They leave the restaurant after their stomachs are full and Alexa is escorted to her office. Afterwards, they head to Chris' office as Hector leaves the car in the parking lot. Upon arriving at his office, Hector said goodbye because there was a sudden affair so Chris went into the office alone.
Jerry, who saw it approaching his best friend in the study, asked why he had returned to his own office.
“How is the introduction of a future son-in-law with a future in-law?” jerry asked to know.
“Custom only. They are getting familiar, I am grateful because I who never knew the parents met one of them now. So, I'm happy to make Alexa feel the affection of a father.” Chris looked blankly after answering the question.
“Then when are you going to start getting married?”
“Well, that's why I follow Alexa. ***** I don't know what she wants.”
“Hahaha .. important transfer smoothly yes to the cost.”
“Iya, hahaha ..”
After joking around for a while, Jerry walked out of Chris' room and went back to work. He must complete some financial statements that he will soon discuss with other employees of the financial division. What makes her lazy is seeing Annette again even with other people, but she doesn't want a room with Annette.
Jerry doesn't actually hate Annette the way he thinks he does. It's just that he keeps more distance because he doesn't want things in the past to happen in the present. He wanted to live his life quietly without any distractions. The meeting began and they both looked professional in front of the other employees. When they interact, they are not like people who know each other.
After the meeting there was a debate between Jerry and Annette because there were some points that did not fit with either party. Finally found a middle ground after they argued for almost 1 hour. The other employee saw it looking sorry for Annette because Jerry would. If there is something that is not pleasing in his heart, it will be asked for information until the other party gives up or he who has got satisfaction from the answer given.
After it was over, the employees started to come out of the meeting room and there was him and Annette. Because he deliberately waited for time for the two of them and talked to the girl.
“Anne, I want to talk to you for a minute. Can?” the question is because Annette's focus is still on the laptop in front.
“Iya, Sir. Can I help you?” anne asked politely.
“Ah, fine if this is what you want,” Jerry said slowly. “I want a report of today's meeting results at the table this afternoon.”
“But, Sir –,” protested Anne because she had to go home fast today.
“What other reason? Not going overtime? Said you need a lot of money, I gave you overtime right!” jerry's answer left Anne not struggling. “Partially you just summarize what was talked about. What hard!”
“Iya, Sir.” Anne did not hear any more hurtful words from Jerry's mouth.
Anne immediately left the meeting room because she did not feel at home in a room with one of her bosses. Anne comes out without saying goodbye to Jerry which makes Jerry even more upset at the girl. Though the girl had complied with her request not to know each other if in the office.
He was indeed planless when it was his own request to the financial manager. Now that Anne no longer bothered him she began to lose. Alone in the meeting room made him reflect on what he did to the girl wrong?
At night, Chris' apartment.
It appears that a woman is cooking for a dinner plan with her lover, continuing their marriage preparation chat. Because they both do not know what they want so they want to equalize their opinions first before ordering a wedding organizer (WO).
Alexa continued cooking until half an hour later when Chris arrived she was done cooking.
Chris cleaned up first because his body today was exhausting for him. The work is endless and today is his last day with Alexa. Because Alexa's moving into her rental home tomorrow.
After she changed into her casual clothes, they started eating dinner dishes. She was actually happy because there were people who cooked her while she was at home. Although sometimes according to Alexa, the taste of the cuisine is still better than Alexa cuisine. With this move, she's gonna miss Alexa in this apartment.
Finish their meal, turn to wash the dishes after eating. They sat in the middle room to continue their discussion about marriage. Chris brought snacks and wine for them to drink while discussing.
“It's done?” alexa asked to see Chris bring a snack.
“Already. Hence bring all this.” Chris sat down after putting drinks and food on the living room table.
“Can I start?” Chris just nodded and Alexa continued, “so, I'm today looking at the WO and wedding themes that people are choosing. I want a simple wedding attended by our homemakers and sisters, our close friends. For employees of the Company better they we give souvenirs without having them come. Because I want the theme of wedding intimate.”
“I'll do what you want, honey. Because I also like it if it's too fancy and crowded. But don't forget, I'll keep giving my opinion. Because I don't want you to bother yourself, huh?”
“Ok.”
“Or can I make Melissa help you to find a good WO and a few choices of places so you can focus on wedding dresses and food?” Chris offered because he did not want his girlfriend to be exhausted.
“Could be, later I will invite Bianca also to add suggestions.” Alexa is happy with Chris who gives her support.
“OK later I'll tell Melissa. Then for our wedding date so when?”
“Ah it, what if mid-October.”
“It's okay, it seems like there's not much of a schedule at the time. So, I can take another leave.”
“Ok. Dates are in, for others I'll talk to Bianca and Melissa after the move home. Then, for the theme of wedding colors there is something you want to add?”
Chris saw the theme in yellow and pink, not forgetting a little purple. Then, “add black or brown or grey color can be. Not to impress all feminists. Hahaha ..”
