Chapter 24

"Yes.."

Kai who was lying weakly on the hospital bed turned to look at Jeni who had just come to him and sat on the chair

"Reinz was out of jail this afternoon." Obviously Jeni is slow.

"Yes?" Kai's eyes sparkled at the happy news that Jeni brought.

Jeni nodded and smiled fluffyly.

"Take me to him." said Kai trying to get up but Jeni prevented him.

"No, you need to rest."

Kai shook his head and still insisted on getting up and getting off the top of the bed.

"I'm Reinz's only friend. All this time he's been there for me, but when he's in trouble I'm not around." Reveal Kai.

"I know, but think it's bad for Reinz. What if your grandfather finds out?" Jeni reminded me again.

Kai was silent for a long time. What Jeni said was right. But if he doesn't meet Reinz it'll bring further misunderstandings.

"I have to see Reinz, just this once. Help me.." pinta Kai begged.

Seeing Kai's sad gaze, Jeni was unable to refuse his request. Jeni finally agreed.

"Give me a few minutes." Jeni then stood up and stepped out of the room to make sure the situation was safe to take Kai away to Reinz.

Jeni went back inside the room while pushing the wheelchair.

"You're sitting in a wheelchair" Jeni said, helping Kai in the wheelchair, after which they both walked out of the room to see Reinz.

In the middle of the journey, Kai saw Reinz walking quickly, followed by Beby from behind. Kai hits the window of the car as it passes through Reinz and shouts.

"Reinz!!" pekik Kai then asked the driver to stop the speed of his car.

Jeni tries to calm Kai down and he gets out of the car and takes out a wheelchair, after which helps Kai get out of the car and sit in a wheelchair.

"Reinz!"

"Reinz!"

"Kai!" Jeni runs after Kai, worrying about Kai's current condition.

"Kai.." said Beby to Kai and Jeni.

"Reinz.forgive me.." said Kai limped closer to Reinz.

Reinz smiled, his hand holding onto Reinz's shoulder was about to hug him but Kai's body was pushed down by Reinz and sat down on the street.

"Kai!" yelling Jeni ran up to Kai then squatted down next to him. "You okay?"

Jeni looked at Reinz angrily and stood up and approached him, pointing at Reinz's face.

"You're outrageous!!" frittle Jeni. "What you-?" jeni's speech is interrupted when she sees Reinz turning back and running quickly to leave them.

"Breinn!!" peeking Kai then he tried to stand up and ran after Reinz until his legs tripped and his body fell into the road.

"Reinz!!" kai's right hand extended out to Reinz. But his best friend did not care, he continued to run.

"Reinz.." Kai's head was bowed, his hand hitting the asphalt road.

"Kai enough!" jeni then exclamated and she helped him to stand up.

"Reinz.." Kai's glassy eyes looked at Reinz's back until it was out of sight.

"Come on Kai, Reinz doesn't care anymore." Timpal.

"No!" exclaim Kai. "Reinz is angry with me" he said softly.

"We'd better go home, let me talk to Reinz." Jeni gets Kai's body into the car.

While Beby was just standing glued to their attention. After Jeni's car drove off the spot, Beby walked over with a grub following Reinz.
