"Erlyn, how do you know my phone number?"

Chris walked up to the window and cast his eyes out there dark from the night. Why would Erlyn look for him again after such a long time?

"Chris, I miss you and I really want to see you" Erlyn said.

"What do you mean?"

"I'm in Indonesia now, once I know you've settled in this country I've come here to see you. What if we meet tomorrow? I miss you so much."

Erlyn is sure Chris would want to meet her and she is sure Chris is not married because he still has feelings for her.

"Erlyn, I'm busy." Chris refused coldly.

Upon hearing Chris's cold rejection Erlyn felt a bit of shock. Does Chris hate him now?

"Chris, come on, there's something important I want to talk to you about." Erlyn asked again.

He won't just give up, no matter what happens he has to meet with Chris.

"I don't think there's anything important we should talk about and we better not see each other again because I don't want to see you." Chris refused again.

"Chris, don't you love me anymore?"

The question from Erlyn made Chris just shut up, the woman he once loved but left just like that! She loved Erlyn very much, but that was it. Now his love is for one woman only.

"Sorry Erlyn, our relationship has ended a long time ago and that feeling has gone with the passage of time. Just so you know now I've got a better replacement than you."

Erlyn was very shocked to hear it but she could only bite her lips, surely Chris was just joking.he knew the man loved her so much from the past and until now so there was no way a woman could replace him.

By the time Adelia had finished making drinks and walked towards the table, Adelia put the glass she had brought onto the table and stepped towards Chris who was standing in front of the window.

"Chris, however, I want to see you tomorrow and I want to talk to you about something important" Erlyn said.

"I'm sorry I can't."

As Chris said so Adelia hugged the man from behind and gushed her head from behind her hand.

"Who?" adelia asked in a whisper.

Chris smiled and rubbed the girl's head slowly.

"Chris, I'll just wait until you come" Erlyn said.

Chris took his breath heavily, he most disliked being forced like this let alone by a woman.

"I told you that I can't and just so you know, I'd hate to be forced like this and you should know that!" chris said coldly.

Adelia looked at the face of her lover who looked upset, what has happened?

She wondered who made Chris that way?

"Chris, you still haven't changed and you're still like six years ago, just so you know I still love your nature until now."

"Just base the bed and don't call me again!"

"Girl!!" Erlyn shouted across the street until Adelia could hear the woman's voice.

Adelia's face instantly changed, her cheerful face instantly disappeared right then and there. He hugged his girlfriend even more tightly, who was the woman talking to Chris?

"If you don't want to see me then I'll meet you!" yell Erlyn again.

"Whatever." Chris turned off the call.

"Damn!!" Maki Erlyn's across there.

The woman slammed her phone on the bed and laid herself on the bed.

There's no way Chris doesn't love him anymore and gets a replacement, where is there a woman who wants to be with that stiff guy other than him?

"Mom." Erick woke up from his sleep

"Chris, you will definitely come back to me" he said inwardly.

Meanwhile Adelia, she still hugs Chris tightly and inexplicably feels that she has a new rival.

"Chris who's that woman?" asked Adelia without saying anything trite.

"Are you jealous, baby?" Chris teased him.

"Chris, answer my question!" Adelia was getting upset.

"Him?" Chris turned his body around and immediately raised Adelia's body, carried the girl in his cradle and took her sitting on the sofa.

"He's my ex-boyfriend."

Adelia is shocked, why is Chris' ex-boyfriend looking for her again?

"Why the hell, so called the person immediately appeared like a ghost." Adelia grumbled annoyedly.

Chris just chuckled and stroked his head gently.

"He's just my past baby, nothing more."

"Do you still like it?"

"Hey what kind of question is that?"

"I knew him when I was living in England, we were in love and we started a relationship but it didn't last long because I was busy taking care of the business that was here."

"One day, I went back to England and suddenly Erlyn broke off our relationship without a clear explanation and according to the news she went to America with a man."

"I was devastated because I loved her so much but she just left and for six years I lived my life without trying to open my heart again until I asked for your help because my mother had urged me to get married." Chris explained at length.

"Chris, is he really important to you?" ask Adelia.

Chris looked at his girlfriend, what does that mean?

"You don't want to open your heart for six years, is this woman really special to you?" ask Adelia again.

"No, baby, it's not like that! I didn't open my heart because I didn't want to be betrayed again. Well, actually I've tried but no one can stand my attitude, you know what I mean, right?"

Chris chuckled and kissed his girlfriend's face with affection.

"Now you're the most special person in my heart and I'm going to change myself so you don't get bored and leave me like Erlyn did! I'll try to be as romantic as possible so you don't get bored of me because I know, young girls like you are so fond of romance and I don't want to be considered by my beautiful boyfriend that I'm a stiff and annoying om-om."

Chris' words make Adelia laugh, om-om stiff and annoying?

"Chris?"

"Hm?"

"Be yourself and you don't have to change your nature, I don't want you to be depressed about being in touch with me."

"Thank you, but I will always try to make you happy."

Adelia immediately hugged the man and kissed his cheek while saying:

"Thank you."

Chris held her chin and kissed her lips with affection while Erlyn was planning something in her brain.
