When married to a chosen spouse, starting from that day will also be bound by a promise to live while with the couple, a promise that means that as a couple Husband and Wife will live a life together either hard or happy.
So that if the Wife or Husband is sick, then it is the obligation to care for and maintain it as a sign of loyalty, as Fany did to her Husband. Papa Aksa who initially had a fresh and contained body, but after illness changed drastically to thin dry and pale, however Fany chose to remain faithful to accompany her Husband.
As the Wife of Fany is ready to sacrifice her dreams for the sake of taking care of her Husband, and Keysa who until now has not accepted her existence, but she remains patient and receives Keysa's treatment with a free-spirited, patient, because I believe there will be a time when Keysa will accept her as a mother.
Fany chose silence and harbored her feelings because she did not want to cause problems between herself and Keysa, let alone the state of her Papa who was sick again.

The night was late, but Keysa was still busy with scribbles - scribbles of his expression of his feelings that were not careless, as the overflow of his disappointment, Keysa arrived - suddenly shed tears.
"Ma, Keysa is kangen," he murmured sadly.
Suddenly Keysa heard the sound of footsteps towards his room, curious, Keysa stepped foot towards the door, how surprised Keysa when he saw his Papa standing upright in front of the door of his room.
"Papa" he said nervously.
"How are you, son," she replied with a smile.
"Why did you come here, isn't Papa sick?" tanyakanya.
"Papa knows, but you never came to see Papa," he replied sadly.
Fany was confused as she hugged her Papa with her sobs.
"Pa, I'm sorry, Keysa." he said stammering.
"That apology is often thrown from your lips, but it never changes" he answered letting go of his embrace.
"But, Pa," she was interrupted because her father covered her mouth with both hands.
"Don't you know why, son, it must be because of that cheap lady?" ketus tanyanya.
Fany looked at her with tears flowing down her face, their eyes looking at each other with a million excruciating disappointments.
"You know what? The cheap woman cares so much about Papa, that she is willing not to sleep for Papa, but you are one child - one Papa does not care about what Papa feels right now, but you are one child - one Papa does not care about what Papa feels right now, for reasons that don't make sense" he said.
"But he will make Papa like this" he cried.
"Papa always stood up for that woman" he murmured.
"Because he deserves to be defended" he said.
Keysa cried with all his might, shuffling his bed with his sharp eyes. Papa Aksa shook his head with his cynical smile while enduring the pain in his head.
"Papa would rather die than see your shameful behavior, Papa disappointed son" he left Keysa's room.
Papa Aksa walked while holding his head with both hands, to relieve the pain.
"Oh Allah, just take my life, I can't see all this" he murmured in frustration.
Suddenly his gaze darkened, he fell to the floor, saw his Papa fainted, Keysa screamed while crying. Hearing Keysa's scream, Fany rushes over to Keysa, seeing Papa Aksa lying on Fany's floor hysterically as she hugs him tightly.
"Keysa, what's your dad doing?" tanyakanya.
"Shut up! it's all because of you!" screams screamed.
"You have no feelings, no heart - how you hurt your father," he said firmly.
"You who have no feelings, you cheap woman" he replied.
"Yes, I'm a cheap woman but I still have a conscience" she said, staring at Keysa.
"Don't touch my Papa, I don't want to," he yelled pushing Fany's body down.
"Keysa, you can do this to me" he said withstanding the pain.
"That's worth it," he replied with a big laugh.
Keysa was struck with emotion, when Fany called the Ambulance, he grabbed her phone and threw it against the wall.
"Let Keysa take care of Papa, in my own way, now get out of my house!" Keysa's orders.
