Wijaya, Kara's father returns to the dining table when the appetizer has just been served by the waiter. Through Rima's eyes asked about the man's search. And Wijaya seemed to shake his head slowly, making Rima's face deathly pale.
Thirty minutes before the Baskara family arrived, Kara disappeared from her room and they found a staircase in the girl's window. Soon they were excited and Wijaya immediately boarded his car and had the driver and some of their servants look for the girl.
The two people were truly cursing at his son who was brazenly fighting them.
Rima glanced anxiously at the stairs, there had been no appearance of Bian since fifteen minutes ago, this started to worry him. Did Bian know? His hands squeezed each other, staring at the husband who was no less afraid.
Ten minutes later, their appetizers were gone. Seen from the look of Baskara and Rianti felt there was a strange. "Where are Bian and Kara? Why haven't they come down yet, huh? In a moment the main course and the next conversation will be about the two people, what are they doing above?" the graceful woman glanced at the interested rungs of the stairs.
"Where's your boy, what's his name? Sandy?" Baskara opened her voice suddenly. The two men were nervous again.
"A-ah he currently has an out-of-town service" replied the wijaya. "She's always busy, tell me she's a doctor, she actually wants to go to dinner but can't" she said.
Baskara nodded, sipping the water slowly.
Five minutes later the main course came, tempting-looking meat steaks. Both Wijaya and Rima have resigned if caught. But something unexpected happened.
Bian took a girl in a beautiful dress that already looked a little tangled and dirty, but did not reduce the slightest bit of her beauty. The man smiled as the people at the dining table looked at him.
"Why did you just come? What are you guys doing there?" rianti asked with raised eyebrows, seductive eyes asking for an explanation.
While the parents of the girl Bian had brought along were frozen, his eyes were glaring sharply full of warning at Kara who had lowered her head since then. But no doubt the arrival of the girl made them relieved.
"We talked about something Bun, a lot of what we talked about until we forgot the time," Bian guided Kara's body to sit in the chair next to him. The girl complies. "Yes, isn't it, Ra?"
Kara was silent for a while, before turning her head to look at Bian for a second before nodding slowly, answering in a small voice. "Yes, we talked about a lot."
Bian swallowed his saliva, still unable to eliminate the faint beat in his chest. His hand under the table reached out to Kara and squeezed her hand a little hard, realizing that she was still with him.
Just a moment ago...
Bian's eyes sharpened furiously at the stairs, his chest tight. His hands clenched tightly, holding himself back from starting to damage the objects around him. Bian's bad habits when angry.
His eyes looked down at the dirt under the stairs, Kara's room facing the backyard, there was a warehouse that was always dark never given a lamp.
"You really won't be able to leave." Bian's smile widened when he saw a small light glow in the warehouse, really a small light and needed foresight to see it.
On the other hand, Kara is currently trying to contact Sandy with trematar. He should have gone out of the house and met his brother in a quiet alley not far from his house. But plans were changed because the guards in front of her house kept their eyes on her and Kara had no reason to leave her house.
Kara called Sandy immediately. "Bang, the house is quite empty" he said, stopping when he heard another car enter the yard. "The Baskara family is coming!" he said he started to frantically bite his lower lip in fear.
Kara was so scared! She was known to be a brave and hard girl, but not now. He never denied his parents, never did anything against him and this first act scared him to death.
"Calm down, you're close to home, Ra, you're hiding right now, when you say you're gone, you're gonna have to jump over the back fence, the car's gonna be there."
Kara was sweating, only the dim light of her phone illuminated her. "I-I didn't know this was going to be a good choice" he murmured.
"As you said, every choice leads to its own path, and no choice is truly profitable, they have consequences, Ra."
Kara grimaced, biting her lower lip stronger. "I still doubt."
"After making a choice, you can't hesitate, Ra, now you have to make the choice you've made."
Kara's body froze. He stared at his phone still connected to Sandy. "Well, if in ten minutes I don't call my brother again, I'm a failure. I can't escape. And I hope that if it really happens, you still have to go to Kalimantan yourself. And I have to promise." Sandy hasn't had time to answer, phone disconnected.
Kara curled up, covered her body when she heard a slow footstep approaching the warehouse. The move seemed to be deliberately made as late as possible so that Kara felt tortured could not do anything.
And Kara felt her life fly as soon as the barn door opened, revealing a male figure with a frightening look in it.
"B-bian.., uh...,"
Bian, the man was just silent with a flat look. But Kara had known the man many years ago, she realized it was Bian's deepest gaze of anger, disappointment and sadness.
"Get out, our family's waiting." and that's all Bian said before the man took him out of the barn.
The two of them did not enter through the door, they entered by climbing the stairs to Kara's room and a new dinner shirt.
There was no talk between them after that, even when Kara and Bian joined the dinner table, the sharp glare from both parents did not care about Kara.
When his hand was squeezed firmly Bian, the girl turned her head and looked at Bian's note that seemed to speak a lot to him.
