Two days later, William left for Surabaya alone. He had wanted to take his family but his father and mother were on important business and they just sent greetings to the David family.

When he arrived in Surabaya, William ordered a taxi and asked the taxi driver to take him to a hotel that had been booked by his secretary. Although he did not bring anything, but he needed a place while he was in Surabaya. Indeed, he did not want to linger in Surabaya because after attending Agnes' wedding, he planned to go straight back to Jakarta.

At that time, Citra was getting ready to attend Agnes' wedding. The image wears a long blue dress that shows her shoulders. Her hair was tied up and given blue clips in line with her dress. She is not very good at dressing up but the natural makeup she wears is enough for her beautiful face.

After completion Citra took the car keys, when it was already showing half seven nights. David wanted to pick him up but Citra refused because she did not want to trouble David especially when it was an important event for David's family.

The image immediately headed for the reception and it felt impatient to see Agnes' appearance. I hope he's not late because it's his best friend's wedding.

At the reception, William had arrived. He simply stood outside unwillingly to enter seeing the events taking place inside. He only intended to congratulate Agnes and after that he would go to catch a flight that would take him back to Jakarta.

David was following his sister's wedding series at that time, he was very anxious because he had not seen Citra. The guests who had filled the room made it difficult to find the figure of Citra. I can't wait to bring Citra and introduce her to her parents.

After the series of events is completed guests are welcome to enjoy the dishes that have been provided. David immediately looked for Citra but unfortunately, he did not find Citra among the guests. David immediately came out because he wanted to contact Citra but at that moment but accidentally he saw William was standing out there.

David undoes his intentions and immediately approaches his best friend who looks like a lost person.

"Let's find a pretty girl!" william answered while looking at his friend.

"All the girls are inside, you won't find them outside" David chuckled.

"Who knew something new was coming."

"Here go in. Don't you want to see Agnes?'

"Of course, after this I have to go back to Jakarta" replied William.

"Why so fast? Didn't you just arrive?"

"Yes, I don't like events like this and again, tomorrow I have an important job so I have to hurry."

"Basically busy man! Come meet my sister," David asked, while William nodded.

　

They stepped inside to meet Agnes. When David and William approached Agnes, Doni was fetching water because she was thirsty. Agnes saw her brother and William walking up to her, she was so happy that her brother's best friend would take the time to attend her wedding.

"Sister William, thank you for coming" Agnes said with a smile.

William just nodded and smiled. A gift he had prepared and he immediately gave the gift to Agnes.

"Congratulations on your marriage."

　

"Thank you, Brother William," said Agnes, taking the gift that William gave her.

"Where's your husband, Nes?" ask David.

"Doni was there for a minute to drink, sister" replied Agnes.

William scrunched his forehead, Doni? It felt familiar and reminded him of someone.

By then Doni had finished drinking and immediately returned to his wife's place. Doni sees Agnes talking to the man she once saw. Her eyes could not be separated from the man and as soon as she remembered, Doni clenched his hands together to hold back his emotions.

"William?" doni said in my heart.

He would never forget the man who had hit him three years ago. Why was her best friend's husband there?

"Don, this is David's big brother, his name is William" said Agnes, introducing William to her husband.

Whahuh? David's friend? Looks like his best friend is in trouble.

"Hey, do you know each other?" david asked astonished to see the behavior of Doni and William.

Without answering David's question and without thinking, Doni grabbed William's collar and his hand was ready to hit William but he puffed out. If this wasn't her wedding day, she might have beaten William to death.

　

"Thank you for the fist you gave me three years ago, Mr. William," said Doni, releasing his clutches on William's collar.

She tried to calm down because she did not want to mess up her own wedding day. Doni reaches out his hand pretending to be friendly so that Agnes and David are not suspicious.

William tidied his collar and smiled at a glance. It turned out that it was Doni Citra's best friend who he had hit while in Italy.

"Together, Doni," said William as he welcomed Doni's hand. They clutch each other's hands with hostile views, while David and Agnes look at each other and do not understand what has happened.

"Then I have to go, David" William said, releasing Doni's hand.

"Why rush Brother William?" ask Agnes.

"I can't take long Agnes, I have to go back to Jakarta immediately."

"Let me drop off" said David.

"No need, I can be alone" William refused.

"Alright, be careful and thank you for coming" said David.

"Thank you, Brother William," said Agnes.

William simply nodded and before stepping away, he looked at Doni sharply. He immediately left them but his footsteps suddenly stopped when he heard Agnes talk.

"Don, isn't Citra seen yet?" ask Agnes.

"No idea, Nes. Maybe he's stuck in traffic" replied Doni.

　

"I'll call him" said David, and he left immediately, not knowing William was still there and not gone.

William was still in his place and thought about the conversation of Doni and Agnes. The image? What did Agnes mean? He knew Doni was Citra's best friend then what was the point of their conversation? Didn't Citra die three years ago? What the hell is going on?

　

William turned his steps and walked up to Doni and Agnes again. He stood in front of Doni and looked at Doni sharply.

"Who do you mean, Doni?" ask William coldly.

Doni smiled, mocking William. It turned out that the man was still there and he had not expected that William would hear his conversation.

"Who do you think I'm talking about, William? Do you think my friend named Citra has a lot?" asked Doni sarcastically.

"Didn't Citra have died three years ago?" ask William again insecurely.

If what Doni is talking about is the image of his wife means the woman three years ago who drowned in the river was not his wife.

Doni laughed at William's words, he didn't care if the guests looked at them while Agnes looked confused.

"You are indeed a waji*ngan, Mr. William. Not only did you torture and hurt her heart, now you swear her to death? I wonder what your heart is made of?" said Doni while staring intently at William sharply.

William was silent, so was Citra not dead? That drowning woman wasn't his wife? How stupid of him, why didn't he get checked properly three years ago?

"Tell me, Doni. Where is Citra now?" william asked as he pulled Doni's shirt collar.

He was a fool, not looking for the truth back then but if Citra was still alive, wouldn't this be a chance for him to correct the mistake he made? William hopes Doni will tell you where Citra is.
