"But you have to explain a lot of things to him! He's been tormented for years and you can only apologize?! I'm just asking you to find him and talk!"
The film on the rotating screen features a climactic scene full of drama there. Bian looked at her with interest, whereas Kara just stared at her blankly. He couldn't lie that the foreign man's remarks yesterday affected him enough.
Jodys. The name of the man that Kara will almost never forget. He is his past full of stories. Whether it's a like or a wound.
In silence, the girl's eyes stared at the figure of Bian who was still busy with his movie. Bian won't let her meet Jody no matter the reason. The man was sensitive to the topic of Jody. Their past is pretty bad.
Bian alone will be furious when he knows he interacts excessively with other men and especially Jody, someone who used to occupy a meaningful position in his life.
"Why, Ra?" Bian turned his head, feeling Kara looking at him.
The girl just shook her head. Turn his attention back to the television screen. "I'm hungry, it's six o'clock" he said glancing at the clock on the wall. "I cook first, yes," the girl got off the couch, moved towards the kitchen. Not looking at Bian who was staring at his back with a sharp gaze.
Kara took a piece of chicken breast, wanted to make chicken teriyaki Bian's favorite. Then boil the carrots and cook rice for extra.
Because her family was less concerned, since fifth grade Elementary, the girl had already learned to cook. He still remembers the first time he was confused about oil and salt because he had never been taught. Time goes on and hones his cooking skills. Cooking has become a habit that he does.
Nearly an hour later struggling with the kitchen, the girl placed her cooking on the dining table. He walked towards where Bian was, looking at the man who was still cool with the television.
"Bi, eat yuk, I'm hungry,"
Without being told twice, Bian immediately turned off his television, then grabbed the body of Kara who was near him. He put his hand on the girl's stomach. They walked to the dining table in the same position until Kara protested against Bian's actions.
"Bi, I'm really hungry, let's go, let's eat."
The man obediently followed Kara sitting at the dinner table, watching Kara's every move taking the plate and filling it with food there.
Bian opened his mouth as Kara thrust out a mouthful of rice complete with the entire side dish. The girl put a mouthful into her mouth with a large piece of carrot. Whether this is some kind of karma, because he used to lie he liked this vegetable very much, he now so really like it.
Bian drew a wide smile as the girl again bribed him. Kara chuckles little, feeling the man's behavior like a child.
"Bi!"
Bian lowered his body, put his head dickered around the girl's neck then his hands hugged Kara's waist. The man looked unconcerned about the protest from Kara, he instead moved his head, inhaling the scent of the girl.
"Bi, I just finished cooking and haven't had a bath yet" he said a little uncomfortable.
Bian now looks cool touching Kara's earrings with his fingertips. "It still smells" he said.
Kara sighed, pulled Bian's shoulder away from her, then put in another spoon of rice. "Oh, yes, said mother tomorrow we look for clothes for the engagement," said Bian casually as he continued to chew food in his mouth.
The brown haired girl stopped her movements on her plate, staring at Bian unconvinced. "Tomorrow?"
Kara was silent, confused to reply to that remark, finally she just muttered. "Oh, yes" he said slowly.
Bian noticed how the look on the girl's face was slowly changing. His eyes stared flat.
"You didn't think of refusing or running away again, did you, Ra?" bian asked in an unsightly tone.
Kara looks up. "No, why do you think that?"
Bian's eyes were flat, as if they had no emotions, yet his voice was so intimidating. "Well, the strange man you met earlier made you change your mind and take actions that you will regret later."

After finishing dinner and watching the two film titles, the two humans end up stranded on a mattress. They do not sleep, busy with their own thoughts.
"Not sleepy?" Bian asked quietly, tightening his embrace.
Kara shook her head, changing her position to be more comfortable in the man's arms. "Not yet."
"Main, yuk?"
Kara frowning. "Don't be weird, it's one o'clock, '" he said in no way.
Bian let go of his embrace, changing position to sit. The man opened his phone and thrust it into Kara's wajag. "Other snakes and ladders, yuk, if you win, I will obey your three requests without exception" he said. "And well, as well as if I win, you must obey my request, whatever it is without exception, deal?"
Kara still looked at Bian inexhaustibly, but the words Bian spoke were enough to affect him somehow feeling as if there was a fresh breeze there. His mind suddenly floated on his brother Sandy. Who hasn't given him news since.
He thought about catching up with Sandy for a few days, at least making sure of her brother's current condition. But his parents would never allow it. Although they never cared, they would not let Kara go to meet Sandy.
Her parents would think she might not come back. Ruin their plans to make her the daughter-in-law of the Baskara family.
But if Bian directly asks permission to let her meet Sandy, she will definitely get the approval of her parents without any obstacles.
"Deal, okay come on," he said excitedly. Kara felt ridiculous as she seriously played that game.
Silently, Bian looked at the girl's face before smiling slightly, as if he could read every part of the girl's head.
Kara, sometimes you're too naive.
