Ethan can buy a lot of stuff in his shop, but skill books or anything that can teach him a skill in an instant are not available. It never surprised him, although he could buy all kinds of materials, weapons, armor, and accessories. However, despite such problems, things inside Ethan begin to change as he raises his MAG. When his MAG reached ten, he could sense mana like the air around his body. When he reaches fifteen, he can make it move inside his body, and when his MAG finally reaches twenty, Ethan feels the energy leaving his body when he wants it.
"I can control mana now, but I didn't receive a single notification or skill" Ethan said as he rubbed his chin. “I think I need to achieve something with mana-ku.”
Perhaps now was the perfect time to use the things he felt when facing slime. The air around them changed for a while before they cast a spell, so the trick was there. It is not difficult to learn a simple mantra. Ethan doesn't know if he deserves that title, but he's a hero, and he can learn some abilities pretty quickly.
It took a while, but Ethan finally managed to make a small circle of whichever one he could see. That said, a ball smaller than a finger consumes all its mana.
"No more notice, yes," Ethan scratched the back of his head. “Ah, that's right. The mantra must follow certain procedures in order to function properly. I can't just make a magic projectile and hope that it will fly towards the enemy. "
Ethan had never learned such magic, but he remembered a mage talking about how one should activate a certain spell once. First, one must give mana the nature, the nature of the elements.
"Wait a minute" said Ethan. “This just explains how the element spell works, how about the others? Let's start from the basics. ”
After giving nature mana, the caster had to give it shape while thinking of firing a magic projectile. Ethan thought that giving shape would come first, but given how small the projectile he was making, it seemed as soon as they gained some elemental properties, the spell might get bigger. He knew no other way to give mana a trait other than to expect from it. So, Ethan did that ... surprisingly enough, which one turned into a little ball of water the moment he wanted it. Even more shocking, even more so is the fact that the water ball fell onto his bed and soaked everything.
"It seems like I can't control mana after it becomes an element," Ethan nodded to himself. "To do that, I need more advanced skills."
Although Ethan is tired, success does not make him careless and relaxed. He was determined to only sleep after learning at least one spell. In the end, he succeeded after only half an hour. Perhaps because he increased his MAG a little, it was not difficult to follow this procedure.

"Hehe," Ethan laughed in satisfaction. “Alright, let's stop here before I get too excited and decide to learn Fireball and finally burn my room.”

Ethan made little progress that day, so he fell asleep while looking at his status screen with a smile on his face. Thanks to all that, he thought he would sleep well.
Suddenly, Ethan sees himself back in that world. Somehow, he soon understands that he is in a dream. Who would have thought Ethan would be forced to relive those memories so soon? Regardless, Ethan tries to control his dream, but he fails. Perhaps it was one of the effects of using the simulator, but Ethan felt he was under a powerful illusion spell. He could do nothing, however, his dream seemed as real as possible.
It rained that day. Although his legs were poor and slippery, the commander did not order his men to stop and rest. Ethan watches the rain make him feel himself and everyone is depressed at all times. That said, he was kind and warm inside the carriage because he was the summoned hero.
Finally, the day has come.
Those words echoed in his head, and Ethan immediately remembered what day it was. The world has demons and monsters, but they are not the same thing, even though both species prey on humans. Monsters are like wild animals that can sometimes use magic. But the devil is different. Although some of them were unable to speak, all of them had intelligence. They're smart, and that's what makes them scary.
Ethan felt something dark deep in his heart because he already knew what was going to happen. In order to gain experience, he was forced to join the campaign against one of the many demon lord army commanders. The leader of the enemy was a lich who had an enormous gremlin army. When Ethan heard what they could, he could not help but show a pale expression. His first real battle was impossible against the worst enemy, and unfortunately, he could not retreat because the demon army would attack the northern side of the Hedo kingdom, one of the regions where they produced the most food. Failing is not an option because even if he manages to survive nonetheless, many will starve to death, and Ethan will be the cause.
Ethan knows what will happen, however, he forces himself to wake up, but as if he no longer controls his body, the dream continues.
