JEALOUSY SEAN

A tall man with a large body and somewhat dark skin, pulled Maple's hand forcibly.

The man tried to get Maple into his car, the people around him just watched the incident without doing anything.

Most of them thought that the man was Maple's parents who wanted to bring his son home, because Maple was playing in the pool and even though the pool was shallow, it was still dangerous for children, especially a kid of Maple age.

The man spoke softly to Maple and smiled, making the impression he was a good man. Though Maple had thrashed and cried loudly wanted to be released, but people around did not care and did not want to interfere.

Out of nowhere, Sean suddenly floated his fist into the man's face, making the man stagger to the side and his grip on Maple slip apart.

Maple immediately ran towards Sean, and hugged Sean's legs tightly as the boy used to.

Sean pulled Maple's hand, released the child's embrace, and stepped forward towards the man who was holding his cheek in pain, his jaw probably sliding due to Sean's hard fist.

Sean grabbed the man by the neck, made him have trouble breathing, his hand moved to and fro to reach Sean, but not long enough.

The man was actually much bigger than Sean, but somehow his strength was not comparable to his large body.

Sean smiled cynically.

The man looked at Sean in horror, Sean was like possessed, his eyes flashed a dangerous glint, his calm countenance as well as his smile, implying that he really wanted to kill, without a chance to ask for mercy.

"Only I, can be evil to him!" Sean tightened his grip.

The man before him had started to limp, but Sean did not care.

"Uncle Sean" Mapel pulled the end of Sean's shirt, amidst his cries.

Sean released his grip on the man, pushing him aside, until the man fell to the ground.

The people who were there instantly realized their mistake. A child will be a kidnap victim but they do nothing.

Many of them felt guilty, but still they did nothing. They should have called the police quickly.

"Bring him up, grind his body to shreds, leave his organs and eyeballs, to donate, even if his organs are still healthy" Sean said slowly, so that no one heard him.

Sean's orders were carried out by two people in black suits who had been beside Maple to guard him.

They took the man into his own car and disappeared amid heavy city traffic.

Sean turned his eyes to Maple. Maple looked very frightened, she was staring at her aching wrist, her body was shaking, and her crying did not subside.

Sean squatted to align himself with Maple.

Maple immediately hugged Sean tightly, put her hands around Sean's neck, feeling safe now being near the man.

Sean pushed Mapke's body away from him, grabbed hold of the boy's shoulder and squeezed him.

"Stop crying, or I'll pry your eyes out, so you can't cry for life" Sean glared at Maple, but the boy didn't feel threatened at all.

Maple immediately stopped her crying, and only a snort of snot remained, and Maple floated her nose using the tip of her sleeve.

Sean took off his jacket and put it on Maple because the boy looked cold.

"You're so dirty, I told you to clean yourself up but you're getting dirty" Sean complained.

Sean stood up and stepped towards the car in the follow by Maple, who was holding on tightly to him.

While in the car, Maple did not want to get away from Sean at all, he hugged Sean's arm tightly. And when Sean was half asleep, Maple climbed into Sean's lap leaning against the man's chest.

"Stay away from me"Sean said softly, realizing Maple was sitting on her lap, but she was not moving to move the child. When the car was driving, somehow he always felt sleepy.

"Sit back at your place, or you'll I'll throw out the window" Sean made a threat, still with his eyes closed.

With a heavy heart, Maple came down from Sean's lap and sat back down to his place, he looked at Sean with his song face, then lowered his head and cried silently.

It was only one step when Sean set foot inside the house.

A loud slap landed on Sean's cheek.

Ethan pulls Maple, holds her, and hands Maple to Chaerin.

Ethan was very angry when he saw Maple, her body was wet, her arms and knees were injured, Maple was shivering with cold, and she was crying as she pleased.

"What did you do to him!"

Ethan slaps Sean once more, and Sean silently receives anger from his master, without explaining anything, or giving a reason.

"Are you satisfied?" Sean lifted his face.

Sean looked at Ethan nanar, saw a puddle of tears in his eyes, and his face did not look as cold as usual, more like a man who was holding on to sadness.

Ethan, intending to hit Sean again, lowers his hand.

This was the first time he had heard Sean interrupt while being angered, and this was also the first time he had seen Sean's sad face. Even when he was a child, Sean often cried, but he never looked sad.

"I hit you too hard?" Ethan lowered his voice, so he felt guilty for Sean.

Ethan wants to grab Sean's shoulder, but Sean immediately distances himself from Ethan.

"If I'm satisfied, I'll go"

Sean bowed respectfully to Ethan, then walked past Ethan to the second floor to visit his room.

Ethan is surprised by Sean's sudden attitude. But inwardly, Ethan feels very happy and proud of Sean's current attitude.

"Finally, he can express himself like normal people" Ethan smiled very brightly, he felt proud of himself for successfully educating Sean, this is one of his greatest achievements.

"You shouldn't feel happy, when other people feel sad" Hongjung looked at Ethan in annoyance and then walked after Sean.

It's not that Hongjung isn't afraid of Ethan, but she feels Ethan is too much, why he is so inconsiderate, even though Sean for the first time in 29 years of his life feels very sad.

Hongjung painstakingly rubbed Sean's back with a soft towel that had been laced with soap.

Sean never took a shower himself. Before Hongjung worked, Ethan and Christopher took turns bathing Sean, although most were done by Christopher.

And when Hongjung started working, all the tasks that concerned Sean were handed over to the old woman.

Starting from bathing Sean, dressing him up, styling his hair, tying his shoelaces, feeding him, even reading a storybook, or humming before Sean sleeps.

Hongjung always looks after Sean day and night.

Hongjung's room was right next to Sean's. And at Sean's request, he made a door that connected their room. So Hongjung can more freely access Sean's room, if the man needs something.

Hongjung is not only a servant to Sean, but also an old man, as Hongjung is the one who spends the most time with him.

Turning from back to neck, Hongjung rubbed Sean's neck slowly up to his shoulders and chest.

"You're big now, your shoulders are so wide, you were so small that I could put you in a grocery bag" Hongjung laughed as she patted Sean's shoulder.

Sean was just silent, staring at the water ripples in the bathtub due to water droplets from his hair.

"Have you had dinner?"

Sean simply shook his head in response to Hongjung's question.

"How about after the shower we eat chocolate cake, let's eat secretly so as not to be caught by Mr. Christopher" Hongjung said excitedly, trying to make Sean interested.

"Did Ethan eat?" Sean switched the conversation, without responding to Hongjung's earlier remark.

Sean raised his face and looked towards Hongjung.

"Yes, Mr. Ethan has eaten with Ms. Clara"

Hongjung's answer made Sean bow back.

"Mr Ethan is no longer waiting for me for dinner" Sean muttered softly.

Hongjung stroked Sean's head gently.

"Just tonight, Mr. Ethan is usually always waiting for you for dinner, don't worry" Hongjung tries to calm Sean down.

"Hongjung, if you get married and have children, will you leave me?" Sean looked at Hongjung.

Hongjung held back her tears from falling when she saw Sean's face, the old woman had never seen Sean this sad before.

Usually Sean will show his flat face or occasionally he will smile when doing things he likes.

A sad Sean made him very hurt.

"Where might I get married, at this age I should die" Hongjung swept a tear across her cheek and laughed.

"Then marry me" said Sean innocently.

"Gosh, I'm being proposed to by a young man" Hongjung once again laughed.

In Sean's embrace tightly, while stroking the man's hair.

"You can stick to me forever, I'm happy to be with you at all times, I'm so grateful to spend my time with you, to see you grow up to this size" Hongjung couldn't hold back her tears, his embrace of Sean tightens, and Sean is also a manic.

Hongjung puts on her dinosaur-shaped one-sie pajamas on Sean. Sean had a lot of one-sie pajamas shaped like animals, but the man really liked the dinosaur-shaped ones.

Sean had finished brushing his teeth and was preparing to go to sleep, when suddenly the door of his room was knocked.

Without being invited, Ethan goes into the room, he sees Sean standing in front of a mirror while looking at his slightly swollen eyes.

"Can you get out" Ethan looked at Hongjung who was making the bed.

The old woman immediately understood and walked out of the room, standing at the door, waiting for Ethan to come out patiently.

"You want to sleep?" Ethan started the conversation a little awkwardly.

"Yes, you need something sir?" Sean turned around and looked at Ethan, his face looking cold as usual, no more sad faces like before.

"No, I'm just worried, my punch might be too hard and make you sick" Ethan wants to touch Sean's cheek, but Sean dodges immediately.

"It doesn't hurt at all" Sean said briefly.

"Emm yeah, thank goodness it doesn't hurt. You want to sleep, right? I'll read you a storybook"

Ethan walks to the bookshelf on the right side of the room and picks out books to read. Ethan used to read stories to Sean before going to bed, but since Sean was 15, Ethan stopped doing it, he thought Sean was old enough to sleep without him.

"No need to force yourself, you must be very busy, you must spend more time together with Miss Chae and also Maple, because you guys didn't meet long enough"

Sean's sarcastic remarks made Ethan stop picking books and turn to look at Sean in surprise.

"You've never been like this before, you're always happy to spend time with me"

Ethan breathes rough, he does not understand Sean's current behavior which is very contrary to his usual self.

"I'm so happy to see you've been able to express your emotions, but I don't want to see you like this. Did I do something that made you angry?"

"I'm not angry at all, I just want to be more understanding. If I'm being nice to Miss Chae and Maple, you won't kick me out of this house, and I can still see you all the time" Sean said plainly with his flat face.

Hearing Sean's words, Ethan's heart ached, he did not expect that Sean would be so sensitive like this.

"Are you offended by what I said on the phone? You know I'm not serious, I'm just a little worried about Maple" Ethan walks up to Sean and stops right in front of the man.

Ethan massages his head, thinking how to explain to Sean, that his words on the phone are just an empty threat.

Ethan is very angry when he sees Maple coming home. Ethan hits Sean only to teach the man a lesson so that he can better look after Maple next time, because Ethan is convinced, Sean is not that bad and accidentally gets Maple hurt.

"I know you love Maple more" Sean said, still with his flat face.

"I love you too, you remember, I gave you Sean's name because you were a gift from God to me that was most precious. So don't take my silly remarks too seriously, you see" Ethan holds Sean's shoulder, trying to convince the man.

Ethan feels wrong to have said something cruel to Sean, even though he knows that Sean is obsessed with him, and his words can make Sean hurt.

"If I'm so valuable, why would I be named Sean Miler, like Christopher. Not Sean Zie, like you?"

Ethan was silent, his grip on Sean's shoulder was off. He never thought that Sean would ask him that.

At first Ethan feels sorry for Sean, which is why he helps Sean and takes him to the hospital, Ethan plans to leave Sean after that.

At that time, his life was already quite difficult, it was impossible for him to care for a child, let alone that child was suffering from a mental disability.

Ethan repeatedly leaves Sean in the city library, or on the side of the road. But his conscience drives him back to pick up Sean, until he finally gives up.

Christopher offers to adopt Sean under his name, and Sean eventually has an identity, gets into school and lives like any other child.

Ethan couldn't have said it all to Sean. Sean will feel sadder than ever and he will be disappointed.

"I'm so tired, I want to rest" Sean smiled, a smile that made Ethan feel even more uncomfortable.
