Anila For Anala

Anila For Anala
CHAPTER 24 - RETURN TO YOUR CITY

"Maliq's?" Anila half-screeched and widened her eyes. "Why are you rich in demons?"

"indiscriminately. The month of Ramadan Satan is also in rante, kali. The key!" exclaimed Maliq while raising his hand, gestur asked.

"Mal, I've had bad luck. Don't macem, deh."

"Yes, eat it, let's go. Hurry along! Where's the key!"

The woman who was still carrying the two bags in her hand frowned at the sign of not understanding.

The man in the hat seemed to be able to read Anila's astonished look. "I'm bosen, An. Saturday, no job, no friend. I'm coming to Bandung, huh?" Face brightens. It made Anila unable to resist.

"Fines. Huh!" anila said while throwing the key towards Maliq.

"Woooo.. thankfully my reflexes are still good." Maliq managed to catch the key that Anila suddenly threw.

...***...

The number of kilometers is getting bigger. Signs getting closer to the goal. Anila's eye beads were fixated on the trees as if running away one after another.

This route, this road, hasn't changed much, just minor improvements here and there. The route that Anila took two to three times in a week. Tired up? Of course stuff. Women who are still sitting in the final level of college, must go to Jakarta to complete the obligation as a student, as well as fulfill the obligation as a wife in Bandung.

Great love, that's the only source of strength Anila survives.

"An, are we following directions?" tanya Maliq breaks Anila's daydream.

"Yes, later if it's already 120 kilometers, look for Pasteur's instructions. We're out to the Pasteur toll."

"okay." Maliq gave a moment's pause, "You?" ask soft Maliq.

Anila shook her head while turning her eyes away from Maliq. He knew he could never lie to Maliq. Maliq knew him too well. Lying while looking at Maliq is like admitting a lie in plain sight.

"If it's okay, talk, dong. Diem-diem. There's Nicholas Saputra next to the gnarled," joked Maliq.

"Didih, far away," scorned Anila. Although it cannot be denied, the silhouette of Maliq–'s face looks sideways, it does look like Nicholas Saputra. It's just that her hair is shabby and her tanned skin makes her look more.

"Why? Interested in seeing Nicholas Saputra?" maliq said without taking his eyes off the road. Anila blinked her eyes, unaware of how long it had been fixated on staring at the gondrong man at the side.

"Next far away, Maliq." Anila was misbehaved, turning her face to the window.

"So... What makes you..anxious?"

"Sorry," Anila argued. As he remembered from earlier he did not express his anxiety.

"Not lie to me, An. Free. You, tuh, yeah. It's like an open book. To.ba. I'm the only one who doesn't want to read until the end to know you know how."

"Emang yes?" The tanned woman opened the sneeze on Sun Visor and looked at her face. "Ah, no," elak Anila.

"It won't be visible in the mirror. Look at him wear this." Maliq gave a gesture by holding his left chest, where his heart was.

Anila was throbbing, though in her heart justifying all of Maliq's utterances.

...***...

The first hug from someone other than family, made Anila put her full trust in Ranala. Believing that Ranala will really learn to love her.

"Assalamu'alaikum, Mba Erni," said Anila to the receptionist at the front desk of Ranala's office.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, Miss Anila," Erni replied as she got up from her seat and nodded politely.

"Don't Ma, dong, Ma'am. Erni is, right, more senior than me. Call aja...Mbak Anila, how?" anila's Plan.

A person called Erni felt uneasy, "Well, Mom, uh, Ma'am," he said.

"Mas Rana is there, Ma'am?"

"There, anyway. But I think there are guests again. Ernie doesn't know who his guest is. The guest pass came, Erni again in the bathroom," explained the recipient.

"Oh, yeah, it's okay. I can wait here just as Miss Erni can?" tanya Anila was friendly while pulling a chair in front of the reception desk.

"By, dong, ma'am, uh, Ma'am," Erni answered, saying a greeting to Anila.  "Erni Seneng actually had a chat. It's just Erni's female employee." Understandably IT company, very rare creatures of the female sex.

"Mak Erni is married?" tanya Anila then looked for the talk.

"Udah, Ma'am," replied Erni who had begun to get used to the word greeting Mbak. "Udah has another tail" he continued.

"O yeah? How many?"

"New one, Ma'am. Uh, speaking of marriage, Sister Anila how can, anyway, be fooled by Mr Ranala? Kayak era Siti Nurbaya aja, deh, Mbak."

Deg. A narrative sentence that Anila very much avoids, about the explanation of how the beginning of their marriage– matchmaking. For Anila the word betrothed contains a negative connotation; forced, obligated, required to perform marriage. While Anila did on the basis of sincerity, full awareness, and love.

Then who breathed out the matchmaking rumors in Ranala's office. The place that Anila herself was was not very familiar. Could it be Mas Rana?

"Well, that's it Mr. Ranala has been to..," said Erni choked, immediately stopping his sentence.

Anila then looked towards Erni, finding out why Erni stopped her sentence. But instead, he found a sight. The scene where Erni rounded her eyes perfectly, staring at one point without blinking.

Anila followed Erni's vision. Looked at the man in the dark blue shirt, ah, of course, his man, Ranala. But someone tailed right behind Ranala.

The woman with the wedge shoe, making her height almost equal Ranala. Take a leisurely walk from Ranala's room. His steps came to a halt after his manic met with Anila's eye bead.

"An," said Ranala and the waist-length black haired woman was compact. Just as compact as their view of Anila. The view that Anila herself had was hard to interpret.

...***...

...Can anyone guess who that black-haired woman is? ...

...After what, yes, the same Ranala until Erni sprained so? ...
