Episode 32's. Announcement of written tests or psychotes, resume interview tests.
After 30 minutes had passed, the job applicants were called back to enter the hall. One by one the job applicants began to enter the hall room. Dinda and Tini are nervous, stubborn and hopeful that her written test will pass.
Dinda and Tini were sitting next to each other. The other applicants had also sat back down. Given the time getting noon, BKK teachers immediately started it again.
"After looking at the written test results, there may be some people who have never experienced such a test before. And some may have experienced it." A little opening restarted the test by the BKK teacher.
"After seeing and judging, we have decided to make an announcement directly to you. What we'll name later, please come out of the hall room." Guru BKK expressed the purpose of the direction of the conversation.
"The point is for the one whose name we call sorry and thank you for trying to apply and trying to answer the written test today. So what we're calling are those who didn't pass the written test. Hopefully in the future you will get a job in another place or in another company." Teacher BKK explained back.
"For that, the names we called please go home. And whose name is not called will immediately take the interview test." Teacher BKK explained to continue to the next test that is an interview.
BKK teachers started calling names that did not pass the written test. One by one came out from the hall room. Dinda and Tini are nervous, nervous, and pray that they will pass the written test.
The other applicants also felt the same way. Deg-degan and nervous and praying that his name was not called.
After 15 minutes, the BKK teacher stopped calling the name of the job applicant. Nearly half of them passed the written test. Of the 70 applicants who took the written test, 40 were left.
"What remains please be relieved because you who are still sitting here means you have passed the written test. Then take a short break, because later at 10 o'clock will immediately take the interview test." Teacher BKK explained that the interview will be directly tested after the break.
"For the interview test, it will be conducted directly by representatives of the company. We as a party of the school will just observe. For that prepare each of you." The BKK teacher.
Perhaps at this time there is a sense of relief in the hearts of job applicants. But for a while, because it's only 15 minutes. Then it will feel the sense of stubbornness and tension in the heart because it will face a direct interview with a representative of the company.
15 Minutes had already passed, one of the representatives of the company restarted the test that would take place. Dinda even felt a bit clumsy and tense when she saw a representative from the company take the mic to talk.
"Assalamu'alaikum, good afternoon. Not exactly by noon. I'm calling you nice how ya, how about prospective coworkers. Here we are, yes because there are some people well, assigned by the company as a representative in selecting new employees." A representative from the company started speaking as an opening to pass the interview test.
"Wa'alaikumussalam, noon sir." Answer job applicants with their comps.
"We hope you are the prospective workforce we expect. To that end, asked for cooperation to answer some questions that we will honestly ask. We hope you guys don't get so tense, just relax. We won't scold you for answering the wrong way. More precisely not a wrong answer, but because you are tense finally wrong answer." Continue talking to a representative of the company.
"OK, to shorten the time we will call one by one to come forward. Please the first one to sit directly in front of the handsome father next to me. Then the next two next to him again and so on." Still explain to job applicants for interview tests in order to sit.
Finally one by one called according to the name listed on the form. One by one they also came forward and sat according to the direction of the company representative who had spoken.
Dinda felt her palms start to sweat. It shows that Dinda is nervous if called by her name to come forward. Although Dinda has had interview tests before, but it still feels the same that deg-degan and nervous.
Upon completion of the interview, the job applicant went straight out of the hall room. Job applicants who have not been called by name are confused. Why after the interview go out the hall room.
That was why that was already an interview test to wait outside the hall room until everyone finished the interview test. Those who have had the interview test are relieved. As time went on, it was Dinda's turn to be called forward. Dinda came forward and sat down in front of one of the company's representatives. Dinda was interviewed by the company's representatives.
Questions that Dinda thinks are common to ask when applying for a job. It is like a full name, address, graduate school, work experience, if accepted later work will be how and about salary. And others related to personal and work data.
Such questions are usually asked at the time of the interview as experienced by Dinda. Dinda was relieved after the interview. Dinda exited the hall room then sat on the terrace while waiting for Tini. Because Tini hasn't been called for an interview.
A few minutes later, Tini finally came out of the hall. Tini was relieved, because she had done a good interview test according to him. Tini looked at Dinda who was sitting on the front porch of the hall room. Tini approached him and sat next to him.
Tini chatted with Dinda about the questions during the interview test. Not only Tini and Dinda, it turns out that there is someone sitting next to Dinda and also chatting.
Time has gone on, it's been almost half a day. The sun feels hot on top of the head. But once the situation, job applicants remain enthusiastic while waiting for others to be completed.
Finally, all job applicants have finished taking the interview test. Those who had been outside the hall room were called back to go inside. One by one they re-entered the hall.
They are welcome to sit in their respective places as before. Teacher BKK started speaking to give her next instruction.
"Thank you to all of you who are still passionate to this day. How's the interview test going?, it's easy to just ask and just answer." Said the BKK teacher starting his conversation.
"Because time is enough noon, it's even half a day, and maybe already hungry and cape too well. So for today's test it's done already. For the results of the interview test will be announced tomorrow morning at 9." Still continuing to speak, the BKK teacher informed the announcement of the interview test.
"Because it's over, you're welcome to go home, thank you and be careful on the road." Said the BKK teacher who allowed the applicants to return home.
One by one the job applicants began to wake up from their seats, then stand up and then walk out of the hall room to go home. Not to forget also Dinda and Tini who came out in a row.
The job applicants either go home or stop by somewhere else. Dinda and Tini went straight home. But before they go home they have a plan to meet tomorrow. Tomorrow they will meet in front of the school at half-time 9am.
It was a very exhausting day for Dinda. After half a day of taking the test from the written test to the interview. It was done because Dinda had to fight to get a job.
Arriving at home Dinda rest for a while, then eat and then pray dhuhur. His fatigue made Dinda lay her body on the bed. He made his eyes feel heavy and finally fell asleep.
Dinda hopes that tomorrow will be smooth. Dinda passed the interview test as well as Tini. Hopefully, Dinda's hope to get a job can be achieved.
