ARINDAS

ARINDAS
I love you

“Arinda, room.”

“Busy!”

Ricko shook his head. How's the story about the assistant being busier than I'm the boss? Again sulking for unclear reasons. The queen drama! But, I love, her inner.

Ever since coming out of the meeting room Arinda's face gave off an aura of hostility. Ricko was confused where his mistake lay?

“We look at Mom Early now.”

“Sorry, Mr. Ricko. I work with professionals. So, having to wait home from work first can just get out of the office.”

“You're the exception.” Damnit damnit! She insinuates.

“Should not you choose love.”

“This company belongs to my family. So, it's up to me to do anything.”

“Cih, arrogant!”

“Terlarah. I'm waiting in the room.”

“No.”

“Arinda ...”

Not finished Ricko spoke, Arinda had already gotten up and slouched into the room.

Ricko left his waist while shaking his head. Looking at the girl who was advancing her favorite pink lips. In fact, when answering the question once.

Ricko stepped into the room. Seeing that Arinda was already seated, the man locked the door.

Ricko approached and stood leaning against the table beside the chair where Arinda was sitting. The man is straying. Staring at the puja firmly without speaking.

Silent!

Angered by Ricko's silence, Arinda wakes up wanting to return to her desk. However, the burly hand first pulled the hug with the girl's position facing forward.

Ricko inhaled a fragrant scent that emanated from Arinda's hair. Squeeze his arms because the girl is struggling.

“I was wrong what? Why suddenly sulk?”

“You made a sprain! Where is Garuda Bird book in Bookstore!”

Ricko breathed a tired sigh. It still seems to be a book thing. Arinda, oh, Arinda! I don't know, what do I say? I want to curse, but I love. Not cursing, I was upset myself, his mind held in annoyance.

“Ya, already. I'm sorry. Where to buy it?”

“KUA.”

“KUA? What do you mean Office of Religious Affairs?”

“Iya.”

Ricko. Flipping Arinda's body and squinting. “So, do you mean marriage book?”

“Iya.”

Ricko exhaled a tired breath. “Arinda, ask for another, yes. I'll obey him.”

Arinda smiled bitterly. “Weight, yes? Yeah, already. I know myself too. Any guy who wants to be serious with me. What else are you, we're just regular coworkers and friends. No more.”

I want to marry you too, but not now. Ricko.

“From Surabaya we go to Batu Malang. Wantsome? Paragliding. Excitement,” said Ricko tried to divert the conversation as well as negotiations so that this girl stopped sulking.

Arinda looked at Ricko. “Stone Malang?”

“Iya.”

“Is there a lot of trees like a forest?”

“You scared?”

“Entah.” I'm just still traumatized by the woods, Rick. Lonely, dark, cold, and creepy. I was alone there.

“Then we dive. Want?”

Arinda nodded.

“OK. Then you're not angry, are you?”

Arinda.

Ricko breathed a sigh of relief. Finally, stop getting angry. Ah, my dear girl. I die of style when you've been sulking, her mind.

At exactly five in the afternoon, Ricko kept his promise to take Arinda to visit Dini. Arriving at the hospital they walked side by side to the hospital room.

As soon as he arrived, Arinda immediately ran into Dini's embrace. “Mbak Early! I'm worried! You two don't papa, do you? No serious injuries, right?”

“Arinda, ask one-on-one. Poor Early Mother you ask questions so,” said Ricko while stroking the top of Arinda's head.

Ricko's treatment did not go unnoticed by Early and Dawn. They stared awkwardly at once. Friendly relationship, but without clear status.

The husbands just pity to see Arinda. I was hoping, but the boss was playing a game.

“Thank you for taking the time to visit me, Mr. Ricko.”

Ricko nodded without saying.

Arinda keeps sticking to Dini. “Mbak, my heart seemed to stop beating when I heard the accident.”

Smiling early. “Mbak 'will be okay.”

Dawn throats. “Pak Ricko, want to come to the cafe?”

Ricko turned to Arinda for approval. The girl nodded. Then, the two men stepped out towards the cafe.

“Mbak, Wednesday I graduated and Thursday leave for Surabaya for two days.”

“Embak apologizes for not being able to come at your graduation.”

“Not have to think about that. Think now about the condition of the baby and yourself. I, nih, seriously worried the same, Ma'am Dini, loh!”

“Rin, hug Early Mbak.” Arinda. “You promise not to be sad at graduation because no one accompanies.”

“Yes, I won't be sad.”

“Or Mas Fajar who accompanied you, yes?”

“Terus Mbak Dini alone. I am even more sad if no one accompanies Ms. Dini in the hospital.”

“But ...”

“Mbak, I'm fine aja.”

“Pak Ricko accompany you?”

Arinda. “In the office again a lot of work, Mbak.”

“Mbak sprain, Rin. Why this accident must happen when you want graduation.”

Arinda laughs. “I love, Mbak Dini.”

“Mbak also loves you. Don't be sad anymore, yeah. You must be happy.”

“Iya.” Arinda had to tell a lie.

My life is sadness, Ma'am. After the contract is completed. I'll also be gone from your life. Looking for a life where no one knows. Then, set a new heart and life. Staying away from you feels like the path I have to take. This coward will escape. Arinda.

🌺🌺🌺

“Rick, I have compiled all the schedules in Surabaya later. Documents let me take it now. Coming home from graduation I promise to stop by for a while to pick up the rest of the files. So, we just left.”

“Turn home. Let me bring the file.”

“You sure?”

Ricko is awake. Approaching Arinda. “I'm sure.”

Arinda smiled. “Then I go home first, yes.”

“Send my regards to your family tomorrow. Sorry, can't come.”

“Family?”

“Iya, your parents. They must have come to your graduation, right?”

Aye, right. Papa should be with me tomorrow. But I just don't consider him a child. Anyway, I don't know where he is? I hope Papa is okay out there. Arinda.

“Ah, yes.” Arinda was wrong. “I go home first.”

Before Arinda left, however, the man quickly landed his kiss on her pink lips. Kissing softly. The girl did not reply. Ricko took it off.

“Once again I congratulate you. That kiss was a gift from me. And, sorry can't come to your graduation tomorrow.”

Arinda. “What kind of gift is that? Why are you so good? Not fair!”

Ricko laughing. “Ah, so. So, my kiss is not good for you."

Arinda clucked in annoyance. "Oh, Ricko!"

"I'll drive home. Come!”

Arinda. “Not done. I brought the Brown.”

"I'm dropping off, you know."

"Other times."

“Ya, already carefully bring the Brown.”

“Ricko,” call Arinda spoiled.

“What?”

“I love you.” I know you will never answer this statement of love. But I'll keep saying it. A thousand times you shut up. A thousand times those words will come out.

I love you too, Arinda, Ricko said in her heart and will always answer.
