Between You And Her, Love And Friendship

Chasing love part 2

The silent atmosphere between them, David had not continued his words, while Citra looked at David with question marks.

"What do you want to talk about, David?" tanya Citra broke the silence between them.

"Listen to Citra, I actually liked you three years ago" David said without hesitation.

The image was shocked to hear it. Is David not kidding? The image pulled his hand from David's and twisted his steps until he stood his back to David.

　

"Please don't mess around, David. We have only met a few times," Citra said.

"I'm too old to play around, Citra. I've liked you since our first meeting three years ago and now I'm coming to get your love."

"No, David. Do not carelessly express love for people you just met a few times," reject Citra.

David was so disappointed to hear Citra's rejection, was he in too much of a hurry? But he will not give up even though Citra rejects his love. He will try to prove and show his love for Citra.

"I don't just like women and if I'm not serious what am I going after you to get here? If I didn't really like you I wouldn't have been like a madman three years ago looking for you who suddenly disappeared. I'm also not a high school kid anymore who wants to play around with the woman I just met. I'm serious, Citra. This time I've been determined to get you so give me a chance" David asked as he grabbed Citra's hand back.

The image lowered, what should he do?

"Don't, David. Don't like me, I'm not as good as you think," Citra declined.

He's afraid that if David finds out about his past, David will hate him. For three years he had shut himself off from the men who wanted to approach him because he did not want to disappoint anyone as well as David.

David really did not expect Citra would reject him and he believed, Citra must have a reason to do so. The image is silent, not yet answered David.

The image was still silent, there was no way he would not tell his past to David? He had hoped that if he had met David first and not betrothed maybe the situation would have been different. But now?

"I don't think I'm a good woman who deserves your love, David. So I'm sorry."

"What did you say? If you're not a good woman, then what kind of woman deserves to be called a good woman?" david asked but Citra only caught a glimpse of him.

"Give me a chance to show my love for you. Maybe you thought I was crazy, I was in too much of a hurry to express my feelings but I've been waiting for three years, being able to see you again is a chance for me so please don't turn me down before I convince you that I really like you."

　

The image looked at David's face for a moment. David does look serious but would David accept it if he already knew his past? But there's no harm in her not trying to be in a relationship with a man. It's time he forgot about William and it's best that he tries to be in a relationship with David. If David is so serious then he will tell David his past and if at that time David can accept it then he will not hesitate and if David refuses then he has nothing to lose.

　

"Please," David's plea again.

The image smiled and nodded and when he saw it, David seemed happy because he could understand if Citra agreed to have a relationship with him.

"No, I won't regret it" David said.

Somehow Citra said so and she felt that there was something Citra was hiding. He will find out later because the most important thing right now, Citra wants to be in a relationship with him.

"Thank you for giving me a chance" David pulled Citra into his arms.

The image was shocked but he was silent, David still hugged him and it didn't feel like he wanted to let go. Citra's face reddened because suddenly she became the center of attention of visitors who were there.

"Let go, David. It's embarrassing!" citra said as she pushed David's body.

"I'm sorry, I'm just too happy" David said.

"Thank you for giving me a chance, Citra," David rubbed the blushing face of Citra.

"Alright, there are things you want to buy" Citra said as she walked away.

David chased after him and wrapped his hands around Citra's waist, Citra did not refuse and they walked towards a place where Citra would buy the items she wanted. They even spent time together in the mall until night. They also had dinner there and of course David was so happy because at this time they were like dating.

　

　

When the time had shown at seven o'clock at night, David drove Citra home. This was truly the incredible opportunity he had. In addition to Citra want to connect with him, he can also know Citra's house.

"Have you arrived?" david asked when Citra stopped the car.

"Thank you for today, David," Citra said as she picked up a bag and bouquet of flowers given by David earlier. He was about to go down but David held his hand and held him back.

"Partner."

"Yes" Citra turned her head but at that moment a kiss landed on her forehead.

"Good night, can I come by your house next time?" ask David.

Citra's face flushed red as David kissed her suddenly, she simply answered David's request with a nod. David smiled and looked pleased, with David's hand gently rubbing the image's face gently.

"Thank you for giving me a chance. Thank you for accepting me too, I'm really happy tonight and it's all because of you."

The image nodded and smiled, does David really love him?

"Come in, it's night. Tomorrow we will meet again" said David.

Citra nodded and thanked him, he immediately got down from the car and waved his hand at David. David's car moved away and Citra immediately entered his house. The image leaned against the door and seemed to think, it seemed like it was time to forget about William.

Maybe with David he can forget his past but he hopes, David will accept himself and want to help him divorce William later but really do not know if David and William are good friends.
