Early work.

"Continue to the production section, there are several lines or lines or groups. In the factory the name of the line is the term. Here line 1, next to line 2, next to line 3, and so on until the very end there is line 6". Said Mr. Supervisor continuing the explanation of the line.
"You look and watch how they work". Said Mr. Marno while paying attention to the new employee.

"I'm introducing this is Mr. Wildan, he's the production leader. You will work directly under Mr. Wildan. He's the one who's going to model and oversee the work here". Said Mr. Marno firmly.
"Well next you will listen to, and pay attention to, what will be said and explained. Mr. Wildan will practice how you work here". Said Mr. Marno handing over the new employee to Mr. Wildan and then left.

There later I will explain again how to work in the production section". Said Mr. Wildan then left the new employee to look around at the old employee who was working.
New employees start to see, and pay attention to how it works. The work that will be done, they pay close attention to every part in the production room. Some of them were asked, by old employees. But after seeing Mr. Wildan come, they stopped talking.
One by one the new employees gathered at a place that has been said by Mr. Wildan is line 4. They gathered, waiting for Mr. Wildan who was preparing some materials and tools to be used for work.

Mr. Wildan then came to line 4, then split a few in his respective section places. Some are in front of the line, in the middle and behind the line.
