Moving Preparation

Vina is delivered by the Secretary to enter the Director's room.

"Excuse me sir, Miss Vina has arrived." The Secretary told the Director that Vina was already in his room.

"Please sit Miss." continued the secretary. When he made sure Vina was sitting on the sofa in the Director's room, the secretary walked out of the director's room. He will sit back in his chair.

"Alright Vina, we just go straight. Tomorrow is your scheduled departure to U. I called you here because I will give this letter to you to bring to the company in the U country" said Mr. Director while submitting a letter of Vina's transfer to the U country.

Vina took the letter.

"Thank you sir." replied Vina.
