Chasing love part 1

Two days later, David actually flew to Surabaya to meet the woman of his heart. He will not give up before the war and with his determination, he will get his love. With the address that his sister had given him, David stepped steadily out of Juanda Surabaya airport. Three years of searching now David will not waste to get the image.

Initially his father and mother objected to David going to Surabaya to pursue a woman but hearing Agnes' explanation, his father and mother released his son to pursue his Love. Her parents were relieved that at least their prejudice against her gay son was wrong.

David stared at the blazing sun, he would be in Surabaya for a while so David rented an apartment there. He knew getting Cinta wasn't easy and he knew that if he went back and forth between Jakarta and Surabaya, his chances would be reduced. Therefore he rented an apartment, about his work in Jakarta his father will take control for a while.

David widened his smile as he boarded the taxi that would take him to the apartment he rented, he really was already impatient to meet with Citra but he would be looking for the woman tomorrow.

　

That day, Citra was in the office. He didn't know if David would come to see him today. The image was busy looking at the sketches of the clothes he made and somehow today he was not so focused. Maybe he needs a little refreshing and after that he'll be back at work.

Maybe going to the mall to eat ice cream isn't bad. He also wanted something so there was no harm in him taking a short walk. After all, his work is not much. The wedding dress for Agnes had also been made so she could relax for a moment.

The image tidied up his table and immediately stood up as he was about to leave. The bag was already in hand so Citra came out of her room. He walked leisurely but before that, Citra was looking for her manager because there was something important she wanted to discuss.

Out there, David has arrived. He immediately entered the boutique in a hurry, he hoped that Citra was there. David looked around the place and an Citra employee approached him because he was mistaken for a visitor.

"Can I help you, sir?" ask the officer.

David smiled when he saw Citra talking to her other employees. Without answering questions from Citra employees, David pointed towards Citra and after that he stepped closer to Citra.

The image was done and he was about to leave but his steps stopped as David stood in front of him with a charming smile. The image was surprised to see David but then he smiled. No need to ask him, David knows the exact place of Agnes but what makes him wonder, why David is in Surabaya?

"Hi, where are you going?" ask David.

"David, are you here?" ask Citra wonder.

"Streetings," answered David lying while giving the flowers he had brought earlier.

"For you" said David.

"Thanks," Citra took the flower with a smile.

"Where are you going?"

"I want to go to the mall for ice cream."

"Can I be with you?"

The image looked at David for a moment, actually he wanted to go alone and enjoy his own time but he did not feel good about rejecting David.

"If it's not a hassle" he replied.

David smiled and looked happy. Of course accompanying Citra is not a troublesome thing for him, this is what he hopes, he wants them to always be both so that Citra sees the sincerity of his heart and is willing to accept his love.

They got out and walked to David's car. The image smiled as David opened the car door for her and allowed her to enter. The image is really awkward, he does not know what purpose David came to Surabaya but he does not want to think more. It could have been his arrival because of the wedding of Agnes which will soon be held.

David took his car and Citra as a road guide. They headed to a mall that was not so ignorant and once they arrived, again David opened the door for him.

"Stop doing this, David. You're not my personal driver!"

"Trust me, if you will, I'm very willing to be a private driver for the rest of your life."

　

David exhaled, it seems like it will not be easy to get Citra but he will keep trying because he is not messing around this time. In accordance with his wishes, Citra searched for ice cream outlets and enjoyed the sweet and cold food there.

As long as Citra enjoys her ice cream, David's eyes can't be separated from Citra's pretty face and somehow she wants to know something.

　

　

"You have a boyfriend yet?" ask David.

The image looked at David and remained silent, what exactly did David want to know?

"No, not yet" he answered briefly.

"Early dating?" david asked again Citra answered him with a slab.

　

"Then don't have a former dong," David was really happy to know Citra had never been together.

Citra's face turned sad as she suddenly remembered William. She does not have an ex-boyfriend but she has a husband that she has long left even until now they are still husband and wife. But it's been three years that she's been gone and she knows, William must be married to his girlfriend. Can William be called an ex?

Seeing the image's changed face made David so unwell, had he been mispronounced?

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you sad" David said.

The image looked at David and tried to smile, he should not be sad and remember William at such a time.

　

"It's okay, David. I don't have a boyfriend yet and I don't have an ex either" Citra said.

　

David was relieved to hear Citra's words, although he had felt strange when he saw the face of the image that changed but David did not feel suspicious at all.

"How are you? Why ask like that like being interrogated a future wife?" ask the image without any intention.

"I was indeed interrogating the future wife" David replied with a chuckle.

"Stop joking David! It's not funny!" The image stood up because he was done.

The image was about to leave but David held his hand, the steps came to a halt and was astonished to see David's face looking so serious.

"Partner, listen to me. There's something important I want to talk to you about."

　

David approached Citra and stood in front of her with a serious face. The image seemed confused, what would David say?
