Spring celebrations lasted for days for twenty-four hours each day, Rae returned to the place where the festival was taking place, drawing near to the tree of life regardless of his surroundings, leaning his body against the trunk of the main tree, hoping that he would hear another song that he wanted to hear. Rae no longer heard the singing voice of the tree of life, only her subtle, slow-shaking magic vibration, encompassing it with life energy.
Rae comes a few hours every day, sometimes Rae will join the elves dancing, but often she just sits on a tree of life leaning her shoulders and ears against the trunk of the main tree, trying to listen to the sound of the tree of life, trying to feel the consciousness of the tree. Hoping to hear his voice in the noise around him.
When Rae is sleepy Frya will pull him down and tell him to sleep in the room. But Frya herself will soon return to her virginity or that's what Rae thinks about what the elves are doing, dancing with passionate excitement. When morning comes Rae will wake up and look for Frya. The elves not only sang they also feasted on abundant food, wine flowing like a river.
Seeing such elves was an amazing sight. The elves fused in madness, letting themselves get out of control. On the last day a male elf sat beside him. Smiling at Rae with a charming smile, introducing herself as Drflyan, Rae could not guess her age might be older than Frya but she looked like a twenty-five year old human.
“Not this celebration attracts Rae,” asked with a sweet, intoxicating voice.
“Yes, so amazing,” replied Rae excitedly, seeing the madness of the elves made Rae forget that sometimes they could be so stiff.
“Are you old enough to...” Drflyan had not finished speaking when Frya attacked him. Drflyan leapt back and landed gracefully, while Frya knelt with her right leg in a fold to her chest where Drflyan had sat before. Smiling, Frya spoke. “Seek an elf your age,” Drflyan smiles. “If the princess deigns,” she said with a seductive smile. Frya just turned around and sat down next to Rae.
“What was that?” ask Rae.
Frya laughed amusedly with a melodious voice. “It looks like Drflyan is trying to invite you to celebrate spring together.” Rae just laughed, understanding what Frya meant.
At the beginning of the spring celebration young shoots of the tree of life appear, when the first time comes the tree of life looks lonely without leaves. But now that the tree of life is changing, Rae sees it growing and blossoming, filled with flowers.
“See,” says Frya refers to one of the flowers that are starting to bloom. For a moment Rae and Frya were stunned to see the fiery red flower that had a tinge of orange color was starting to bloom. With her buds slowly blooming, Rae hypnotized her gaze, her eyes unable to shift, at the end of the day the whole tree was densely covered with orange flowers. The fragrant smell of smoke billowed out, intoxicating, filling the air.
“This signals the end of the celebration,” said Frya, distracting Rae. Rae was so fascinated to observe the blooming flowers that she did not realize that the sun had been so tilted towards the west. Even the elves who were near Rae had already stopped dancing and looked at the tree of life with bright smiles. But they still sing.
Frya picked two flowers, handed one to Rae and kept one for herself. “What is it okay?” rae asked worriedly when she received it.
“Yes, there will be many flowers like this, all the elves will get one for themselves. Not from the same tree. One of the advantages of being the king's daughter is that you have a privilege, I am allowed to pluck flowers from the main tree.” Frya smiled in cahoots. “Let me show you how to make this flower useful for us.” Frya jumped down from where they were. Rae followed. Moving too fast, Rae had to bend one of her knees so she wouldn't fall. Then slowly straighten his body.
Frya had already walked towards the palace. And Rae has to run a little to get her step.
“I only see kings and queens briefly during the celebration, what happened to them?” ask Rae.
Frya smiled lightly. Her cheeks are slightly red. “Bed together” says Frya brief.
“Are they okay?” ask Rae.
Fyra was right, Rae met with the king and queen while exploring the palace hallway. They look radiant, more radiant than usual and cheerful. Rae bent her body to give her respect. The king and queen nodded in return.
“You've got flowers for you” said the queen.
“It's glorious, will your majesty pick it too?” ask Rae.
“No, the flower is only for those who are still children,” said the queen.
“Ah...”kata Rae pretends to understand.
“Go. You must use immediately,” said the king.
“What is the use of this flower?” rae asked Frya as they passed.
“Actually no, only we believe. This reminds me of hope. The flowers grow even earlier than the leaves. Gives us a lot of possibilities of what will happen to him. Whether he will grow into fruit, or in a person's pick. Or just wither away.”
“Means we have killed a wish from a flower when we plucked it,” Rae said sadly.
Frya grunts amusedly. “Why do you always see the bad side of Rae? This flower will be the protector of our hope. When the whole thing turns cold and the tree can no longer grow anything. Eventually, the flowers will grow as the seasons change. This flower is a symbol that Life will continue to change.”
They've reached the room. “What should I do with this flower?” ask Rae.
Frya lay on Rae's bed. “Yesterday,” said Frya as she patted the mattress beside her, telling Rae to lie there. Rae looked at Frya in doubt. But keep doing his orders.
“Afterhand. I think I can sleep for two days.” Frya held her flowers over her chest. “Come to sleep,” He said.
Frya yawned and instantly fell silent. Rae wasn't sure if the elf was really asleep or if she was just closing her eyes. Rae shakes her head and follows Frya. Falling asleep most of the night.
The flowers disappeared the next day. Rae tries to find her as soon as she wakes up, but does not manage to find her.
