Vina and Maya

"Deli, where's Vin sleeping?" ask Maya who just came home from the cafe and saw Vina alone sitting on the sofa while watching television.

Something very rarely done by Vina and Maya. The television in their home is usually only used as a display. That television can be counted on the finger how many times it lives in a year. It is really rare to see Maya or Vina watching television in their home.

"Eh, you've come home" Vina said when she heard Maya's voice.

"Deli sleeps at Sari's house" Vina replied as she looked at the television.

"You don't know May, what was Deli's answer to Sari?" ask Vina to Maya.

"Haha haha, that's a real child. The answer we can never guess" Maya gave her comment on the answer given by Deli to Sari.

"Where's May's cafe?" Tanya Vina who arrived remembered the cafe owned by the three of them but managed by Maya and sometimes if the work in the company is not much then Vina and Sari will definitely come to help Maya in the cafe.

"For the morning, amazing rame. The same thing happened until night. All the ingredients that were purchased this morning to the market until it was not enough to get to the night" Maya told Vina about the state of their cafe.

"Wow, who goes to market again?" asked Vina who was curious about the news that was reported by Maya to her.

"Yup. So earlier when the stock was thinning, I asked Mr. Hans to shop at the market with Bik Ima and Rina. They bought half the groceries from the shopping that was done this morning" Maya told Vina how much additional raw material shopping the second session on this day.

"Keep out?" ask Vina

"It looks like we have to give the employee a bonus for his hard work today" Vina said

"Do you agree?" vina asked Maya if she agreed with what Vina said

"Or do you have another version to appreciate the hard work of the employee the day before?" said Vina who hopes Maya there are other ideas besides the idea given by Vina.

Maya seems to think for a moment, Maya did not find the idea to give other types of rewards to employees other than by giving bonuses.

"Give me a bonus" replied Maya who finally agreed with the idea given by Vina to her.

"What money is that?" continued Maya who does not know what kind of reward will be given to all employees who have succeeded in exceeding the target given for sales today.

Usually all employees also sell beyond the target set by Maya. But this time the target was over a hundred percent of the target set up by Maya and Vina. Actually Maya and Vina gave the target to employees in the cafe not for what, but purely to be their motivation in doing their work every day.

"OK this for the servants" Maya said after taking the money as needed to be distributed to the maids tomorrow as a reward for the hard work of the servants.

Vina and Maya then continue their conversation together. Vina and Maya discuss the expansion of their cafe which will be done next month. Vina had already found a handyman who would work on expanding the cafe, the same handyman who built the first cafe.

The cafe was expanded because the building was no longer able to accommodate every visitor who came to the cafe. The concept created by Ivan for the expansion of the cafe is a semi-indoor concept. Ivan deliberately built in such a style so that in the summer, people who come to the cafe do not feel hot. While in winter, the visitors do not have to be cold when they are in the cafe.
