Chapter 22 Workshop Day 1

All University Z lecturers and staff as well as all campus leaders arrived at the Workshop location.

The cold of Bandung city spoils every visitor to make the atmosphere feel melancholic.

Aya and Haikal get there and meet their co-workers.

Like the first day of the Workshop the Sources come from Kemendikbudristek.

Therefore, he guided the lecturers to check the Graduate Learning Achievement (CPL) of all courses that are enabled so that there are no CPL Prodi PBI that is not selected or stacked on certain CPLs. In addition, in this Curriculum Workshop carried out curriculum reconstruction in Management courses.

Reconstruction of the curriculum is based on logical and objective consideration and analysis of needs, tracer study research results and responses of graduate users, as well as benchmark results with the Economics Study Program curriculum in all LPTK in Indonesia.

Therefore, in curriculum reconstruction activities, it is necessary to involve stakeholders, namely faculty leaders, study associations, alumni ties, graduate user representatives, student representatives. At the end of the activity, all lecturers review and revise the RePS in accordance with the existing provisions.

One by one the material was delivered so that it did not feel tired all the workshop participants.

The first day of the workshop finished at 15:00. All participants return to their own rooms to rest.

Only on the night of their free event at once dinner together.

The atmosphere of intimacy is so felt. The Culture and Work Environment of University Z is indeed very family and warm.

When carrying out their duties and obligations are very professional, but do not forget to create comfort with each other so that the work environment becomes conducive.
