"And all things we have made pairs, that ye may remember the greatness of God". (QS. Dzariyaat (51):49)
In the deepest trough of his heart was an undeniable melody. A melody that lives in the heart, but does not flow like ink on a pile of paper. Wrapping his body in a dark mist, scattered by silence, enlightened by crowds, wrapped in truth, repeated by hallucinations, lived by love, and cultivated by the soul.
So that's how Husain Fahmi feels today, like a melody that never arrived but still calculates in the heart. Making Fahmi's heart full of accompaniment - the accompaniment of grief. Satisfying his worthless life again, regretting his meeting with Shamsudin bahar which has given a deep sense of disappointment. The meeting that has succeeded in dwarfing the wishful thinking.
Enough is enough, the wait has been answered. Bahar did not consider him a son, then it would not be sinful if he considered his father dead. Let it be a secret diatribe that is so disappointing in its heart, determined not to share it with anyone who wants to ask. Fahmi kept everything.
And he is, Asha. If he knew that falling in love was painful, he would rather not be heartless.
"Where could I possibly know Mi, you never told me until the time of the accident!"
Asha sat on the edge of the sofa while linking her own fingers, while Fahmi sat half-lying quietly on top of the hospital ward. His left hand was cut out in surgery and he put dozens of pens, his head on a splint and almost his entire face on a bandage. But Fahmi did not have to undergo plastic surgery, his smile was still as sweet as sugar when staring at his cousin.
"I'm considering Asha's risk, maybe if you knew you'd stay away from me. Everything changes and it will not be the same. There will be no more cry cousin Mimi is the best in the world from you, the thing I fear the most if I choose honesty!"
Fahmi pondered while looking at Asha.
"I'm more afraid of losing you as a friend, friend and brother than of not having you with the same feelings. You know, in my life there are only you. If you leave then what will I be?!"
"Mimi, please don't talk like that!"
Asha's voice trembled, the young man spoke too much. Asha did not want to hear anymore, but Fahmi shrugged and continued.
"Unless you have that feeling for me even a little bit, Sha! I always hoped, at least there was a little taste for me. Like the nitrogen content in the earth, it is not full but there is always an element!"
Asha squeezes the sofa, she never wants Fahmi to put her heart on it. Because Asha does not want to have a complicated relationship with Fahmi, because basically Asha will not be able to reciprocate the slightest form of Fahmi's feelings. Fahmi's his cousin, and forever will be like that.
"Mimi, you have to make everything look normal. Look at me as your sister!"
Fahmi put an index finger on his lips.
"Stttt..silently, I know!"
Closing his eyes, Fahmi tried to keep talking.
"By Allah, Asha Azzaliyah Zahra. Many times I tried to forget this feeling
on you, even a million times. But every time I try, every time this feeling gets stronger. I don't know the cure or the antidote, you're like the most beautiful poison!"
"How could you possibly have feelings for me?!"
"You are asking something that has no Asha voice, something supernatural and invisible. True, feelings can be something magical, right? It's bright, if the devil is easy to play. Until whenever I won't be able to answer your question. For my heart was created by God to follow, not to choose whom it anchored! If you hear a taste phrase like the time of the accident the other day, what kind of answer will I hear?!"
"Mimi, I don't think the sound of my life will ever be heard until your life!"
"Because I think your heart has been given to someone!"
Fahmi cuts with a fake smile.
"Don't try to play a word with me Asha, just admit my accusation!"
Asha looked at Fahmi deeply and did not need to be hypocritical if she felt it was proven.
Fahmi chimed in firmly.
"Then go to the next room and meet him. Tell me what you want to say!"
"Then what about you?"
Asha's view was full of delusion.
Fahmy pointed to himself.
"I? I'm fine - what Asha. You have restored the meaning of my life, what I must do and live to be in harmony in His way. That's enough for me.!"
Well, and keikhalasn is a part of man that must always be honed in such a way.
Asha rubbed her tears that were almost dripping. He put a bouquet of roses and fresh fruits in a basket on Fahmi's lap.
" I love you Mimi, very much! You are the best cousin I have ever had in this world!"
Fahmi helps wipe Asha's tears, even though he himself wants to cry hard.
"Once I am, thank you for everything Asha. Especially for all the attention you give me when I lose my way. Without you I wouldn't be the me now..."
Asha smiled as she rubbed both of Fahmi's eyebrows covered in bandages. The girl walks towards the door before Fahmi again stops her.
"My Cousin, the reality of a person is not what is seen before you, but what can be shown to you. You must be able to understand it well. I was always worried about that stubborn one, he had to be accompanied by someone who could lead him back to the right path...!"
Asha smiled at Fahmi's words which continued to push her to quickly get out.
"I'll take care of him, and I hope our conversation nobody knows!"
Fahmi raised his eyebrows.
"Oh, that's impossible. You know our Papa is capable of penetrating the minds of others!"
...****************...
Asha opened the door of the virgin room of Azam with heart - heart does not want to make a noise in the least. In an instant he was able to capture the existence of Azam who was lying on the bed. Asha sighed worriedly, the side effects of stimulant drugs had indeed completely disappeared from Azam's body. But a more complicated situation happened. The doctor said, chances are Azam will often experience it._
"The hallucination may be more dangerous than the wound, because the healing will last a long time. The case that befell him a little unique, very rarely human experience this kind of trauma except the great shock that has ever been in nature. Then making the condition always calm is the wisest action"
Returning the message of his senior specialist doctor, Asha looked at Azam's face full of tenderness. Azam looked paler than he had last seen before. His eye bags are caused by not resting himself overnight.
"What happened to you? Why do you have so many secrets?"
Asha whispered next to Azam's ear, peeling every inch of his face.
"You hear me Khairul Azam? what really happened to you? What makes you sick all the time?"
Asha observed the levels more closely, more freely, closer, one by one scrutinizing the sleeping parts of his face, then frowning_.
"What are you doing, Asha?"
Asha sat awkwardly as those two cold eyes opened perfectly. Forcing him to not even switch from the Azam lockdown.
