CHAPTER 14: Late

Kanzia rushed down the stairs with her shoes and bags, today she woke up late because last night she slept late because she was waiting for news from Abian.

"Non breakfast is ready," said Bik Sofi who saw Kanzia down the stairs in a hurry.

"I have breakfast later, because I'm late" said Kanzia running outside the house.

"Sir today please anterin me to the office, sir," Kanzia told the driver that Abian had prepared.

"Both non," the driver was surprised because it was not usually the Miss asked to be escorted to the office.

"So fast, yes, because I'm late." Kanzia.

"Neither Non," the driver just followed the orders of the employer.

A few minutes later the car carrying Kanzia had arrived in front of the company office.

"Thank you sir" said Kanzia running into the office building.

He was even more upset when waiting for the elevator to open, especially after receiving a message from Tania if their CEO came to the office today and is now in his division room.

"How can I be late at the wrong time like this, why the elevator is so long anyway,," Kanzia grumbled in the elevator.

"If until I'm fired Abian has to take responsibility" he said again.

The elevator arrived at the 4th floor where the division was, when the elevator opened he immediately rushed to his study.

Once he got there, he was made more nervous by the presence of someone in his division room who only saw his back.

"I'm sorry I'm late" Kanzia said as she walked in, bowing her head.

"Are you the new employee here?"

"Yes," Kanzia replied, keeping her head down.

"Just a few days of work you've dared to come late,"

"Why does his voice sound so familiar?" Kanzia said in her heart to recognize the voice.

"Look at your head Miss,"

Kanzia raised her head, she was very surprised to see the handsome face full of charisma in front of her.

"Gosh,, how could there be a person who had a face this handsome,,," Inner Kanzia who was enchanted with the good looks of the man in front of her. "God! What was I thinking, How could I admire another man when I already had a husband," Kanzia said as she shook her head to throw away her thoughts.

"Do you remember me Miss?" Ask the man who saw Kanzia just shut up.

"Hi, did you hear me?" he said back because Kanzia who was still silent without answering his words.

"What sir,,,?"

"Geez, I asked you, do you remember me?" Abian repeated his question.

"No sir," answered Kanzia, who completely forgot.

"Well after rejecting me the light you also forgot my handsome face Miss, do you remember the boy who helped you last night at your sister's wedding?"

"Oh that perverted man, do you know that pervert sir?" Kanzia said without seeing the expression of the person before her.

"You dare call me a pervert!"

"I've never told you, sir, I said it for someone else,"

"I was the man last night, the one you were lying pervertly,"

"So you're that pervert?" Kanzia asked who did not pay too much attention to the male face last night which she thought was very strange.

"You're talking to me again, pervert, do you want to get fired?"

"Anybody who is your master? just want to fire me, "Kanzia replied fearlessly, while her division friend looked pale at all Kanzia said.

"It turns out you don't know who I am, I'm the CEO of this company, and I can fire you whenever I want Miss,,,"

Kanzia was again surprised by the man in front of her. Kanzia glanced one by one at her friend, who only nodded her head slowly in response.

"Are you Mr Jonathan Pramudya?" Ask Kanzia.

"Yes I am the owner of the company you work for Miss" he said with a mocking smile and then left the division room.

Jonathan spoke again before he really came out of the room. "Remember our business is not finished, Miss," he said and returned to his feet out of the room.

"Wow Kanzia what punishment will our cold CEO give you,," said one of his division friends shuddering in horror at the punishment Jonathan would give.

"Zia are you going to get fired after this? But you don't have to worry if you get fired, because you have a rich husband" Tania said.

Kanzia did not respond to the jokes of her friend, she immediately sat in front of her computer and started working on her work.

"It's all Kanzia did, surely he wants to take revenge on me because you prefer me dear," said Clara.

"Didn't I tell you to hold back that time, but instead you acted out and slapped him in front of the media, if you hadn't invited the media at our wedding, none of this would have happened" Noah said.

"Are you blaming me now? Is it because now that Kanzia is turning pretty, do you regret leaving her?"

"I don't blame you It has nothing to do with Kanzia, do you still doubt me after what I've done for you all this time?"

"Well, why?"

"Try to see the news that is rame on social media," Tania showed Kanzia some articles that reported about Clara.

"Oh,," he said casually.

"How could he have so much heart to snatch his own sister's fiancee right on the day of her wedding, it turns out that the gentle face that he has been showing to the media is just a mask," muttered Tania who was annoyed after reading a gossip article with a photo of Clara who was about to slap a woman who only visible on her back.

While Kanzia only responded casually and continued to eat her lunch regardless of the news, it was part of her plan to take down Clara slowly.
