BETWEEN THE CEO AND THE MAFIA
Psychologist's Visit

"Ta.. This is Rianita's mother, who will accompany your counseling session."

Irgi takes a 38-year-old woman to Ayash's apartment and introduces her to Prita. Rianita Jayanti is a psychologist and lecturer at Kota S University. He is still young, but his experience is beyond doubt. He is one of the best psychologists in the country.

"Hello, just call me Mother Ria." Ria's mother extended her hand while commenting on the smile on her lips.

"I'm Prita, Prita Asmara." Prita shook that hand. "Please come in, ma'am."

Prita invited Ria's mother to sit in the living room. Ayash and Irgi followed.

"Prita want counseling with them both or alone?"

Prita looked towards Ayash, as if asking for an opinion.

"In a moment, yes, Miss Ria. I need to talk a little bit with Prita." Ayash pulls Prita's hand, invites her into the room to talk together.

"You're more comfortable counseling alone or in company?"

Prita lowered her head, "It seems I'm not sure I can do this." today Prita suddenly hesitated to do counseling.

Ayash aligned his face with Prita, their eyes meeting each other.

"Darling, I'm sure you can do it. Ria's mother will not divulge the results of your consultation to anyone including me. Irgi and I can wait outside while you guys get counseling. I love you, Ta. Whatever happens, I love you."

Ayash lands a kiss on Prita's lips. "Face your troubles, Ta. Don't run. Me and the people who love you will always be there for you."

Prita nodded, "I'll do it."

Ayash smiled and gave a warm hug.

After they finished talking together, they went back to see Mother Ria in the living room.

"Me and Irgi came out first. Please Mother Ria can start her counseling session."

Ayash takes Irgi out of the apartment, giving the two women time to talk to each other.

Prita looks awkward. He again hesitated to speak to the psychologist who Irgi brought.

"Prita just relax, yeah. All the results of our conversation will not be known by others."

Prita nodded.

"The person who wants to see a psychologist when he feels something is wrong in him is a brave man. Dare to admit that in him there is a lack of self."

"I am here, only to be able to listen and help describe the solution to the problems that Prita faces. But, back again, who had to face the problem was Prita himself. Prita also has to find that solution. Because, the problem will not be solved if we avoid. We have to dare to face it. Even if you have to dig up old wounds that try to be forgotten."

Prita nodded back.

"If you may know, what does Prita feel or Prita is afraid of right now?"

"I can sometimes suddenly feel sad and cry especially when alone. I was afraid to be home alone. Sometimes negative thoughts come. When I was alone, criminals came into the house. I was also afraid of going out, afraid of meeting other people, especially strangers. Now, I'm also afraid of being abandoned by Ayash."

"Ayash's? Ayash's your girlfriend, huh?"

Prita nodded.

"Initially I thought your girlfriend was Irgi and Ayash your sister. Irgi insisted on asking me to come here, saying there were important people who needed my help. Must be close, too, huh?"

"Yes. My best friend since Junior High. We are like family. Right now, only Ayash and Irgi make me feel comfortable."

"It's lucky that you're surrounded by people who love you so much. But, why do you say you're afraid of being abandoned by Ayash? Ayash must love you a lot too, right? Did you see any signs Ayash wanted to leave you?"

"No."

"Then why do you think that?"

Prita paused for a moment, "I feel unworthy for Ayash. But, honey wants to stay with him."

"Unbecoming? Why not deserve? Did Ayash ever complain about your flaws?"

Prita. Her chest felt tight and rumbling. The question delved into what happened again he wanted to bury deeply.

"Prita, you must dare to open your wounds to solve your problems."

Ria's mother gives Prita time to cry.

"Why does that make you feel inappropriate for Ayash? Did you do it with your affair?"

Prita.

"What's with Irgi, your own friend?"

Prita shakes her head back.

"Then, who are you doing it with?"

Prita told her heart, "I was raped, Mom."

"Oh, my God.... " Ria's mother immediately moved to sit next to Prita and hug her like a sister. Letting Prita cry on his shoulders.

"Why do you blame yourself? You are a victim, not wrong. What's wrong is the culprit, the one who has forcibly taken something valuable from you." Ria's mother again gave Prita time to calm down.

"Can you tell me the chronology?"

"Initially, a group of gangsters wanted to kidnap Ayash. But, because I was with him then, so I was taken along. Apparently, the head of their group was a person I knew. Ayash they beat him to death. He gave me a choice, Ayash is dead or I have to comply with all his wishes." Prita told me while crying.

"And you chose the second option?"

Prita nodded.

"After that, what did he do to you?"

"He took me to his house after taking Ayash to the hospital."

"Did you get physical violence with her?"

Prita shook her head, "The only violence she committed was sexual assault against me. Almost every night he asked me to have sex with him. If he was emotional, he even did it so harshly that I was in pain. And he doesn't care. I felt like I was just a slave to*** that had no price."

"How long has he been holding you?"

"About a month."

"How did you get away from that man?"

"Ayash helped me. He picked me up where I was hidden."

"Did that man know you ran away?"

Prita wrung her hands, "I don't know."

"Hem, seems like that's why you're afraid to leave the house? Are you afraid to meet that guy?"

Prita nodded.

Ria's mother held Prita's hand, "Prita, you are not wrong, you have nothing to fear. Instead, the one to be afraid of is the culprit. You have to report the guy. He must be responsible for his crimes. If you are afraid to report, I am ready to accompany you. You have no right to suffer and fear like this, Prita."

"Mom, this matter is not as simple as I imagined it to be. He's not just anyone. He is a man of money and power. There's no way I can fight it. To be able to escape from it is a great miracle. Besides.I don't have any hard evidence that could put him in jail."

"The behavior you have received is strong evidence. You were held captive for a month, forced to serve his depraved lust, it was all a great crime."

Prita smiled stiffly, "Later, during the investigation, surely the police asked 'do I like going out at night?' , 'do I like to wear open clothes?', 'do I enjoy the intimate relationship?', 'do I have an orgasm?' "

Ria's mother tightened her hand on Prita. As it turns out, Prita has a broad insight into the legal system in the country especially for rape cases.

This country is one of the countries that are very forgiving of rape perpetrators. Even the perpetrator can be free from punishment if he wants to marry the victim. Funnily enough, the law enforcement also approved the peace process.

The search for justice for rape victims is also often mandated by a biased legal system. During investigations, rape victims often get treated differently from other crime victims. The victims were forced to show evidence that they were raped, otherwise the case would have stopped in the middle of the road.

"Mom, frankly I've enjoyed the activities of**** that we do. I feel hypocritical! It was rape but I enjoyed it." Prita slid her hands to her face and cried as she pleased. His chest was back in pain from feeling guilty.

"Prita, when a person is forced to have sexual intercourse under pressure it is rape. Even if it is done by their own partner. Thus, even if the rape was committed in a proper place, committed by a close person, and carried out in the absence of physical violence such as beatings, but if the victim did so without consent, the victim did so, it's still categorized as rape."

"Orgasm is actually just a biological response of a person's body. It has nothing to do with love or pleasure. The name enjoys the relationship, if both parties are happy. You don't have to feel guilty about it."
