Episode 38's. Start working again.
Tomorrow is the first day Dinda and Tini start to return to work. Even though they are still training, they will try to work well. For the first two days they will be picked up by a special employee training invitation bus. Because the location of the factory is in the industrial area mm 2100 which is quite far away.
Today, Dinda and the others started training at the company. The shuttle bus arrived, one by one, and sat down. Mr. Amin accompanied them for the first two days. The bus started moving towards the company where they would start training as employees.

Dinda and Tini and others followed Mr. Amin into the factory. While looking around where they were walking, in their minds they said this was the factory that would become the workplace later.
Entering one of the rooms in which there are tables and chairs, one by one prospective employees occupy the chair. Mr. Amin who was still accompanying sat at the front desk.
Not long ago came some people who wore the uniform of the company or factory. They shake hands with Mr. Amin. Then they sat down, but there was one who was still standing holding a mic.
"Good morning everyone." Greet the person who holds the mic in his hand.
"Good morning sir." Answer prospective employees with compact.
"Welcome to the company or precisely in the factory. You need to know, introduce me is one part of the personnel. My name is Mr. Patience, and in front of you this is my co-worker." Mr. Sabar's introduction as one of the personnel in the company.
"I'll call you all with the name of prospective coworkers, yes, prospective employees more precisely. Because I'm not officially an employee yet." Patience began to explain.

Mr. Sabar sat in his chair and then stood up one of the employees took the mic from the hand of Mr. Sabar.
"Assalamu'alaikum, morning for prospective employees." Said an employee mother.
"Thank you, spirit yes. You are a new candidate for employment, or prospective employees in this company. Not much is just how much the total is, it looks like 30 is nothing huh. Already know the name I was mentioned by Mr. Patience. My name is Ani's mother, I am also a colleague of Patience sir. You are the chosen one of the many job applicants. We deliberately did not receive many employees because there were several things. But clearly expected you will be able to follow the training well. Next become an employee and work as well as possible." Said Ani's mother.
"It was said earlier by Mr. Sabar, that today's agenda is an introduction. Here I will introduce to you the profile of this company or this factory yes. From standing up until now. What is moving or what is produced by this factory. What parts are in it including the work part." Ani's mother explained a little to the prospective employees.
Ani's mother is seen setting up a monitor on a board on the wall, visible pictures of the factory from the front of the road. Ani's mother explained the name of the company or factory. And also factory parts that match the image on the monitor screen.
Prospective employees listen with earnestness and enthusiasm. Listening to every word that came out from Ani's mother regarding the company. From start to finish the monitor screen is on. After everything is explained by Ani's mother, prospective employees understand why there are not many candidates for employees.
"The explanation from me is quite so, hopefully you are excited to undergo the next one month of training that began today. Said Ani's mother ending her explanation.
Ani's mother ended her conversation, and sat back down. While there is one person who stands to take the mic and then speaks.
"Thank you to Ani's mother who introduced me, morning everyone." Say Siska's mother with ease.
"Mom's morning." All the employees answered with enthusiasm.
"As you all know, sir patiently introduced himself as the opening of our introduction. Then there was Ani's mother who explained about the factory and all its contents. Well here continued I who will explain more precisely your obligations and rights during the training work." Ibu Siska continued to explain matters relating to the obligations and rights of prospective employees.
"As a prospective employee or you are in work training, what are the obligations?. Then there is also the name of the right, what does it mean?. Here is where I will explain in detail. You are still training to get a salary, yes here you are in salary as long as you follow training in accordance with company regulations." Siska's mother's explanation continues.

Siska's mother sat back down, then Sabar stood up and spoke again with a mic.
"Short because it will soon be a break for the first 15 minutes. If anyone wants to eat or drink, please. Go to the toilet please, the toilet door over there (while pointing towards the toilet door). After 15 minutes, please return to sit in each place. After that will be guided by Mr. Edi, accompanied by Mr. Amin your guidance counselor from the school." Patar said it was soon time for rest.
A moment later there was a bell-like tone ringing inside the factory. That means the break has begun. Personnel left the room, and some prospective employees started to get busy. Some stood moving their hands and bodies. Someone walked out the door of the room. Some are also drinking and eating. Someone went to the toilet and someone talked. Each with its own activity.
Dinda and Tini headed to the toilet appointed by Mr. Patience. After the toilet, Dinda and Tini sat back down. They drank and ate snacks brought from the contract.
