes.
"Sorry Mom, it's been looking for a locker for a while." Answer prospective employees while looking down a little afraid because they are late to enter the training room.
"Because it's new, I understand. But remember for others as well, it should not be too late even if it is only one minute or even more." Ani's mother said a reminder to prospective employees.
"Yes ma'am." Answer late employees with others.
Late employee candidates sit back in their seats. Ms. Ani and Mr. Edi and Mr. Amin were seen chatting.
"Before lunch break, you want to eat or pray first please. The first bell is a break, remember it's only 45 minutes. It's 11:44, one more minute. You'll be here at 12:30. Next will be continued by Mr. Edi." Said Ani's mother explaining the break.
After Ani's mother finished speaking, the first break bell rang.
"Good day and good rest." Ani's Mother

Hours of rest are underway. Candidates one by one get out of the training room. There are those who go to the cafeteria, there are also those who go to the mosque. Dinda and Tini headed straight to the cafeteria.
Some factory workers also rest. Some went straight to the cafeteria, some went to the mosque. Both the cafeteria and the mosque are standing in line. Even though a big factory, a big canteen, a big mosque as well, it still stood in line. Because the place to grab the food queue is not much. And for the tap take water ablution is also not too much.
Dinda and Tini lined up along with the other factory employees. They pick up food in the tray that is already available at the food queue. After taking the food tray, Dinda and Tini sat in the dining canteen with other employees.
After eating, Dinda and Tini put the food tray in place. Then they walked to the mosque to perform dhuhur prayer.
Time continues to run does not feel the hours of rest will run out soon. Dinda and Tini immediately returned to the training room. There are already several prospective employees who have sat there. It seems that they are chatting with each other.
The break bell rang, the 45-minute break was over. Mr. Edi and Mr. Amin returned to the training room. Edi started talking to prospective employees.
"Have rested, have eaten all." Ask Edi to start the conversation.
"It's sir." Prospective employees answered compactly.
"Okay we continue. Here I will explain the parts of the work that are in this factory. Please while listening to the monitor that I turn on." Edi turned on the monitor while talking.
Seen on the screen there is a picture of the employee at work. Edi explained the part of the work. What the employees do on the screen is explained by Mr. Edi clearly. And prospective employees all listen to the words of Mr. Edi while looking at the picture on the monitor screen.
The explanation of Mr. Edi finally came to the division of the employment of prospective employees. Several sheets of paper are distributed by Mr. Edi to one by one prospective employees.

Prospective employees walk out to the bus parking lot. Along with other employees, they pass through security guards who check bags and bodies. After passing through the security guard, they headed for the bus that was boarded when leaving.
