ARINDAS

ARINDAS
Unrest

At five in the morning Arinda woke up. His body feels sore because sleep is just a tapestry. He forced Erwin to wear his bed. The girl let the father sleep downstairs.

However, even the pain of the price is not how much it must be paid. Because, Arinda is happy to be together and get along with Erwin. The father is now the priority and everything.

Arinda took the phone and turned it on. Since the night of his meeting with Erwin until this morning he had not seen the flat object.

Notifications of messages and missed calls appear a lot. All from the same person.

“Dead me. Ricko.” Arinda's eyes glared. However, he lowered his voice because Erwin was still asleep.

The girl got up and went into the bathroom. Then, call Ricko.

“Halo, Rick.”

“Halo, Darling,” the typical hoarse voice of a new person waking up is heard from across there.

Arinda was just cringing. He looked back at the name of the person he called on the screen. Emoji hearts are red there.

Right, kok. This is Ricko's number. But, really, call me darling. So strange. Are those guys still dreaming? Arinda muttered while still staring at the phone screen. Then, put the flat object again in the ear.

“Halo, this is Ricko, right?”

“Iya, Darling.”

Arinda put her phone away. He looked back at the screen. That's, uh, not Ricko. His voice is also different. My favorite voice is usually sexy. If so, hoarse too, anyway. But, hoarsely ask for marriage. Duh, really serem, anyway. Not touched all day yesterday, my phone was directly possessed by a genie, his mind and he creeped.

Arinda turned off the phone and put it on top of a small cupboard attached to the wall. He decided to take a shower.

While across there already nagged the handsome man with his face his pillow towards the mobile screen. The phone was unilaterally turned off.

🌺🌺🌺

“Pa, I go to work first. It's breakfast, fruits, and Papa.” medicine Arinda put it on the nightstand. “Let me send lunch via ojek online. There is cake in the fridge too. Papa eat only.”

“Thank you, Son. Papa troubles you.”

“No parent bothers his child, Pa. From now on let me take care of Papa well and properly.”

Erwin smiles. His heart was touched by Arinda's words. “Papa is lucky to have a daughter like you.”

“Sure. I am indeed the perfect child.”

“You're right.”

They both laughed.

“Good. I'm leaving, Pa. If Papa gets tired of just walking around here. But, don't go far. Scared of straying, I'm hard to find later.”

Erwin smiled and nodded.

Arinda kissed Erwin's hands and cheeks then stepped out. The middle-aged man stared at the princess's departure with a grin.

The girl stepped into the elevator. However, just now arriving, Arinda was shocked. He saw a handsome man leaning against the wall.

Their eyes meet.

Oh, naw! Looks like Ricko is in an unrelenting fashion. Duh, how's this? Address early in the morning dapet breakfast additional in the form of nagging. Arinda.

The elevator door clinks and then opens. Ricko went straight inside with Arinda tailing.

The girl was right in front of Ricko. He did not dare to look or align himself beside the idol.

The elevator door clinks again and opens. Ricko steps out first and pulls Arinda's hand to follow him. The man did not look at it one bit. His mood was still irritated by the phone this morning.

Ricko opens the car door and tells Arinda to enter through the tail of his eye. The girl complied and sat down next to the steering chair.

Ricko got in the car. He breathed before he decided to start talking.

“Why did you call this morning? But, you're also the one who's deadly?"

Arinda's lips are rounded. “O, the phone is right from you?”

Ricko turned his head while raising his eyebrows. “Indeed who do you think?”

“Jin.”

Ricko gaping. “Sayang ..”

“You genie too, huh? Ih, I'm going down.” Arinda wants to get out, but Ricko quickly locks the car.

Ricko held Arinda's arm. “Jin what? Who?”

“You.”

“Honey, I'm not jin.”

“Tu you call me 'honey'. I never called it that long ago. Where is your voice ... duh, how is it, huh? I see, deh.”

Ricko laughing. “There is something wrong if I call a future wife with the word 'honey'. Then why is my voice?”

“Your voice is very soft. Continuing wife candidates? What, anyway, Rick?”

Instead of being angry. Precisely from earlier the sound that came out was even soft. In fact, the longer it softens.

“Yesterday I told you I'd make you a wife. I've also expressed feelings, haven't I?”

“Oh, that's serious. I thought prank.”

“Sayang ..”

“No need to call me 'sayang’.”

“Why?”

“Later not to be.”

“Why can it be?”

“We used to call each other ‘sayang’, but ended up separated for a long time. We meet again and I call you that. Then, soan only briefly then broke up. You understand what I mean, right?”

Ricko nodded. “You believe such a thing?”

“Entah. It's just that now if we haven't really married, it's better not to have a special call first.”

Ricko nodded. “For this reason I just agreed. Not for the myth you said earlier it was.”

“You're sometimes fun, but sometimes annoying.”

“But, you love.”

“Sok know.”

“I love eating marshmallows to restore mood booster. Maybe you'll try?”

“Your lips are like marshmallows. Soft, supple, and sweet. Even more enjoyable. Want to give?”

“No. Basic perayu ulung.”

Ricko laughing. “Why not woo back?”

“No.”

🌺🌺🌺

“Amigration office? We want ap ... loh, kok, I'm left.”

Ricko got off first and walked around. He opened the car door for Arinda. “Come, Miss.”

Arinda smiled. “Kirain you leave me.”

Ricko rattled Arinda's hair. “ Never will be. Come!” He pulled the hand of the pujaan.

“Rick, what do we want here?”

“Bikin passport for you. We're going to Holland.”

“So, are you serious about taking me to see Mr Roni?”

Ricko clucked in annoyance. “O-pa. Call Opa. After all, will be your family too.”

“Yes, if Mr. Roni is happy I called him that. If you're not ashamed of me, Rick.”

“Opa definitely accepts.”

“I want to call 'Pak Roni' point.”

“Ya, already. It's up.”

“Rick, wait.” Arinda pulled Ricko's hand.

“What's up?”

“I won't bring a full letter.”

“I've brought.” Ricko lifted the map from his hand.

Huh! When was that map in Ricko's hands. How, I don't see, huh? Arinda was confused.

“Rick, where did you get those letters from?”

“Reclaration.”

“Ricko, ih!”

Ricko gets the letters from a small closet next to Arinda's mattress. The man found her on Sunday waiting for her to come home.

That was unintentionally too. When bored on the mattress and pull back and forth the closet. Then look at the letters. Later, Ricko called his driver to photocopy.

🌺🌺🌺

Back to the office after lunch. Arinda and Ricko are struggling again with work.

Arinda was in Ricko's room sitting on the couch. The girl was told by her boss to check the files.

“Rin, when you're done, please check email in.”

There is no lawfulness.

“Rin, you heard, right?”

Silent!

Ricko turned his head towards where Arinda was. “Arinda, you sleep.” He got up and shook his head. “Can be asleep in the middle of work. If you're my wife, you're home. Than tired of working like this.”

Ricko confirmed the position of Arinda who had been sleeping bowed on top of a pile of files. Put that body on the couch. The man opened his suit and covered the puja's innocent feet.

The last few days, Arinda was quite exhausted. In addition, from yesterday sleep was not in a comfortable place and position. The girl's body still felt stiff and sore.

The phone's ringing. Ricko quickly picked up his phone so as not to disturb Arinda's sleep.

“Halo.”

“Halo, Boss. We've found Erwin's whereabouts, Miss.”'s foster parents

“Where is he?”

“In the apartment Miss herself.”

“What?”

“Iya, Boss. If you allow us to visit. Then, ask who Miss's birth parents are to Erwin.”

“Ah, it .. not necessary. Find out where Miss's biological parents are without involving Erwin.”

“Good, Boss.”

Closed phone. Ricko looked at Arinda.

Ricko POV's

What the hell does this mean? Why are you hiding Erwin's whereabouts from me?

Did you know that Erwin wasn't a real parent? But, no. If you know your face, it will look sad.

Rin, what do you think of me? Why should there be a secret between us?

We love each other, but I feel like you're keeping your distance. But, why? What reason?

This heart hurts, Rin. You loved me. But, don't have faith in me.

I'm really starting to get frustrated with our relationship. Don't make me despair, Rin. I'm fighting for you.

I love you.

I'm gonna marry you.

I promise to make you happy.

I hope you never think of leaving me. Because, I can't live without you, Arinda Nabila.
