As much as he wants to gain a new skill, Ethan decides to gain that resistance skill later. Right now, he needed to recover the feeling he had while holding his weapon. The exp thief not only gave him the strength and knowledge of his enemy, but also gave him combat experience. At the moment, Ethan needs her again, but he has to get her back the hard way.

If the run was recorded, it would be unthinkable for Ethan to show that power. Regardless, he found something unexpected in the summoned hero school, a place where he could level up, so there was no real reason to rush mindlessly. Ethan decides to happily train Block and Evasion Mastery while slowly leveling up.

In the end, although his magic projectile was relatively weak, Ethan managed to raise his Dodge and Block Mastery levels to level three before he reached level two. Although this was not the best time to ponder it since Ethan was surrounded by forty slimes and he was still at level one, he was forced to think about what he should do with his status points. As he fought for the Hedo kingdom, he put all his points into strength, speed, and a little endurance. Thanks to that, he was able to defeat an entire army of demons by himself. However, it did not help in controlling his strength as an expedition thief.

"I don't think the magic path suits me," Ethan said and then jumped back, dodging some Fireballs and blocking some Water Balls. “Stay, I can't ignore it either. It's not like being physically stronger than before. I will be able to control that power. However, I don't think I need to worry about allocating all my points in some status. Eventually, I will find a way to control this damn power, and thus, I will be able to acquire the skill almost freely. That said, just this once. ”

Ethan allocates all his points into power in the next moment, five slimes explode. Most people would miss what Ethan did, but he didn't do anything special, really. His attacks multiplied, and with the use of Bash, he could crush the slime in the blink of an eye. That said, he could not use it forever because he had to worry about stamina.

"Well, this shouldn't be a problem" Ethan shrugged. “I just need to level up again, and then my stamina will be full again.”

Thanks to his increased strength, Ethan felt the sword in his right hand, becoming much lighter than before. So, he had a chance to keep attacking. Up until now, he had completely avoided the Earth Ball because it could damage his sword, but now he could hold it well with the hilt of his sword.

After one level up, everything became very easy. Two slashes were enough to make Ethan kill the slime, and now that he could block it all, he did not need to tire himself out with a lot of moves. Even though he lost his strength and all the knowledge gained, his senses were still as sharp as ever. So, he could even dodge and block the projectile with his eyes closed.

Ethan did not know if it was good or bad, but considering he managed to keep his sword from being destroyed, he was content to finish that stage in just five minutes. Moreover, he had progressed quite a lot in terms of skills and levels. Bash, Swordsmanship, Evasion Mastery, and Block Mastery had leveled up. He also reached level four, so everything looks good.

Before Ethan can choose to continue, a new screen appears. It was a ranking, and his score in the first half was the third. Apparently, he had to choose a name to put into rank, he tried to ignore it and proceed to the next stage, but that was not the case.

It sucks, but Ethan decides to joke. Instead of mentioning his name, he wrote: I'll be back. Laughing at his own ridiculous joke, Ethan checks the score that is on it.
